I finally do it. I got off my lazy a** and worked out. It was a good 30min+ (Insanity workout). I haven't been that in shape in months so I was surprised I was able to keep up fine. ...my ankle was troublesome though. I don't know what I did to it but its been in pain for a few months now anytime I apply pressure on it in certain ways. Anyways! Yay me! I hope I can keep this routine up for now on. I want to be at least in my 150s by August because this when I'm going bridesmaid dress shopping. I'm 170 on average right now. Lose 20lbs in 3 months is my goal for the summer. :]

gonk I already skipped out on day two. I feel so guilty!!! I'm making sure I work out when I get home later today! ...at least I've been eating less than I normal do! Trying to eat healthier again. Anyways, thanks! I'll do my best to keep it up.

Trying to eat healthier again. Anyways, thanks! I'll do my best to keep it up. Dont focus on what you didnt do, except use it to make sure you use it to motivate you to work harder at it. Keep going, you will be sweet.

Trying to eat healthier again. Anyways, thanks! I'll do my best to keep it up. You really have to do something that suits your lifestyle. Otherwise your attempts aren't gonna change. Like obviously you want to be long term healthy. So cutting out food that isn't good for you over time is better, imho, than doing it overnight, or over a couple of days. Working out everyday is good too, but even when you have time there are just some days that you want to chill. Which is good and all, but you shouldn't feel bad about it. This is your life. Are you living it how you want to? If not, change it. I feel like since I started eating better, I don't crave the things I used to quite as much. You'll work through it.

Finished week one of Insanity today... almost skipped the work out but as soon as I got out of bed I told myself, "Get your a** down stairs. And you'll feel better about yourself." So I worked out... and now I feel accomplished for the day. : ) I know now that I got through week one, I have the motivation to continue. Only 30ish minutes a day. That's all it takes.

Yeah. the motivation can be hard, but I always feel great after them. Though great and wasted XD

TODAY!!!!! when I get home I'm getting back on this s**t. No more eating crap. No more being lazy and making my homework an excuse for not working out (because more than half the time I'm not doing homework, I'm surfing the web). I NEED TO SET MY MIND STRAIGHT!!!! emotion_donotwant /determined face
So a new weigh in. Hopefully, I'm still floating on 164lbs. The last few times I check it has remained that number.
