The crooked smile was still on his face when Arcana went into his stuttering fit. You think after three years, the boil would loosen up some. But apparently not.

"If you say so." He shrugged, looking curiously back at Selena. She, just like Arcana, always seemed to be so shy. It was no surprise to Skylar that his actions startled a squeak out of her. "Nice to see you again too~" He answered before he started to raise to his feet, only to clonk his head against the bottom of the desk causing a loud 'thunk.'

"Mmm, as fun as that sounds, I doubt the teacher would agree to that one." He grinned back at Tarot and rubbed at the back of his head where he had smacked it off the desk.

Arcana, no matter the long years they had, would ever get rid of the easy to falter will of his. He blinked at the gargoyle as he joined them on the ground, clutching Selene close in case the jostling hurt her.

"Ah, Yes under is very..very safe. From the predators....like Dis." He sent the vampire a odd stare. He felt a push though in between him and Selene as he held her and turned to see Carafe pushing his way between the reaper/snake pile.

"C...Carafe....You can't-" Arcana started to stutter again as his arms weakened with the added weight of the snake. His voice rose a little. "May...May, Your Familiar is trying to steal Selene again! And I am holding her up!" He squeaked as suddenly people were looking at them under the table, Skylar even moving, hitting his head. "It's a little cramped and Carafe is taking up space May!"

He pointedly ignored Tex because Jack dammit, he knew what boils and ghouls did. BUT IT WAS TOO EMBARASSING TO IMAGINE THOSE THINGS. Especially since he had....a....crush...thing...on....

"I'm sorry Selene." The Reaper eyes fell.

If there was anyone cheerful about a Fear theories class, it was Octavia. Not because she really wanted to learn about theories, but she liked daydreaming about how she could use it. Which was what she had been doing since class began. She felt okay about the material, though where fact ended and her ideas began...somewhat blurred. She glanced down at a question in front of her, realizing she had done absolutely nothing on her mock exam, and decided to at least attempt the first one on the page.

Immediately she realized that she actually...had no clue about this one. Perhaps it was a question just to throw her off, and the fact that it was about toilet laws...well toilets really did not scare her at all, so they were a bit lackluster. So instead she glanced around, hands mindlessly roaming to her apron pockets to fiddle with the various little toys and treats there, just in case there was a scareling that wandered into the class that would need a prize.

Norvie scowled. He tried, valiantly to concentrate on his mock-test but the room was in an uproar.

His ears quivered. His tail thrashing behind him as he pulled out a text book to try to look it up but...

snippets of conversation passed by, and his face had been growing progressively redder.

And redder.

"G-guys! HONESTLY! This is a study hall shouldn't we be... you know... studying??" He snapped, slapping the book shut irritably before glowering around at his sex-crazed peers.

Someone passed behind his chair on their way to greet another friend, and his eyes widened, a sudden, howling, squeaking yelp escaping his throat, "YAAAAAAAAWATCHIT! We're all going to FAIL our exams, and I blame ALL OF YOU!"

She smiled back at Westhor. “Don’t mention it.” There was a tingling sensation as she wrapped her arms around the ghost. Yup. This was totally expected of him. Tarot patted him on the back, even when she could feel her hair beginning to float. She could only hope her hair wouldn’t be too tangled when she finally let go. “Alright, dear. Do you feel all better now?” Tarot attempted to peer over Westhor’s shoulders to check up on her brother again, but unfortunately the angle and table made that difficult.

She frowned and just continued to idly pat him on the back. “There, there.”

"NO NORVIE BRO, WE SHOULD BE MAKING LOVE and chilling," He yelled in reply, while still holding onto Tarot because she was... So soft and lovely, and he could feel all the love from a single hug.

And then, realizing that Tarot was distracted, he turned around, squinting at the table that she was staring at. Catching signs of movement from under it, there was a pause from the Lightning Elemental before he took hold of Tarot's hand - her hair thankfully, fell back into place - and trotted towards the table with her in tow.

He cleared his throat, and then happily whispered, "Bros, sisters... Are you making love under there?"

He was so, so proud.

Tarot tensed up at Westhor’s yelling, her grasp growing tighter. She nervously glanced toward the table. Arcana and Selene wouldn’t be spooked by that, right? No, they would, but she hoped they wouldn’t be startled too much. “Hm?” Westhor released her from the hug, but still held onto her hand. She could feel her hair lowering until it brushed against her back again. Tarot smiled softly and ran her free hand through her hair while she allowed herself to be tugged along. “Something wrong?”

Then she realized it was the table her brother and Selene were under. Then she looked utterly mortified at the ghost. She knew he didn’t mean that kind of love, but still. Still holding his hand, she gently smacked him in the shoulder. “Don’t say it like that! They’ll get embarrassed.” She bent down to look at Arcana and Selene. "Don't mind him, okay?"
