No. No no no no no! No screaming? No tears or wibbling lips or arms flailing helplessly in his direction? Just a peckish-looking horse and a mildly uncomfortable Miss Nursey McNurse-Nurse. It looked like Junko had more backbone than the demon had given her credit for after minipet class. What a disappointment.
West looked down his nose at the ghoul and sneered, "Doubt it." And even if it did hurt, it would be the good kind of pain, not that crappy sort from Christmas Town. "Taketthen," he ordered, turning briefly to Christof before taking his leave in a flurry of muttering. Once he was about halfway back across the room he shouted, "'N dunstick'round. Theyd'n'wanna talk t'you."

As West swept away, Christof's eyes widened and his patches went pale as he glanced quickly from his retreating protection to the group of students who obviously were upset with him and back again. With a whine, an apologetic look to Junko and a glower to Calder and Sharra, the hunchback gave a quick bow to the Asian Monster before snatching the needle and thread from her hand and quickly turning to chase after the Wrath Demon frantically.

The moment Christof snatched the needle and thread and went to run off, Calder was on his hooves and reached out, grabbing the Igor by his arm and pulling back. His hooves planted on the ground, skidded on the polished wood, but regained their footing. "Whhoooaaah, Nelly." He tried to let his hooves grip the ground as firmly as he could and not be dragged. The Igor was powerful, even when he was running away.
When he managed to at least slow down the boil, he breathed out. "What did Junko just say? Now I know your ears at least work. Junko's thread. Junko's needle. If you wanted to use it and came here, you have to plop yourself down for a moment and let her sew you up. Now just sit for one bloody minute, THEN run off to your little corner." He kept his grip on the beefy arm of the other boil, wondering if he should prepare for another punch again.

The hunchback continued to glower as Calder stopped him, shifting to try to wrench his arm free but at least no deliberate blows came the Kelpie's way. He pointed to West before motioning with a monstrous finger to the back of his hand. He still was refusing to talk, it would seem, at least with so many people close by. He felt anxious enough spitting his quiet protest to Barth just before, and that had been across the room. The last thing he needed was to be put on the spot any more than he was now. What did the Horse-Boil want from him?? They wanted their distance, he was giving it to them, just leave well enough alone!

It wasn't hard to follow the motions and what the boil wanted. All of which just made the kelpie want to hit the boy over the head. He had a mouth! Why was he so against using it? It was enough to make him want to punch the boil back. Really, he should have! He was owed a good punch. Instead, he looked at West walking away and then at Junko.
"These are Junko's things. She said a condition. If you want to help West.." It didn't seem West was in the mood for getting any help. "....then you ASK for what you are taking." He let the boil go, but leaned in to his a whisper just for him. "What? You have the balls to hit your friends and start swinging at other boils but you can't bother standing in front of a few ghouls for a few seconds? How does acting like a little ghoul impress Yaya? " He stepped away and crossed his arms across his chest.
"Go ahead. Steal. I'm sure that impresses people." Especially ghouls that Christof had his eyes on. He was really ruining his image. "Or you can ask." Yes. Calder was pulling out the manners card and if Christof didn't want to use his mouth and just decided to get by with his gestures, so be it. He didn't care if the Igor made it harder on himself. Everyone else seemed to get him when he gestured. He was sure Junko an everyone else would get his point.

Junko had held the needle out for Christof to take, she was willing to let him borrow it as long as he returned the needle! But Calder didn't seem to share the same idea. "Ah, Calder...it's alright, really." She said gently, putting a hand on his shoulder until he got up to follow Christof who was leaving. Oh, dear. She stood to follow them and try to come to Christof's rescue, not wanting to gang up on him like everyone else was.
"I don't even know if I can sew flesh, Calder. It's alright, I'll give it to him." She interjected when she could, putting one hand on Calder's shoulder and the other on...er...Christof's arm. Junko wasn't angry! She wasn't! Maybe if she explained herself? Oh dear, she really should have spoken her agreement outloud. Siiiiiigh. "I know I said no to West, but he asked rather rudely...and...and, well, like I said I've never sewn flesh. Christof actually did ask me on my groanspring if I could!" She assured Calder gently, smiling to try and lift the heavy atmosphere the unhappy boils seemed to be creating...for her, anyway. Why couldn't they get along? Was that so hard? Junko didn't want to ostracize Christof like some kind of freak or something! If he wanted to sit with them she was fine with that, and Yaya didn't seem too angry herself just shaken, but it seemed neither of the boils would allow for it. "He knows how to do it...so...I'll sew for him when there's more time to, not when class could start any minute and I'll have to rush and possibly mess up. It's okay, Calder. Really." A pushover? Junko? A bit. But she really just wished everyone would stop fighting.

Sin had been preoccupied with Alcyone and still ticked about Rosc's rudeness, so she had barely caught what had happened. Except that people looked upset and she spotted Junko trying to soothe someone. She glanced at Alcyone for a moment flashing her a smile before walking back towards Junko and then she caught sight of Christof. She cringed at the bloody mess of his hand and then looked at Junko.
"Wow that stand is more dangerous then I had thought. Are you alright Junko?" She walked a bit closer, she was ready to give that music stand a swift kick. Luckily it hadn't marred her flawless skin or she'd have failed the class for a complete loss of temper.
She looked at Christof with sympathy and gently reached to pat his arm. "Are you alright Christof?" Well obviously not, but once he sewed himself up he would be right? That was the handy thing about undead and such, disgusting, but useful at times. She would have offered to help but Sin couldn't sew a stitch to save her life so she really wasn't much use in this case. Still she had wanted to make sure no one was giving Junko a hard time she still felt a bit protective of the monster ghoul. After everything that had happened in ChristmasTown she couldn't help but instinctively hover near Junko and Alcyone as if expecting a giant toy to hop out of the shadows and try and attack them again.

Stealing?? He wasn't stealing! He was borrowing! He never stole, as far as he was concerned, despite the piles mounting up in his room, and the small inorganic pile growing under his bed. But you can't steal what isn't being used anyway. And... and he was going to give it back! Calder made it sound like he had some nefarious plot involving the needle, and he slouched down further, face going red. The monster ghoul seemed alright by it, though, and he relaxed a bit as she came to his defense. At least someone wasn't holding a grudge against him! Face positively trembling as he turned to her almost apologetically the hunchback motioned from the needle to himself and then to West and then back to her again, eyes flickering to the Kelpie in a "So bite me" sort of way.
Then the voice came, and shivers went all the way up and around and down Christof's back. Sin.... He sighed slowly through his nose as he turned to glance up at her- and down then back up again. They had a few classes together, but she was a popular Demon, usually swamped by her own gaggle of ghoulfriends but now she was here touching his shoulder making sure he was alright and oh god his heart was going to burst she was NOTICING HIM. Slowly, he nodded through the fog.
Yaya could wait until she was less under guard.

This was just – just – ugh! Fine. If everyone thought Christof was all sweet and innocent when he went around punching people and didn't get in trouble when, Calder liked to point out, the kelpie would have gotten in trouble if he had done the same thing, then fine. FINE! Forget everything he tried. In fact, Christof was working his stupid, I can't speak, so helpless act that he was actually attracting MORE GHOULS to him! It was just so frustrating! Calder KNEW Christof could talk, KNEW he could be a violent pain in the rear, and yet he managed to get out of trouble AND just attract people to his side.
SCREW.
THIS.
Calder flicked his tail in agitation and pushed past Sin and Junko, not caring anymore and going over to just forcefully flop down next to Yaya, crossing his arms across his chest and just SCOWLING at the ground. You had to be downright blind not to see how agitated he was.

Sin huffed when Calder pushed past her but she was too busy enjoying the way Christof's eyes had lit up. Ah it felt good to make others feel good...or in this case to get a dose of admiration that in turn boosted her already overinflated ego. Sin didn't think Christof was dangerous in the least, no he was just a poor sweet undead who was always so eager to serve and be useful. She didn't get why Calder was so upset, then again Sin's lack of attention to anything but herself was to blame for that. She motioned to his finger and the needle.
"You better get that patched up before the Professor gets here." She didn't think yowls of pain and the pitter patter of blood drops counted as 'musical' in this case.

It wasn't that Junko was taking sides, or so she thought, she just didn't like people fighting! She heard Sin's voice and glanced back at her, frowning and glancing toward the boils. "I'm...I'm okay..." Physically, anyway. She didn't get the chance to say much else though because Calder was angry now. She could see it. It was obvious. And Junko felt so bad. She watched as the kelpie stormed back to his seat, the hand that had been on his shoulder just hanging there in midair now. He...he was angry. But why?! All she was doing was standing up for someone! That was what she was supposed to do, right? It...it was just a needle! And Christof hadn't even done anything wrong by taking it! Junko frowned, her hands dropping to rub self-consciously at her arm as she looked toward Sin again. "I'm okay~." She told her friend with a little smile, trying her best to lie. She didn't feel okay now. She felt so bad. But that wasn't fair! She shouldn't feel bad! She didn't do anything wrong!
"You can keep the needle, Christof. I have plenty where it came from." It wasn't a lie; Junko had a lot of needles just in case she lost one or broke one, just she only had one on her right now. She turned to walk back to Yaya and Sharra, this time sitting beside Sharra instead of Calder like she had been before. She didn't want to see Calder angry, especially when she didn't do anything wrong.

As Lizzy and Calder left and Christof was left alone with Sin, he shifted, unsure of what to do or say. Flushing he gave her a polite bow of his head, needle clenched tightly in his hand against his chest. He wobbled a moment, behind his scarf his lips parting as he almost... almost said something, but terror clamped it closed again. Sin would never go to the Scareintine's dance with him. He wasn't about to... to speak out in front of everyone only to be horribly embarrassed. Instead, he gave her another polite bow, face red, before hurrying after West before he got blood all over the place. Groanspring seemed a lot easier for those sorts of questions anyway.

With the majority of the boils and ghouls in this class being all agreeable and calm, there was little West could do until Christof returned with the borrowed needle. He sat back in his seat and simply watched as the patchwork was stopped again and again, first by Calder, then Junko, then Sin. Out of all of these interactions, it was not the kelpie's anger that interested West the most, surprisingly. It was the flush that colored Christof's cheeks when Sin gave him her attention.
"Christof'scot al'the ghouls," he quipped to no one in particular, holding up his injured hand as the other boil approached. "I dunno tha'one, buttit looks like y'got morrof a chance wit'her than Yaya." His lips were quirked in a nasty smirk, no matter how inadvisable it might have been to piss off the kid who was going to be sewing him up.

Lucien had heard there was a music class now. He had been so excited after the Battle of the Bands that the air spirit nearly jumped and skipped down the hall until he got to the music class's door. He was thinking about the Battle of the Bands and the band he was in with Jack and Daisuke, Darker Skies, that he didn't even realize the eighth note was a real snake.
Gosh, this door sure was heavy. The air spirit had a mighty tough time opening it and actually had to step on the ground and push to get enough force to open it. He slipped through and looked around the classroom. It was so nice, and such high ceilings! That sold it for the air spirit. There was lots of room to fly and float in.
After a moment, he moved over the music stand and investigated it. He stared at it for a bit, looking at the blood more than the fact there was names on it. It took him a bit to realize, but eventually he noticed the names. It was a sign-up sheet! He moved his hand to grasp the pen and the music stand clamped down on his hand. He howled and howled.
"GET IT OFF," he yelped, his voice high and pitchy. He swung his arm around frantically until finally the music stand released his hand and he quickly wrote his name on the paper. He totally didn't realize he took up a huge space.

The students had come into the music hall one by and one. They had all signed their name on the music sheet sign up sheets that Blue had so thoughtfully laid out on a music stand for them. Some of them were bitten by the music stand, unaware of its desire to eat their flesh. Some of the other students were bitten, but not due to lack of trying, they were just too slow to move their hand before the music stand snapped down. Some students were either fast enough to not be bitten by the music stand or just plain lucky. Many of them had made noises that pleased the professor greatly. The sound of children crying out and squealing in shock, pain and suffering were the keys of Blue's romantic ideals. Of course, some didn't make much noise at all and that actually disappointed the professor greatly.
The professor had heard everything that had happened, but how? Blue had not even been in the room when the class started, right? Up on the top of the music classroom at the professor's area, behind one of the curtains, there was a rustle. A very subtle rustle. Shortly after, Blue stepped out from behind the curtain. Blue had extremely long hair that certainly would have dragged along the floor of the classroom had it not been pinned up ornately in a very attractive manner. Instead, it hung around Blue's waist. The professor was very beautiful, almost too beautiful for a man. In Blue's left hand he held a violin and in his right he held the bow. Promptly, the demon drew the violin up under his chin and slid the bow over the string. He played, a quickly a beautiful and alluring sound resonated throughout the hall until all of the students were looking at the professor. The demon. Blue.
He waited a moment before gently putting his precious violin and bow down on the couch. He made such beautiful music with it, to harm it would be a crime. Of course, after putting the violin down he looked down at the class from the balcony. He didn't say anything yet, he merely picked up a pile of sheets and walked down the stairs. He looked at the the students, and then walked over to the music stand. He picked up the sign-up sheet he had placed on it earlier and reviewed it for a moment. He seemed to smile at the blood that was splattered over the paper as he tucked the sheet into his other hand before he set the other pile of sheet music on top of it. He turned back to the class.
"Welcome Introductory Music. My name is Professor Blue and you'll be seeing me from now on out." He spoke out to the class and another alluring tone came out. It appeared the demon wasn't a one-trick rainbow pony. Not only could torment children, allure people with the tone of a violin but he could also allure others with his voice. His eyes slowly scanned the classroom, pausing on Gabrian and Israfel before he said, "We'll be getting very close."
"I have a few rules and I expect them to be followed. If they're not then you will be punished." Just as he was about to list off his rules he seen Jack enter the classroom. His eyes narrowed at the nekogami demon.
"One: I will not tolerate anyone being late. The end. See me after class for your punishment."
"Two: There will be no water in this class," he seemed to eye Calder specifically when he said this. Was it Calder's fault? It was hard to tell, but there was something shining in Blue's eyes, as if he was daring a student to forbid his order. "Bring water to this class and the least you'll have to worry about is how off-tune you are."
"Three: If you want to fight, go to gym class. I'm positive Red will be more than pleased to help you with that need." He seemed to be smiling especially wide when he mentioned Red.
"Four: I can and will add more rules as I decide to and you will listen to them."
"Finally, come up to the music stand and take a sheet of paper. Please fill it out, listing which you'd prefer in order from 1-30, with 1 being your first choice and 30 being your last. You have fifteen minutes to do this and then I am collecting your sheets whether you like it or not. If you have any questions, yell as if someone is trying to kill you or come upstairs and see me personally."
Then he turned away from the students and disappeared back up into his balcony area. He could be seen hanging over the couch just above the stage, watching the classroom with a narrow eye. A soft sound of a violin could be heard in the heights of the room as Blue seemed to play the violin.
You go up to the music stand rather hesitatingly after last time, but the music stand seems to be groaning. There is so much weight down on top of it that it cannot even open its mouth.
If you cannot read Blue's handwriting then here are the following choices:
Bagpipes Bassoon Bells Cello Clarinet Conch Drums Flute French Horn Guitar Harmonica Harp Kazoo Keytar Ocarina Oboe Pan Flute Penny Whistle Piano Piccalo Recorder Saxophone Tambourine Triangle Trombone Trumpet Tuba Viola Violin Vocals
(( Nerpin, because you didn't have a chance to RP at all when you signed up. Blue has considered Jack late and Jack will have to see him after class.
If any students have questions, bold them in red. There are so many pieces of paper on the music stand it cannot bite you, no matter how much it would love to. Blue is sorry Music Stand, he'll feed you later. You have until February 11th to fill out the sheet of paper. If you do not, Blue will collect your empty sheet. ))
