Alright, if it's good with everyone else then it's fine with me. However, instead of it being claws shot at them, I'd like it to be more of shed nails that felines normally do irl. Also, you'll need to do a swiping motion in order to unleash them. My biggest problem was just imagining claws being shot out XD It reminded me too much of a mech attack lol

The Urban Superstition Sine: Speak with Kage on that, and get back to me. I do believe we already have a skill for this. Snuff: Denied miss. It's more of a custom weapon thing then a skill. Are you referring to the "Soul Song" thing? I just placed it there to show you why I was making this skill. The skill is actually called A Call To Arms cause each siren gets to come up with their own Soul Song. Or are you saying I accidently replicated A Call To Arms?

If I am correct, Kage already has a song made that can turn allies to her side. I believe it's just living creatures like animals and plants. s**t like that. Ask her before you go any further.

Thank you very much for understanding. But as I would expect with the Giants, I want to let her know first. Thus she will not get miffed with me.

RPC name: Vlad (Alucard) Tepes
Is it a Free skill?: Nope
Type of skill: Vampire skill
Skill name: Skill Drain
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: To learn this skill, I have to teach it to them.
Skill description: An special technique Vlad developed, thus tying into his unique talent. By biting the target and drinking their blood, the user will gain knowledge of one of their techniques that is the same rank or lower then the user, being able to use it whenever they like. However, techniques are limited to elements and class skill as long as it doesn't clash with your vampire bloodline. (meaning you cannot learn holy skills or light skills). This can only be done to an actual rpc, and a max of 3x per rpc. The skill you learn you must post in your profile who you got it from, and provide a link.
Sample: Alucard smirked as he fired off the crossbow, four times to be exact. The man yelled in pain as he was pinned to the wall, his arms outstretched and his feet fogether, like a cross with large metal arrows through his hands and ankles. Alucard walked up to him, tilting his head to the side as his mouth opened wide, a row of sharp fangs showed before sinking into the man's neck. Blood rushed into his mouth, sweet blood. However, through his blood be gained access to his knowledge, and suddenly pulled back. The man was panting heavy as the vampire walked away. "You can't leave me here! People will know!!!!" . Aucard smiled and turned around. "Your right....they'll know of your accident" He said as he shot a fireball from his hand. The man screamed as his body burst flame, which caught his house on fire. A few moments later, fire department arrived to put out the fire. Alucard watched from afar, a grin on his face. "Thanks for the skill...it was a real blast" He said as he turned around, the house exploding from the stove being on fire and mixing with the gas.
-------------------------------------------
Is it a Free skill?: Yes
Type of skill: Vampire skill
Skill name: Intangibility
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Must be taught by a vampire who knows the skill.
Skill description: A skill only true vampires know, thus the reason why only vampires can learn it from other vampires. This skill, when outside battle costs nothing due to the hardened concentration and strain isn't present as it would be in a fight, and allows vampires to phase through physical objects such as walls and doors and floors and swords etc, even other people. However, in combat one can enter a state where physical objects can pass through them without harm for three posts, but to maintain this state will cost C rank energy per post afterwards. After the skill expires, it cannot be used again for a time of three posts. This skill has a power level, from D to C. D rank are for those who are yet to be adept, letting them only be able to phase slowly through objects, while those adept and higher can phase quickly.
Rp Sample: Vlad smirked as Marishka gave him his next task. Lately he seemed to become something of a new toy, a weapon of various sorts and used for many things. "Then it shall be done...don't spare this one's life this time though, I'd like to taste blood and feel his neck snap. You can just revive him after I have some fun" He said as he stepped back against the wall, merging with it almost as he walked through it. The best part about this nifty skill was hardly any knew it, save for himself and Marishka. Less vampires are around nowadays since he has been....'cleaning up the trash.'
-------------------------------------------------
Is it a Free skill?: Yes
Type of skill: Vampirism
Skill name: Telepathy
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: -
Skill description: A skill that simply allows vampires to communicate with other vampires only, letting them discuss strategy or simply have a discussion. The range of how far one must be from the other is vast, to be able to communicate one must be within the same city or country as the target. However, to be able to speak with them they must know each other.
Sample: The vampire finished his drink, of course time flew but in Nocturne it was nearly impossible to tell since it was forever night in its domain. Suddenly, a female voice broke the silence within his mind. Alucard, head for the colleseum, your training begins now. Marishka's nearly dead of emotion voice said before falling silent. I'll be there. A grin split his face, fangs exposed in their usual sharp pointed manner as he downed the last drink before standing up and tossed money to the bar tender. "Gotta run, my teacher beckons" He said as he walked through the doors, heading off.
-----------------------------------------------
Is it a Free skill?: Yes
Type of skill: Vampirism
Skill name: Mist of the night
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: -
Skill description: A skill that comes with most vampires, upon using this skill a thick fog rolls in. The fog is normally around to help hide the vampire, making it more difficult to fight them. From being created from the supernatural, this tampers with the senses of sight and smell, making it nearly impossible to see beyond 5ft. The sense of smell becomes confused, rendering it useless as everything around the target now has the same smell. This fog affects the entire area for 5 posts.
Sample: Alucard looked at the human gunslinger, a wildy one he is. "I'll light your a** up" The cocky human said as Alucard merely smiled. "Your not even worth my words, get out of my sight" He said as slowly a heavy fog rolled in. The human looked around, seeing the thick clouds roll in. Squinting his eyes, he couldn't really see through it. When he turned to face Alucard, the vampire was gone, and the clouds settled into the area. He began panting, his breathing heavy as he looked around blindly. Panic setting in. From behind him, a pair of red glowing eyes shone through and the human froze for a moment. Turning around, he found a hand cover his face, gripping it and pulled him forward just to hear a sickening crunch of bones as Alucard's hand punctured through his rib and through his back, his heart in the vampire's tight grip. Alucard smiled as the hand tightened, the heart exploding from the force of the crush.

RPC name: Velox V. Sokuryoku
Is it a Free skill?:No
Type of skill:Lycanthropy Bloodline
Skill name:Claws of Hell
Rank:C-Rank
If it uses ammo how much:N/A
Limits:Cannot grow out his nails longer than three inches. The time which it takes for the claws to grow is slow(1 post).
Skill description:This talent was developed after Velox found out how to Regenerate. He learned he could generate cells at a higher rate than others to heal. After a bit of practicing Velox got his Regeneration so perfect to the point where he could extend his fingernails on cue and create claws. He can fine tune his nails to the point which they are razor sharp and as strong as titanium.
Sample: Velox sat upon a stump, staring up into the open sky. In his hand he held a chunk of wood which he wanted to carve. He looked down at his other hand and focused on it. Slowly the nails began to grow. Longer and longer they grew with each passing moment. Soon they reach a good two and a half inches. Velox turned to his other hand and began to focus on it. After a short moment the same transformation began to begin. He stuck his nail in the wood and began to gently pick at it. His attention was no divided upon anything but the would until he got a strong smell of blood. He stood, his long hair flowing down his back in a tight pony-tail, and turned towards the west. There he saw two armored soldiers hiking through a small forest trail not to far from the stump which he had previously sat upon. The strong scent of blood was mouthwatering for he had not eaten in days. In a blur Velox flew through the shrouded forest and appeared in front of the two with a grin. "Why hello there," he spoke before thrust his hand through the chest plate of one man's armor. His nails glided through the thin steel, into the man's chest, and through his rib cage. This allowed Velox to shove the rest of his hand in and rip out the man's beating heart. The man to the left of them drew his blood stained sword and swung at Velox. Velox parried the sword with a quick sweep of his free hand, sending it clattering away. He then swept his hand across a portion of the man's lower abdomen which was unarmored by his chest plate. As Velox did his claws sliced open the man allowing for his intestines to spill from his body.

Username: Are we still doing this?
RPC name: Yensen D. Howitzer
Is it a Free skill?: IT'S MINE! ALLLL MINE!
Type of skill: Mechanist
Skill name: Predator's Cloak (As in a predator of creatures, not the movie predator.)
Rank: A
If it uses ammo how much: Zip.
Limits: Requires Energy
Skill description: As complicated as it seems, Yensen has figured out a cloaking mechanism that works well. It distorts the light near him, causing it to frantically circle him, rendering him invisible. This however has quite a few faults, in which he didn't think about when he created it. It doesn't muffle the sound of his steps, meaning he must walk slowly in order to sneak about. It also doesn't protect him from people bumping into him while he's cloaked. And because it requires energy, he can't use it in combat because all of his auxiliary energy goes to combat equipment. Although it has such a high building requirement, it only requires C rank energy to keep covered.
Sample: Yensen sat perfectly still, watching the same fort he'd blown up, ripped in half, fixed up, rebuilt, demolished, destroyed, and so much more. He sat less then a mile away, watching the fort. Although there were 8 guards on the east wall, the one he surveyed, they hadn't a clue Yensen laid on the ground watching them in a prone position. It required minimal energy to do so, and when he sat in the sun, it was a perfect cycle of usage and gain. A small lizard had taken residence on top of his back. From anyone on the walls perspective, it seemed as if a lizard floated above the ground. He had noticed one of the guard had a look on his face. It was a split between horror, and amazement. All Yensen could do was snicker. But no one else knew he was snickering.

@Urban: That sounds like it should be an A-Rank to build and a C-rank per post, even though it's not meant for battle, stealth is a powerful weapon.

I don't plan on going crazy with it. I don't like stealth very much. It's mainly so I can shadow the trainees and novices around without them catching on. But your probably right.
I still need Fenrir to approve some Machines I made. I'm the only active mechanist crying

RPC name: Elizabeth Bishop
Is it a Free skill?: MINE! ONLY MINE!
Type of skill: Kiranu Bloodline
Skill name: Piercing Fur
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Kiranu only
Skill description: Well, I was playing pokemon, and my Jolteon learned pin missle, and I remembered that Jolteon can harden their fur, then launch it at people in a volly of needles...So it's pretty much like pin missle...several bits of razor sharp, needle-like fur from the tail are thrown at the opponent. Since Fur is really thin, the needles can be difficult to spot at first.
Sample:
Elizabeth had been hunting orcs for a mission all day. She need one last orc to finish. She came across one, sitting on a tree stump, sharpening his axe. She jumped down infront of the orc, and got ready to use the shurikan shadow skill, it had worked on all the other orcs, so why not this one. She reached into her shurikan pouch, but it was empty. The orc stood up and laughed as it picked up it's axe and walked towards Elizabeth. She simply smiled, and focused energy into her tail, then flicked it forward. Several strands of fur shot from her tail. The fur was sharp and like a needle. The fur struck the orc in the neck, piercing his arteries, causing him to bleed out.
