Riyo immediately looked back as Klyde straddled her, mouth opening to protest... Until he started working out the kinks in her back. Closing her eyes, she grabbed one of his pillows and planted her face in it.
"Little bit lower." She mumbled through the fabric. It wasn't hard to realize that she hadn't been lying about the lack of back rubs. Her muscles were full of tension.

"Seems like you've needed a back rub for a while." Klyde commented as his trailed a bit lower on her back to knead at the muscles around her shoulder blades. Most if not all the muscle was tight and tense and there was really only so much he could do with her shirt in the way. His progress was slow though as he continued to work his way down wanting her to actually relax a little.
After a while though when he made his way to her lower back his hands slipped under the hem of her shirt. His touch was actually rather warm from all the friction of rubbing across her shirt as his finger sought out knots and eased them away with gentle circles. He didn't shoot too high right away, waiting to see what her reaction would be, but he never paused in his work now able to find the trouble areas a little more easily.

Riyo twitched at the short seconds of pain, though couldn't resist relaxing as he continued. Perhaps not the most comfortable thing, but it sure did ease her stressed, overworked body.
"I guess..." She sighed. Wasn't like she had many people to do it for her.
Riyo didn't jump as she felt skin-on-skin contact, but she did look back to her masseur with a curious glance. "So Klyde." Whatever she was about to say would probably be a very prying question. They often were when she started off like that. "What if... I said I didn't want to have sex for a long time? For whatever reason, I wanted to avoid a physical relationship with you. What would you do?" Was this a hint of what was to come? Was she just messing with him? There was no defining variable that could really answer that question... But it seemed important.

Klyde hid a grimace behind a thoughtfully curious gaze as Riyo started out with 'so Klyde'; those words were never great conversation starters. It was only proven how correct that statement was when she continued. Seemed she was laying it out straight which stung a little. Guess he shouldn't have hoped so much but damnit did he miss having sex. "While sex is great....okay really really great, that's not why I want to be around you." God he hoped he was on the right track with this. Slowly his hands still made their way up finding some of the smaller knots in her upper back to sooth them away. "If you want to wait, I'll continue to wait as well..." Dear sweet Jesus he was whipped and it was really hard to say considering he was already a little excited just getting to touch her and be so close.
To test to see if this was really her train of thought or not, Klyde retracted his hands from her shirt once he couldn't find any further knots and flopped down on his bed beside her laying on his back. "I guess if we're not going to do anything you don't mind if I take a short nap do you?"

'Well played, Klyde' was all Riyo could think as she listened to his words, immediately stretching her back and getting a few cracks from her spine. A soft content sigh escaped her as he rolled off to lay next to her. Nap, huh?
"Of course I don't." Riyo cooed with a small smile, immediately ending the distance between them and resting her head on his chest. Though, she gave no indication that his answer had been right. "In fact, I'll take a nap with you." Without another word, her hand slid under his shirt to touch his toned stomach, idly tracing the natural lines with her finger.
"By the way..." There was a softness to her voice now. "I forgive you..."

Klyde raised his brow as Riyo rested her head on his chest, her hand sneaking up his shirt. This was a mixed signal if he ever knew one but her warm touch across his stomach had goosebumps rising across his skin. And then she said three little words that nearly blew him away. Three words he thought he might never hear. I forgive you.
Smiling, if not a little deviously, Klyde reached over and pulled her on top of him wrapping his arms around her. "I was wondering if I would ever hear those words."
