With a sigh, Matthias sent a message to one of the lab techs via his TADS. A few moments later he got a response.
"It might take some coaxing, but they say she'll meet us at the destination." He stated.

With all the doors closed, Archie has the sub go underwater, through an obviously man-made diving spot, and arrives at the base of Mt. Chimney.

"OK. To the top of the mountain!"

Archie proceeds to the Cable Car.

Kasumi and Ren rushed out, following Archie, and each reached for a Pokeball, just in case they met a fight. They got to the cable car, though, and sat down.

*BL charges at a ranger*
BL: You won't stop Archie!
R: I have to try!
BL: Well, you'll fail! Carvanha go!
*Carvanha pops out of his PokéBall*
R: Shroomish, I choose you!
BL: Carvanha, Bite!
*Carvanha charges at Shroomish Biting down hard*
R: Shroomish, Mega Drain!
*Shroomish sucks life from Carvanha, gaining back most of its health*
BL: This is no good. Bite again!
*Carvanha Bites into Shroomish again, this time eating some spores and getting Poisoned*
R: Ha! Your puny water types can't handle me! Mega Drain again!
*Shroomish flinches and Carvanha suffers poison*
BL: Carvanha, did you hear what he just said?
*Carvanha isn't listening to me, and just Double Edge's Shroomish, knocking both it and himself out*
BL: Well, I guess that's one way...
R: Shroomish return, go Slakoth!
*The lazy sloth replaces the shroom*
BL: Carvanha, return. Magikarp, go!
*The floppy fish replaces the twitching fish*
BL: Tackle!
*Magikarp goes and hits the slacker*
R: Scratch!
*Slakoth goes and Scratches at Magikarp*
BL: Again!
*Magikarp flops over and hits Slakoth*
R: Scratch!
*Slackoth loafs around*
BL: Those things do that you know. Tackle again!
*Magikarp hits Slakoth yet again*
R: Scratch!
*Slakoth lazily attacks Magikarp*
BL: Tackle!
*Magikarp yet again hits Slakoth*
R: Scratch!
*Slakoth does nothing*
BL: Tackle another time!
*The fish yet again hits the lazy Pokémon*
R: Scratch!
*Magikarp finally faints*
BL: Good job. Return!
*Magikarp is recalled*
BL: Mode... Wait what? I never gave you a nickname. Abra go!
*Abra pops out of his PokéBall*
BL: Thunder Punch.
*Abra gets up and hits Slakoth with a punch of ancient electricity, KOing Slakoth*
R: Swellow go!
*The bird replaces the Pokémon who's not moving much less than what he was before.*
BL: That was weird, kinda like you're starting to use your muscles. Which is stupid. Again.
*Abra hits Swellow hard with electricity*
R: Wing Attack!
*Abra is hit hard, but not hard enough*
BL: Finish it!
*Another Thunder Punch ends the flight, and the fight of Swellow*
R: Well, hopefully I slowed you down.

Kasumi and Ren rushed forth, each calling forth a Pokemon from their Pokeballs, Kasumi her Meowth, and Ren his Axew, and the Pokemon ran alongside their trainers to meet two oh their approaching foes.

One opponect used a Pokeball and sent out a Snivy, while the other sent out an Ekans

"Meowrth, use Payday!" Kasumi pointed at Snivy

Ren pointed at Ekans "Dragon pulse, Axew!"

"Ekans, use acid!" the male ranger ordered.

"Snivy, use leaf tornado!" the woman ordered, pointing at meowth

The four ranged attacks each struck their targets, Meowths coins combarbed Snivy, Snivy's leaf tornado hammered Meowth, Axew's dragon pulse struck Ekans hard, and Ekans's acid attack hit Axew.

The four Pokemon were momentarily knocked back, but recovered and charged each other again.

"Meowth, Fury Swipes!" Kasumi ordered.

"Leaf Blade!" The female ranger ordered.

"Dragon Claw!" Ren ordered his Axew

"Gunk shot!" ordered the male ranger

Now they were using physical attacks. Snivy and Meowth struck at each other hard, but Snivy proved to be a bit more durable, knocking out Kasumi's Meowth,

Ekans took Axew's hit in order to get Axew in close enough that it couldn't dodge the Gunk shot, and it proved to result in a double KO, with Eans flying back and crashing into snivy, resulting in an additional knockout.

The four recalled their pokemon, and Kasumi's foe sent out a seedot next, while Ren's sent out a squirtle. They had been grabbing pokeballs, but seeing the pokemon their oponents selected, they changed their selections.

Kasumi sent out her Torchic and Ren sent out his Treecko

"Aren't you team aqua guys supposed to use water Pokemon?" the male ranger asked.

"Torchic, use flamethrower!" Kasumi ordered

"Energy Ball, Treecko!" Ordered Ren.

The two rangers, obviously, had thought they'd talk, and hadn't expected Ren and Kasumi to call out attacks so soon, so they hesitated before giving ordered.

"Water pulse!" the male ranger finally ordered

"Energy Ball!" ordered the female.

The Pokemon were just starting to prepare to attack when seedot was struck by Torchics attack, asquirtle was hit by treecko's, and noth the rangers Pokemon were knocked out with a singly hit.

The woman recalled her seedot and sent out her Prinplup when the male recalled his squirtle and sent out a charmeleon.

Recognizing a type disadvantage and evolution disadvantage, Kasumi recalled her Torchic and sent out her mudkip, and Ren recalled hios Treecko in favor of his Sneasel.

Because they were called out in a different place then the other two pokemon had been, the two rangers attacks totally missed the newly called out Pokemon

"Sneasel, Rainy Day!" Ren ordered

"Mudkip, Icebeam!" Kasumi ordered.

The two Pokemon they challenged recovered from the attacks they'd used, and prepared to face the new foes, but before they could receive new orders, it started pouringf down rain because of snealel's rain dance, and mudkip's icebeam struck Prinplup, partially freezing the Pokemon and making it immobile.

The woman tried to coax her Prinplup into getting free while Ren and Kasumi turned their attention to Charmeleon.

"Fire spin!" the man ordered.

"Surf!" Ren ordered as Sneasel gathered the rain into a great wave,

"Ride that surf too, and use it's power to make your brick break attack even stronger." Kasumi pointed at Prinplup, deciding there was no need to double team charmeleon.

The rain weakened the fire spin attack, which missed Sneasel and mudkip anyway since they were lifted above it by the surf, only to have the water fall down upon Charmeleon and prinplup hard, with primplup additionally receiving Mudkip's brick break attack.

The ice over prinplup shattered and it fainted.

"Fire spin again!" the man ordered, but his charmeleon wentdown and seemed to be knocked out too.

"Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar!" Charmeleon said, obviously angry, struggling back up to his feet, and glowing, evolving int a charizard.

The ranger man seemed thrilled, and then his brand new Charizard fainted, unable to fight. Kasumi and Ren, with the help of their Pokemon, quickly tied up the rangers and went to join Archie.

In a weak flash of purple flames, a black-haired girl appeared on scene. She scowled at Archie with red eyes, like Matthias'.

"About time you showed up." Matthias barked, crossing his arms.
"Get over to the machine." He commanded, gesturing in Archie's direction.
"And don't try anything stupid or I'll kill you."

"Oh, shut up, de-" The girl suddenly stopped, making a face like she was in pain. She let out a sigh and just walked over to where Archie was.
"I hate you all and I hope you burn alive."

Matthias rolled his eyes and followed behind the girl, watching her closely.

Archie laughs. "That is appreciated, but not needed Brian." And he then places Sharpedo next to the black haired girl. "Sharpedo should allow you to harness your energies. Activate the Meteorite Pedestal, and don't try anything funny or else..." Archie then gives a slight nod to Matthias.
