Well how much is required to make the S-rank construct bigger, then? Yeah, I realized that you are the host of the Kaku, which is pretty much why I am considering the jutsu as much as I am.

You don't HAVE to add all of it into the jutsu but you should keep them in mind when you use the technique. It's more for you the creator to understand, rather than those you use it against...sort of like the mechancis behind the technique.

Also what rank will this technique be, for training purposes?

Jutsu Name: Sogekihei Hessendan (Sharpshooter Fingers Bullets)

Jutsu Type: Bloodline/Kaguya

Jutsu Rank: C

Jutsu Description: Rather then just launching the finger tips at an opponent, A kaguya can choose to fire an entire section of their digits. Sogekihei Hessendan is a much more refined version of the normal Hessenden technique. A kaguya launched the entire digit (starting from the "metacarpels") by contracting there muscles forcefully, similarly to Hessendan. Liquid calcium and bone wraps around the digits, changing their shape and making them more areo-dynamically efficient. With an addition of a spin and violent expulsion, these bullets travel much farther and are far deadlier. Unfortunately, a Kaguyas thumbs must be tucked inward toward there palms during the use of his technique, reducing the number to only eight bullets.


Jutsu Name: Rasen Hessendan (Spiral Finger Bullets)

Jutsu Type: Bloodline/Kaguya

Jutsu Rank: A

Jutsu Description: While the Hessendan is sliding through one's fingers, the users muscle first morphs the human finger bone into a sort of drill like shape. Then the user creates a layer of chakra, which grips to all sides of the Finger Bullet and rotates it in a rapid circle around and around using an uncontrollable spinning. Which rotates at such high speeds that when the Finger Bullet is actually released from the finger it spins and spins around so fast it is covered in a small amount of what appears to be air pressure form the muscle caused rotating. So such it becomes more like a power drill than anything does. Meaning that the technique can do a great deal more damage with a drilling after effect because of the air pressure spinning the bullet around and the drilling force. This force can drill through C-rank water, mud (earthy un hardened substance shields) fire, wood (or wood-like substance) and lightning shields but is weaker against sand, as of its hardened state.

Jutsu Description: Utilizing the Kaguya blood limit ability to manipulate their bones, the user is able to change their facial/body structure to maintain a disguise or change their look for more favorable features. At a novice understanding the user is able to change their facial structure through manipulating things such as their cheek or jaw bone structure. Once understanding of manipulation of the face Is understood, the user is capable of going onto higher levels of changing which is the body. Increasing or decreasing bone size throughout certain areas of the body will change a person’s thickness, shape, and placement causing one’s physical body structure to change.

Jutsu Name: Sakuhen Makai (Hell Splinter)

Jutsu Type: Bloodline/Kaguya

Jutsu Rank: C

Jutsu Description: Applying the same principle of launching bone "bullets" from the Kaguya's fingertips, Sakuhen Makai pushes fragments of bone, sharp as Senbon from the user's fingertips. The bone senbon have no spin to them and spin cannot be added to them. Bone Senbon can be created by any Kaguya, but this gives them a simple way of launching them from their bodies. The maximum amount of hell splinters a user can launch is 8, one for each finger.

Jutsu Type: Bloodline/Kaguya

Jutsu Description: A Kaguya can command the bones of there body to spring forth and impale enemies with relative ease. With much time, dedication, and concentration, the user can refine these protruding bones to spring forth in a different manner. Rather then just jutting outward to stab enemies, a kaguya commands the bones to spring forward and then curve inward. These row of bones instead, act like a “bear-trap”; swiftly clinging onto those who wary to close to the user. The rows of bones maybe commanded to quickly capture/impale human bodies, individual body parts or even weapons.

Jutsu Rank: E, C, A (Increases in Rank when the user learns higher levels of "Density" )

Jutsu Description: The kaguya clan members not only have control for bones they can posses, but also its forms. Their osteocytes, osteoblasts and bodily calcium (the component of bones) can be force to remain in a liquid form with practice. This allows there liquefied bone to be used for different purposes. The liquid calcium can be found through out the body and can solidify into bone in an instant (upon command).

Jutsu Name: "Kaguya Shippo" (Tail of the Kaguya)

Jutsu Type: Bloodline/Kaguya

Jutsu Rank: C Rank

Jutsu Description: Using a combination of liquid calcium and bone, the user can create a working tail. Because of there bloodline regenerative properties, new muscular fibers and skin grows over the tail as it sprouts from the body, which will allow for full range of movement of the tail. The length is about three feet in length. A kaguya also must keep in mind that the tail also shifts the center of balance in the body, due to the length and size of the tail. Essentially, a kaguya must learn an alternative way of movement and actions when tail is created, which accommodates the tail.
The tail itself can give an additional attack during battle and form a defense for the back

There are modifications being made to how Genjutsu works so I can't approve your Genjutsu techniques just yet.

Jutsu Name: Soul Punisher

Exactly how fast does this technique travel and does it have a set range? By help I assume you mean the Medical Hands technique can fix any damage caused by this technique.

Also when you say it rips them up from within, do you mean their organs and muscles will be shredded?..Because that sort of damage would kill the enemy within a few posts.

How does a lightning technique neutralize it? Wouldn't that be the function of a wind technique?

I'd like to make an edit to a custom jutsu I made.



I'd like to add a stamina drain since it's cold, trying to move while cold is harder, and more tiring since the body has to force itself more.

Jutsu Name: Ice Release: Rose Garden
Jutsu Rank: D-A
Jutsu Description: The user begins the jutsu by making a short series of seals Heliel will release his Ice Chakra in the area around him, holding a single seal after the short seals that came after it, Heliel is able to mold ice into flowers which will be scattered around the battlefield. These flowers release the user's charka and hinder the enemy's movements, lowering their reaction time and speed by one rank due to the flower's temperature. Along with that, the flowers drain the target's stamina due to the temperature they are in, look bellow for the number of stamina points of the drain, and this drain comes in effect every time the target comes close to a flower. Each flower affects an area of five feet around it.
Note: D and C rank chakra cost only lower speed by half a rank.

C rank Chakra Cost: 6 Flowers -2 Stamina point per post to the target

Jutsu Name: Howling Blast
Jutsu Rank: D-C
Jutsu Description: The water counterpart to the Tiger seal, fire breath jutsu, but instead, the user shoots a blast of frigid air, snow, and ice through the mouth and nose at an opponent. (Composure of the blast differs between D to C. At D rank it is composed of mostly air, with some snow and shards of ice. At C rank it is composed of mostly snow and ice, propelled by a powerful wind, causing more damage, and hindering an opponent more than the D rank.)

Travels about 20 feet (30 feet at C rank) before dissipating into a wider area, greatly reducing the effect. This breath has a greater effect in areas where it is cold enough to snow. The cold of the breath also causes a slight hindrance to opponents agility of half a rank (full rank at C).

Actually, you're right, there's already the Hyouton, I'll just put this jutsu in by itself.
