He was distracted momentarily by a delicious-looking piece of silflay, but chided himself mentally for even thinking about stopping. He was losing his advantage!

If she could just keep up this pace a little longer, maybe she could come out ahead. She liked running, of course, but she wanted to prove herself, too.

He pushed forward, passing some of the other rabbits. He was making decent time; nothing spectacular, but then again, he hadn't fallen or tripped yet.

 The stubborn doe huffed at Althea, dismissing the owsla outright. It was senseless to her to have a doe in the Owsla, and what's more a giant at that. They just looked so... so... dumpy.
Sniffing to herself, she took her place amongst the others. She'd rounded out since kitting, but know with her two sons out of her nest it was time to fix that.
