The Rescue:'This way, this way, It was a soft whisper now that faded along with their form, leaving only a solitary door behind, a portal of sorts. 'I will hold them off as long as I can, please do what you must.' OOC ??? has asked for the students' help in what seems like some sort of attempted rescue - If your student chooses to go with her, read the GM rp (titled THE GAUNTLET) in THIS thread, and then react accordingly. If your character's HP reaches zero, they will of course, dissipate back to home base. - Your character also has the option of not going, but it might be pretty hard to refuse as this doorway seems to be the only exit out of the maze

"OF COURSE MYSTERIOUS VOICE," Danny shouted, at no one (except the voice of course) in particular.
Immediately she left Rikki's side and ran through the portal, with absolutely no inhibitions. She was going to be the HEEEEROOOOOO.

"Dude, check the others and give out the pills if you need to," Roch told Moure. "Take one yourself, too," he said. He was at half power, he was probably going to die. But... oh well. "And if you can, kill that guy, would you?" he added, motioning to Theo before running through the portal.

Gargantuan had no idea what was happening, struggling to focus on the strange being that spoke to them. It sounded... sweet, somehow, soothing. "G wanna go." He said tiredly, shaking himself off and limping towards where he'd last heard the woman. "G wanna help."
Though his progress was slow and painful, the swamp beast did eventually spot Roch and Moure. "Guyyyyyysssss." There was a happy rumble, and the monster staggered over to his friends. "Roch 'n Moure okay! You gonna help?"
He was staring at the portal apprehensively, clearly ready to jump in if he needed to. "Where Danny go...?" But it seemed like Roch had already leapt inside the portal, leaving Gargantuan staring plaintively at the undead. "Pill? Maybe?"

Moure gave a nod, although slightly startled that Roch wanted him to take one also. It was true, Moure was in bad shape, but he wasn't used to people actually caring about his well-being. Still, he gave a nod, then noticed G's form down one hallway and Rikki's in another, from where Danny had just ran out from.
As the large creature appeared by his side, Moure gave a nod, pulling the first of the pills out. "She went though, and it looks like you'll need one. Even more than I do. And yes, I'm going through too." He said with another nod, handing the pill over to the large boil. The monster definitely needed it. "I'll be coming back to the portal in a moment, I'm going to give Rikki a pill." Moure said, then turned to where he'd seen Rikki's reflection.
Moure quickly moved to where Rikki was, noticing how beat up the other boil was too. Although the patchwork was worse, he knew that he could be repaired, restitched. Others wouldn't have that benefit. Moure pulled out a pill and offered it to Rikki. "Roch told me to pass them out. Whatever we're doing, it's going to be dangerous." Moure gave a nod, then stepped back to get over to the other hallway where the being was.
After passing out the other two pills, Moure pulled out the last one and gave it a critical look over. Then, he popped it into his mouth, and suddenly felt the power of the object going to work. His skin meshed back together where it had torn, pulling together under the haphazard repair job he'd done. He felt himself surging with the boosted Fear and knew he was ready to fight.
He crossed by G again and said, "I'll see you on the other side." And then moved toward the fading being. He gave a deep nod again to her. "I'll do whatever I can to help you." Then the patchwork braced himself and moved through the doorway.
((Moure exiting to The Gauntlet! And he used a Fear Pill!))

"Tanks." The big beast said with relief, chomping down on the pill and jolting with surprise as FEAR surged through him. He felt good again--stronger, braver than he was. Thumping his tail happily against the ground, the monster wiggled all over, and then, once Moure was gone, spoke aloud.
"G maybe not best fighter, but G try to help you. We can be friends, ya? G like friends." With a wide, toothy grin, the swamp beast quickly pushed through the portal, not knowing what was waiting for him on the other side.
((G is exiting to the Gauntlet! He has used a Pumpkin Pill!))

When the guitar hit him for the last time it literally knocked Theodore Winston's bowler off, sending him spiraling away from the intruders. Out of breath and feeling on the edge of re-death the boo managed to compose himself and float back towards the leggy ones, determined to finish the fight.
Even after they left the maze he waited.
((Exit to Boo Lounge)) ((I got GM approval to go ahead and say that he waited for them instead of leaving))

He probably should have saved the pill, but he felt like crap. He couldn't feel like crap while saving his friends, right? As soon as the pill reached his hand he immediately popped it in his mouth and swallowed. Well, hopefully they wouldn't be needing those anymore...
Alright, time to save their friends. Rikki followed the mysterious being without question, because it seemed like the right thing to do. If she said that they had friends that needed help, well obviously it was his job to get his butt over there and help them. He went through the door as if it was the most obvious choice in the world.
((Rikki now has full HP, we are minus 1 pill, and he is exiting to the gauntlet!))

Roch stepped into the same jackin' mirror maze that they had skipped out of. They were out of pumpkin pills, had died once already, and they STILL had to beat those jackin' boos!
"OYE!! TOPHAT!!" he bellowed, summoning his guitar. "Get back in here and let me finish you off!!"

Gargantuan stumbled back into the mirror room, shaking his head groggily. The mirrors looked like they were moving again... Last time that happened though, the ghostie hadn't been so bad. Well, okay, she'd hurt, but she didn't seem to be a bad ghostie! Gargantuan shuffled around, ears twitching as he heard Roch shout. He sounded nearby...

Quickly getting bored waiting for the tophat boo, Roch looked around more. "Hey, G!!" he yelled. "You here, man?" He had to bellow to be heard over the heavy music, but it almost seemed like Roch had a built in amp of his own.
The boil had a HUGE voice when he needed to. "Get over here, big guy!!"

A door shimmers faintly as you all return from the rescue mission... As you enter the next room, you realize that you are high. Literally. You and your group is on a very high ledge without safety rails. In front of you, you can see what looks to be five different slides. Carefully, you peer over the edge. You can't see the bottom -- the mist is too thick. You think you can see a ladder, however there are far too many rungs missing to make it usable. It looks like the only route you have available is to go down a slide... You may choose to go down one at a time, all at once, all down the same slide, or each of you down a different slide. The slides are incredibly slippery, and the wind is howling so I suggest you make your choices quickly or risk being pushed... ((Please bold all your actual choices!))

Danny booked it into the room after Roch. Even if she was afraid, she wasn't letting him kick butt without her. And she would rescue Amrita and Xiu, not him!! Danny would the hero. Heroooooo.
"SLIDES," Danny yelped, racing over to the last one. This was the new room? This was almost as good as the fire room! Well nothing would be as good as the fire room, but slides were fun too. Danny sat down on the slide, and realized her tail was burning the side of the slide.
Uh oh. "Oopsies!" she said, and then put her tail in her lap. No burning down the house! She had promised. Danny nodded like someone was right there next to her to see her accomplishment.
Not even waiting for the others, she pushed herself down the slide. "WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW."

Roch stepped through the door, giving up on finishing the boo fight entirely and cursing as he looked at the new room. "Jack... wait... dude, there's slides!" he said, grinning even though it was rather terrifying not being able to get down another way. He looked at the slides for a moment then walked past the first two.
"I'm going down this one!" he decided, sitting down at the edge of slide C and looking over at the others. "See you guys down there... hopefully." Then he shoved himself forward, like an idiot.
But hey, MASSIVE SLIDE OF DOOM. How could you not?

As Moure returned to his group's room, Edel's pendant and pumpkin pill in hand, he was surprised to find that there room was now at the top of a very, very high drop. Cautiously, the patchwork looked over the edge, noticing that the slides disappeared down into a fog. There was also five slides... Did that mean that they all had to take different slides, then?
Moure moved toward the closest slide, testing the friction of the slide. There wasn't much at all, really. Meaning, if they went down one, most likely they wouldn't get to go back up it.
"Hey guys..." Moure called to his group, "Any thoughts on which to go down? I mean, we have five, so technically we could all try a different slide..." The patchwork took this moment to secure the pumpkin pill in his back-pack, though the frost demon's necklace was still in his hand. It'd probably be safer if he put it with the pumpkin pill, but likewise it might also get scuffed up. Finally, Moure settled on simply putting it on around his neck, knowing that it wasn't coming off unless his head did. (And he was pretty sure that he'd double-stitched that on, so he should be good.)
In any case, as of right now Moure was standing by the first slide. Seemed as good as any of the other slippery death-traps, anyway.
Aaaand there went Danny. Roch soon followed suit, leaving Moure and their other team-mates still at the top. Moure looked skeptically down the first slide, then gripped his back-pack's strap. "See you guys at the bottom then..." Moure said to Rikki and G as he sat down on the first slide.
And with that, the Patchwork pushed off down Slide A. ((OOC NOTE FOR ROXY~ Group 7 (Edel) gave Group 4 (Moure) a pumpkin pill in the front yard. The event happened here, which also has a note mentioning that it was a legalized transaction, apparently. ^^)
