Basically, he is a cosplay of the Pokemon Hippopotas!!!! {if this cosplay has already been taken, which I checked and haven't see it, please tell me; that is if there is a male already made, I'll get it as a female and vice versa.} This is basically a CC type of custom and should be the colorist's best interpretation of the pokemon. :]. I will pay for edits, if the colorist so feels to add them. I also have some other pets from other shops based off this pokemon that can perhaps help give a visual of he should look like.
