Lou would find a very unhappy - and somewhat angry - boa constrictor sized snake staring at him before in front of Amphi, the serpent lifting its head off the ground as she hissed at him. Yes, Biskoto was trying to be protective.
Doesn't matter that her reaper probably said similar things to poor, shy ghouls before. 8|
Meanwhile, Thanatos had laid down on his stomach, his sunglasses over his eyes as he observed the mermaid and his familiar. He was definitely grinning.

Amphi blushed at the other girl as well, noticing she was laced with the vampire boil. Frowning she turned her gaze back to....Lou and blinked. She wounded him!?!?!
"I'm....I'm sorry!" She moved to double check whatever wound he was talking about. Her way was blocked though by Biskoto who was a true to heart guardian for the ghoul. "If...if your wounded then you should go see nurse cricket!" She flushed, her face was starting to turn from worry into a frown. Was he teasing her? It's like what Thana did all the time.
"I...Biskoto...." Amphi flailed at the mention of a kiss before looking to the ghoul and then back to Lou...."Kisses are PRECIOUS" her arms came out to shield herself in case he tried anything. She had this talk some recent scarentines with Thana. "And...and you shouldn't....you shouldn't..." She was on a losing battle right now, Biskoto back up!?!?! Xiuuuuuu help. Thana.....B(....

Pleased to have made this charming, tall boil even remotely pink, Cameron turned to the dark-haired ghoul, still rather latched onto Lou. "Dat's right: kisses are precious," she repeated in a tone almost reminiscent of a mother speaking to an innocent scareling. Lou wasn't the only one who found teasing ghouls fun. "I know when I was a kid, Mawmaw'd kiss my booboos to make them go away. Dey got healin' powers."
She was rather calm even in the face of a rather large, angry snake. It wasn't the first one she'd seen.
"'Course, if you don't know how ta heal a man, or don't want ta, y'shouldn't be talking' him down, eh? Xiu's a lucky gal if she's got dis handsome specimen wantin' ta scream her name, I say~"

There was a tingling in Valentino's gut, one that always went off before fireworks and bloodshed. Invictus had used a facial expression when talking to one of the gouls. Although Sally thought it was stupid thing to be jealous of, Valentino wished that could have been the first to offend Invictus. Invictus looked to be the type who's rampages ended with the sky on fire. Valentino made a note to bring sun screen and sunglasses to all future events featuring Invictus. Something that Invictus had said though began to turn the rusty wheels in Valentino's mind. " A fish climbing a tree? Invictus, that would be the most amazing fish to walk or swim on this side of existence!" Valentino was already envisioning fish with arms and legs. I would be a simple enough procedures. Removing the fins to replace them with more amphibious appendages. As long as he could find the nerves and tendons, he could create a franken-fish, a franken-fish would make a great conversation starter. " yes a franken-fish could be created by using he limbs of a tree climbing frog and the right type of fish. One who's habitats requires some sort of extended period of above water movement." When inspiration struck, nothing else mattered. talking to himself, Valentino began to pace. Not realizing that he was bailing out in th riddle of a conversation, Valentino, still muttering to himself, walked past Invictus and the gouls to towards the sand castles. " yes... yes... this could all work out swimmingly" Exiting

"Perfect!" Shenny thought. "It was good enough to irritate him, like she hoped. Little boils are always so predictable... Playing with them is like taming a hungry Canis Major: they're soft and cute, but ready to bite you, if you're too pushy. But he... he is so vulnerable. And cute. And vulnerable. And cute" She was just going to reply with a prepared speech when suddenly the Trial's Announcer voice filled the beach. Four hours ended. She looked at Lumi who seemed to be completely fascinated with Invictus and lost her words. "Oh Heir, or is there a proper title I should address you? My sincere apologies. I meant exactly what I said without attempting to flatter you, as I'm sure you simply don't need it", Shenny tried to sound strict. "You agree with me they won't make it as horsemen, but I haven't assumed they should, I was merely stating the fact. And I'm sure, as a Heir to the Contest, you won't look down on them." she put a soft smile. "The four hours are over now, so would you possibly consider enlightening two provincial ghouls and giving them a direction? May be you could show us those who hold interest to you?" Shenny highly hoped Lumi won't kill her later for that "provincial". "Valentino", she nodded to the boil and attempted to smile. Somehow, she wanted to call him Leonardo instead. The only problem was, when she looked in his direction, she noticed the boil was getting away from the place mumbling something to himself.

"He wasss ssspeaking figuratively, darling," She eyed the pair warily, still refusing to move from her spot in front of Amphi, her scales standing up a little as she curled her tail around her, "Don't worry about it."
She paused, glancing back at Thanatos - who was enjoying the show, really - before looking up at the ghoul who was with the vampire. Before she could speak though, she would find herself lifted up rather effortlessly by her reaper, who had petted Amphi's head as he stood next to her before placing the snake on his shoulder.
"Pardon my friends... They was just upset that you were upsetting a good friend of theirs with your method of encouragement, although asking for a kiss in return in a bit much. I'm sure Biskoto would love to give you a hug though, as apology," He grinned at the boil as he gestured to his familiar at the word 'Biskoto', and then bowed at the ghoul standing beside the vampire, "You look like you already have a lovely lady with you though."
A short pause followed.
"Ah right, where are my manners? Thanatos and Biskoto, at your service... And my pretty companion here is Amphi," He at least made the effort to address the vampire first before turning to his companion. Taking the ghoul's hand, he raised it up to his lips before pausing, offering her a grin, "Since you agreed that kisses are precious, I don't suppose you agree with my method of greeting? Do I have your permission to carry on?" He would just let her go, really.
Biskoto stayed silent throughout this, although she did shoot both the vampire and the ghoul death glares once in a while. The silence meant that she was in a glass case of emotions and had no idea what in Jack's name Thanatos was doing.
(The answer is: Thanatos is enjoying himself a lot.)

"Large? They don't look very tall to me..." Tomoko noted. Then again, if she'd tried to make anything over a foot tall she probably would have knocked it over with her tails. So she was speaking from a perspective of some distance away. "I..am going to root for Junko-chan and Jove-kun." she added, nodding.
However, it seemed the moment would be derailed slightly by the appearance of an individual she hadn't seen in years. The kitsune's ears perked up as Frost in the Storm stumbled onto their group at the scent of Jack just to speak out towards her instead. Immediately she was up and nearly threw herself on the boil with a hug, making a squealing noise - a joyous one.
"Froossttttt-kuuuuunnnnnnn~!!"
A big hug accompanied this as Tomoko was unknowing to Jack's sudden 'NEED TO FLEE' instinct making him uncomfortable. "I have not seen you in a long time!! I did not know you were at Amityville! If I had I would have come to greet you sooner!" Because that would have been the proper thing to do!
She looked back to Jack, the widest grin on her face- "Ohhh! We should go see Jove-kun's group!" she answered.

Lumi watched the boil make a hasty retreat. Looking completely confused she looked back towards the other boil and Shenny. It was a complete wonder she even remembered the ghouls name but she was actually paying attention when she first walked up. Her tails twitching sligtly, wondering if ridding herself of her tails and ears if this boil would be more willing to show her and Shenny around. But either way her mind wandered to that team with the funny name. She had been watching them from the beginning there was a ghoul that she recognized, purple she was a student...or possibly a staff member. "Uhm that team over there with the purple ghoul...I think I'm going to go see that one first. If anyone else would like to join me."

EXITING It seemed his analogy had been quite interesting to Valentino who had began to mutter about making a walking an climbing fish. It almost amused him, actually. Perhaps he'd follow up with that one - his mind...interested him to some extent. He liked a good solid mind, even a slightly off kilter one was good to him.
Yes, he'd see what became of that.
Never the less, it seemed that the reaper ghoul was not getting his point at all. Perhaps his analogy was too thick for her.
"You are stating impossibilities, not facts. Perhaps you should find understanding in what is going on before you speak absurdities and try to sound smarter than you actually are." His tone was level, as he stepped away from them. "You are a fool to think one can become a Horseman, just as one does not become a monster or a ghost."
He turned from the pair to leave, giving Lumi a soft nod as he did - she seemed decent enough. "I do not wish for company at this time." he answered as he went to see the one group who sparked his interest the most.

Delicious. All of this was delicious. And as far as the snake hissing? Lou just shrugged. "Careful you sad excuse for a sock. I happen to be an avid fan of shoes, and I think your scales would make fantastic boots." He said ever so gleefully with a grin that sported his sharp pearly whites. He had never been a huge fan of snakes. The fact that he kept kushi's as pets sort of explained why.
"Oh, I don't think a nurse could heal this hurt... Unless she was a sexy nurse." Lou wouldn't really know. He wasn't enrolled at Amityville, so such references escaped him. "No, the kind of treatment I need only comes from the delicate hands of a beautiful woman, I'm afraid." As for kisses being precious? Well, it seemed Lou's lady friend had a couple things to say about that. Jack damn, she was certainly the catch of the day, wasn't she? "You're a doll, sugar tits." Whether he'd already forgotten her name or was just throwing nicknames around for the hell of it would remain unanswered for now. It seemed someone else took interest in their little gathering.
"Ah, well it seems your little pet would make a good scarf too, no?" Lou's eyes narrowed as the reaper addressed him, though the grin never faltered. "Dare I ask, dreads for brains, would that snake happen to be some kind of... Compensation?" Never a lack of insults or nicknames. "If so, please keep your snake to yourself."
As for introductions, Lou simply shrugged. "And I'm Lou. A pleasure to meet you Dread head and Biscuits the snake." A pleasure indeed. "I assume from the moves you're putting on my lady friend that you also lack the training wheels called standards. That means you wouldn't mind sharing, correct?" Anything to push buttons. At this point, he was only saying such things to get under the new male's skin, not really expecting to get anything from multiple women. Oh, what fun this was.

Kekoa wagged his long, feathered, tail happily at the sight of the ocean and all the little do-dads on the beach. His smile seemed to go on forever with how excited he was for being somewhere warm and beautiful. He blinked then quickly pounced on a rather odd looking shell that had caught his attention. "Shiny, shiny, shiny!" He said a loud as he put it into his pocket. He looked over to see other ghouls and boils about, but didn't know if he should meet some of them. "Well on one hand, I can talk and learn something new. Or just be alone and find more shinnies." He said as he looked from one had to the other. He nodded then dashed off to find someone to talk to. Attempting a graceful barrel roll, Kekoa ended up landing on his face in front of Lumi. "Well hello there! Pleasure to finally meet a pretty ghoul like you! I'm Kekoa, a Nova. It's kinda hard to explain, but in short I'm like a cat and a fox put together with a feather on the end of my tail. What's your name?" He asked as he began to talk as if he had been drinking monsters.

Biskoto also happened to be a fan of kushis - for their taste.
"She does make for a good scarf, especially in this warm weather," He replied, his grin mirroring that of Lou's as he gently lowered the ghoul's hand. The name-calling did nothing to him, mostly because he regarded that as a child's hobby - he used to do that when he was younger, mostly with the elders to see their reactions, "Not so much compensation as much as a pretty good representation. I'm sorry you do not appreciate Biskoto's company, but most other people do... Don't you, Amphi?"
He grinned at the mermaid.
"Biskoto does indeed mean biscuit. That's pretty spot on," He laughed, and the retort alone seemed to calm the familiar down enough for her to reach down to Amphi and give her cheek an affectionate nuzzle, "I apologize if you took this as me 'making a move'." His attention turned to the ghoul, "I never intended for it to seem that way, since I was just trying to be polite. Perhaps I was being too formal?" Her hand was released, but he continued to look at her as he waited for a name.

EXITING "Yes!" Shenny almost shouted, stopping herself at the very last moment. "So, you're not that dry and unemotional, little Heir, as you would like to look. A moment ago he was standing here pretending to be a monument to himself, but how quickly he gets pissed of and retires", Shenny smiled. She was still undecided, if the Boil would be better as a friend or an enemy, but she guessed, both would work. "Poor kid with huge, yet fragile ego... Let's see how it turns out". Lumi seemed to be lost somewhere in her inner world, and also a young male Nova boil approached her. Shenny thought, Lumi might need a little distraction. "Lumi!" she called her. "I'm going to see some castles now that we still have time. Meet you here later!", with these words Shenny made her way towards the castles.

Lumi nodded slightly at the boil, oh well you win some and you loose some. As she turned her attention back towards the contestants she found herself face to face with an interesting creature, "oh! My uhm...hi?"Lumi cocked her head to one side then the other. He sure was odd, but he amused her enough that she smiled at him, "uhm..Ke..Kekoa? Interesting name..I might be able to remember that...I'm Lumikki..or Lumi for short."She had shook her head mid-thought, she was never going to remember who she met today but it would just mean when she got enrolled she would meet them all over again. Her mind wander slightly, he had a feather...leaning over to try and see it she was facinated with the slender tail he had.
