Hadharani couldn't believe it. She was so excited because her brother was going to bet to stay. He had won his challenge and gained his place in the pride. She had watched his challenge and been extremely happy to see her brother win. Now she would get a chance to catch up with him and rebuild their sibling bond even stronger.
Her excitement for her brothers return made her ignore the itch that was starting to build on her body. She scratched a bit but never wondered even through everything why on earth she was itching. She would realize it later though.

(Gratz everyone : D just gonna make a closing post for Ushari, sorry it took me forever. >.>)
The fact that Nguvu was eventually able to challenge Sokoro was good, she guessed. It would bring fresh blood in and he was only related to about two of the current females, so that was good, right? But Ushari felt a little bad for the Umholi he defeated. All in all though, it seemed most people were happy, Nguvu's sisters were definitely excited to have their brother back. Until a rogue came to challenge him, anyways.
Not longer after though, Ushari began to feel an insatiable itch and realized a few of the others were suffering just like her. It wasn't long before she realized it was fleas. Great. She thought as she rubbed up against the rough bark of a near by tree, trying to sate the itching of the little biting insects. She began eyeing the watering hole as she quietly contemplated coming out here when the other lionesses were sleeping or hunter to bath and see if she couldn't drown the fleas off of herself.
Now she really did hate monkeys.
