(( Petting Booth // Popsicle Stand ))
Light laughter formed at her boyfriend's appearance, taking his arm and hugging it to her wet body. "I'm fine," she assured the chef, beaming him a megawatt smile. "What about you? Having fun yet?" Though there may have been a threat of playful ire, it bled out of her quickly and Alex was ready to simply play. Swinging her hips side to side in an almost bouncing motion, she held out one of her hands towards Ty. "I will get you when I'm not on the job," she said simply to the blonde, devilish grin full of promise. "But for now, introductions will have to do!
Ty, this is Aphismet, my better half." The chef's arm earned another squeeze. "Aphi, this is Ty, Yuurei's brother!" But the Aussie was now playing with one of the Chimera, causing the dark-haired woman's eyebrow to lift in bafflement. It didn't occur to her at all that something may have passed between the two men, and with a small bit of a pout, she tilted her head to look at the white-haired man she was holding onto. "Too many things going on, I'm not quick enough to keep up." The pursed-lip look melted into a warm smile, releasing her boyfriend's arm so he might enjoy himself a bit more.
"I'll have to find Isi and give him a swift snuggling, really ruin his day." A playful smirk lit her features, apparently not about to be daunted by a lack of understanding. Her green eyes caught sight of a stranger peering towards the booth, prompting her to straighten and roll on her heels, enjoying the warmth of the stand. Alex wouldn't call out - she was no hawker - but she would remain at ease and easy to approach - or so she hoped.
---
Her confusion was charming. Zul would have been happy to demonstrate why it was ice cubes for him, but she seemed anxious to move on to things she could better understand, like sign-ups. With an amused lift of his dark brows, he inclined his head, carefully maneuvering around to Lette's opposite side and leading her more into the thick of things, namely towards the sign-up's. Blue eyes took a quick gander at who had jotted their names down thus far as people continued to add theirs to the list, pleased at the turn out thus far. The demon looked towards the line - noting a Frei he'd seen at the pool party in passing - and indicated it was his turn to sign up. "After you," he told the Gargoyle, quelling his intrigue for the time being. He'd have plenty of time to meet and greet.
For the time being, he turned his attention to the man behind the booth, the smile forming in earnest and familiarity. "Zeke, what would you recommend for the popsicles?" Zul indicated the woman he was escorting, allowing Lette her turn to introduce herself. He could easily introduce her to those of his kind; humans had different rules when it came to that and he did not wholly understand them to this day. Best to stay out of that one. The Frei quickly glanced around to take in stock of who was present and who was not, noticing quickly the lack of two of his oldest friends - Sevilin and LuLu. He wondered if they were okay...
Brushing his concern aside as unfounded, he took the pen on the table and, since he was already signed up for Paintball, he jotted his woman's name down under the sand castle building. She'd thank him later. Maybe. Satisfied, Zul leaned against the counter away from the general cluster of people by the lists, content to wait to talk to Zeke until the man was free to talk some.

((Yuu=beachside / Ty = petting zoo -> beachside / Lucia=drinks booth))
Lucia smiled at Pasha’s response, letting whatever Pasha was leaving out of her explanation remain out. She could tell her friend wasn’t “all better,” but she wasn’t completely okay yet either.
”I’m here.” She looked at the other people in the area and shrugged slightly. It was the response she had been giving everyone. But realizing that, Lucia blinked a few times. Pasha wasn’t just anyone. She deserved a good answer. Sighing she continued. ”I’m much better than when we hung out before. I have stuff to get over. So do other people.” She still didn’t want to explain to the Muse what had happened, so she purposefully didn’t look at Rivener. There was enough commotion today that Meli would probably be too busy to ask. And if she did get a chance, Lucia would explain.
As the delicate wing extended over her, protecting her, Lucia smiled and leaned into her friend. ”I didn’t know you sang out there though. I’m up at nights usually. I’ll have to come listen to you sometime.” Lucia blinked happily. ”Oh! Did you sign up for the seashell hunt? You need to be signed up! So maybe they’ll pair us together!”
-------
”We met before; I took Lucia to talk to Rivener.” Ty said, responding to the introduction with a smile. Ty smiled warmly at Alex’s teasing, but the stuffed shirt boyfriend was too much for him to handle. She could be a kinky chick. Why the uptight boyfriend? Shrugging internally he stood up after giving the chimera one last splash.
”I’ll see you later, Alex. You can try to get me back then.” He lifted an eyebrow at Aphi. ”Lighten up. She won’t break.”
Pushing the spare strands of hair away from the lenses of his sunglasses, Ty looked over at the beach ”I’m gonna go see what Rei is up to.”
Yuurei smiled at Ebony’s introduction. Looking a little startled as Lekabel walked away to answer a phone call – even she let her business associates know that she would leave her phone at home today – she ignored it and greeted Hazeline. ”Nice to see you again!” Rather than addressing Ebony to inform her that the women had met before, she just spoke to Hazeline instead.
Walking over to the beach Ty left Alex, Aphi, and a few others who were approaching. ”Oy, Rei!”
As her name was called, Yuu looked over at her half-brother. ”The handsome guy coming this way is my brother. Don’t believe a word he says,” she said with a playful glance at Ebony. ”Hey Tyyyyy!” she called as he approached. ”This is Ty. Ty, this is Hazeline and Ebony.”
Ty grinned at looked at the women. ”Hello ladies.” His accent was accentuated and his bright green eyes looked at them warmly.

((Drinks Booth-> Popsicle Stand))
Melisande listened to Lucia's words, but seemed to be trying to hear what was behind them. Her lips parted, but she couldn't bring herself to ask, not here, not when she knew the girl truly didn't wish to talk about it. Instead, she closed her mouth and touched the Frei's face gently...brushing the backs of her fingers against Lucia's cheek for the briefest moment. She would be there, whenever the kitten wished to speak.
"Oh, I'd love to have you come! Just tell me what night, and I'll make a reservation for you. You have my number!" She tilted her head a bit the seashell hunt, one flower unfurling in curiosity, and followed Lucia's gaze to the popsicle booth...and froze. Swallowing, Melisande suddenly felt the need to take a large sip of her drink. Being paired up with Lucia sounded wonderful, but...
Taking a deep breath, Pasha made up her mind. She could hear Aki's voice in her memory; like taking off a bandage! Better to get it all over at once! Nodding once at Lucia, Melisande gathered her courage and closed her wings...pushing herself away from the Drinks Booth with a single graceful motion. She was silent as she drifted, keeping her eyes focused on the sign up sheets, and nothing else. The little coconut barely shook in her hands.

(( Popsicle booth -> Somewhere XD // Drinks booth, always. Tag Delia, Lucia, Melisande (kinda) ))
It seems like Xiu is meeting a lot of people that he seem to know at the popsicle booth. Personally Lazarus does not know most of them although he recognize them from Kyou's files. But he felt that he should give the white Sigel some space as he moved away from the booth, giving Zeke a friendly wave as well as he slowly departed. The booth was getting a bit cramped, with what he recognized as Ethan, Vyn's guardian, as well as Zul in the line to sign up for the event. He wanted to wave at Xiu but he seemed preoccupied at the moment, so he think better of it. Perhaps he could have some alone time before the event officially starts.
Kyou just frowned at Rivener as he downed those shots quickly. "A coconut for Delia then." He smiled as he spoke, making a mental note to not add alcohol into her drink. He added some into Melisande's because he considered her to be more grown up than the basilisk Frei. Picking up a coconut he began to prepare it for Delia.
It was then he noticed someone else approaching the counter. "Lucia! It's nice to see you." He greeted cheerfully as he moved a little closer, still a bit wary if the kitten Frei still remembered about the time when he tricked her. "How about some honeyed milk? But please wait a moment alright?" He suggested as he continue to crack at the coconut for Cordelia, giving Lucia some space to catch up with Melisande. Silently he listen to them as they spoke, although preparing a coconut isn't exactly a quiet job. Finally garnishing the coconut with a little green umbrella he served it to Delia and got to preparing Lucia's honeyed milk. "You should sign up for those events." Casually he chided in when the kitten Frei mentioned about the seashell hunt. "They will start any minute now, so you better be fast."

((Popsicle Booth))
Melisande wasn't trying to be impolite, but there were an awfully lot of people around the popsicle booth. The popsicles looked delicious, but the drink Kyou had made for her was cold and sweet enough...she held it in one hand as she lightly made her way through the crowd to the sign-ups.
Keeping her head down, face obscured by her long blonde curls, Melisande swiftly penned her name under two events. Seashell Hunt and Sandcastles. Her script was elegant, even when writing so fast, and she added the accent over the e with a flourish even as she turned.
Another little thrill shot through her. She'd been worried for nothing! Holding the coconut again in both little hands, the muse held her wings in tight...picking her way back out through the crowd. She'd done it!

(( Petting Zoo // Drinks booth )) "Goddamn..." We`rika took off his sunglasses to get a better look at the pandemonium that was crammed into a small little festival, but it turned out to be a bad decision, as the sun beat down and almost blinded him. Best to keep those babies on then! He looked down at Sevilin, who looked back up at him with matching aviators and his own wide-brimmed straw hat. His long blue pigtails hung low behind his back, catching the gusts like a wind sock. We`rika looked rather less impressive. He wore a pair of beige cargo pants that were surprisingly clean of dried cement or mud and plain white cotton t-shirt. The guardian didn't need to be so self-conscious about his tattoo any longer, but it was now a big blob of scar tissue and the rest of his scars and pock marks weren't very appealing to look at either, sooo shirt it was then! It had been awhile since he had run into anyone and, truth be told, he felt a little nervous. Alex was off his list since she was probably still pissed at him, so was Aphismet because he was affiliated with Rivener, Aki was completely off the charts... Maybe Kyou was around. Well, regardless of his own fears of just sitting by himself, he wouldn't let it infect Sevilin's day out. It had been awhile for him as well; the little frei needed all the confidence boosting he could get. "Alrigh', where ya wanna go, huh?" "Hmm..." Sevilin brought up a delicate finger to his cherry-red lips. The bump in his nose kind of marred his perfect face, but We`rika thought it gave him some character. His son always tried to hide it with a colored band-aid and today he had picked orange to complement all of his blue. That meant absolutely nothing to his guardian, but whatever made the raevan happy was fine with him. "Oh! I wanna go to the petting zoo!""Mmmkay...." That looked like a fine idea, especially since it was close enough to the bar, so he could keep an eye on him. "Well, I'mma go ge' a drink then--" We`rika saw Sevilin whip around and give him the evil eye. "Hey, hey, calm down! I'll be non-alcoholic. Dun ge' yer wings in a twis'..." He stalked off to the booth and was happy to see there was something to eat as well. "Can I ge' somehin' ta drink...? Like, I dunno, somethin' frui'y--Oh bu'... can... jes add, like, jes a pinch of alcohol? Nothin' much, though..." He had promised Sevilin he'd stop drinking so much. It was a long, long road with a lot of pot holes already. --- Sevilin floated toward the kiddy pools that were set up, minding the crowd and making sure he didn't get stepped on. He didn't recognize anyone he knew, except for Alex, but she was talking with someone else and Sevilin didn't really want her to see him with a broken nose. He'd rather she keep the memory of him as perfect. Tilting his hat back so he could see a bit better, the sea fairy came up to the lip of one of the pools and looked in. There was a weird colored octopus and a furry fish... thing. "....." Sevilin didn't remember seeing these things out in the big blue. Ah well, he was sure they were nice, so he stuck his hand into the cool water and waited for one of the creatures to come over. It was the strange octopus with ears, mewing as it crawled over. Sevilin couldn't help but laugh at the unexpected noise. "You are sure weird, huh?" Careful with his salty hands, the old frei gently rubbed on of its black ears between his finger and thumb.

((Delia=Drink Booth -> Popsicle Booth (Tags to umm…everyone? XD) // Ebs=Beach (Tags to Yuu and Hazeline))
Her silver orbs looked widely confused towards the angelic Sigel. It tasted like Lucia? What did that mean? How could something taste like a Raevan and how would one know? Baffled, the snake simply tilted her head and watched Pasha as she quickly, yet gracefully made her way across the bar and into the arms of said Lucia. Eyes widening more, Cordelia realized she’d misunderstood the comment before her hand rose up to open and close in a small wave towards the feline Frei. That’s when her hand froze in mid-air and she looked to it with an even more confused expression on her scaly face than was there prior. Why was she waving to Lucia? Wasn’t she still upset with the girl for trying to burn her? Quickly the basilisk sifted through herself and yet couldn’t conjure that familiar feeling of betrayal and anger. Even stranger, she could not recall exactly how or when she’d decided to forgive Lucia.
"A coconut for Delia then."
The girl’s ears perked at the sound of her name as she turned to view the demonic doctor once more. Thank Kyou for small distractions as he swiftly set to work on crafting her drink. Soon enough she was totally engrossed in watching him try to unsuccessfully bang the large brown seed. Just when she thought he wouldn’t be able to open the thing suddenly it split open with a loud crack, some of the milk escaping as it dribbled onto the counter. After such a display, Delia was already fidgeting with anticipation and held out her hands for the decorative cup.
“Thank you Doctor!” she happily cooed, accepting the coconut with childish delight. Amused, Cordelia gently poked at the green umbrella and giggled. How’d he know? Taking the straw between her dark lips, the snake gave an experimental sip. Odd as it was, the liquid lightly cool and heavy in her mouth, she found it wasn’t so bad. Sweet, but neither extremely so nor gritty like the chocolate she’d had back in February. Musing to herself as she merrily sucked down the drink, Cordelia swayed gently in place thinking of what to do next. Drinking was all well and good, but the girl wasn’t content to stay in one place for long when she was still brimming with energy.
Thus with a parting pat to Rivener’s cheek (he seemed to be okay now, at least she hoped), Cordelia hastily floated away from the bar and towards the booth she’d been told held the games sign up. Busy was the understatement of the year on approaching the place. All manner of bipeds and Raevans were packed around the small area and poor Zeke looked so overwhelmed on his own behind the counter. Tucking her sharp wings in and holding most carefully onto her beloved new cup, Delia tried to bypass the mass, yet managed to get caught between two unknowns and gave a light squeak of displeasure. Not wanting to cause panic or hurt anyone, the serpent’s wings remained close to her back, but quivered with her sheer uncomfortable-ness as the two people only succeeded in grinding her tighter between them and someone else as well. Not able to take being confined and squished, Cordelia gave a loud audible groan before she suddenly poofed out of existence, leaving only a puff of smoke and her dropped drink in her place.
It wasn’t long before she slowly reformed next to Zeke on the other side of the booth with both a look of confusion and slight disappointment as she peered over at her ruined coconut on the sandy ground. Well…at least she’d escaped the squishing…somehow. Maybe Kyou would let her have another one if she explained what happened and how it wasn’t her fault. With a slight, pouty glare at the others on the opposite side of the stand, Cordelia slowly wrote her name out in a childish scrawl on the closest list, something about seashells or something, whatever that was. Then grabbing the one next to it, she gleefully signed Ebby up too. She had no idea what paintball was, but her woman needed to have some fun too damnit!
Things seemed to speed up exceptionally as the other two joined them and sooner than was anticipated, Fathle was leaving them. The Brit blushed again when he lightly kissed her hand. Heart thumping she idly looked between the other two women in hopes they’d not ask what that was all about since she had no real explanation either than that the red head was rather old fashioned in his ways. “Oh…okay, see you later then…Mister Lekabel…” As uncomfortable as she was to being left alone with the man, Ebony was sad to see him go. She did hope everything was well and that he and Ekundayo would return soon. After all, Cordelia would be quite sad to hear she’d missed the eagle girl.
Luck was a fickle thing it seemed as not as soon as Fathle had collected Dayo and left than did another male take his place. This time it was a bright blonde with an air to him that reminded the Brit much of David. Something she was right to think on account of what Yuurei just whispered to her before waving her brother over. With an internal sigh, Ebony held out her slender hand in greeting to the man. “Ello Ty.” The purple haired woman replied her own accent rolling off her tongue with ease and grace. “Pleasure to make your acquaintance.”

((Popsicle Booth - Zeke @Platy: I'll put Anastacia's post to Vyn in my next post, this one is to get people set up for games!))
Ahh, she was a newborn! Or at least very young, but either way the fact she didn't understand sign ups was a-okay with Zeke. His smile remained but he lightly shook his head, letting her down as gently as possible. He parted his lips to explain but a colder tone cut him off before he could and as Zeke looked up he met Kenth's similarly frigid gaze. He didn't blanche, but the look he was wearing wasn't lost on him.
"Three kinds, actually," and he pushed the sandcastle building sheet over to Xuelian and next to its brothers. He watched their banter, but when her - guardian...really? - directed explaining what signing up was to him, Zeke had to loft a brow behind his sunglasses. It wasn't that hard to explain, couldn't he do it? Ah well... "Zeke, if you please," he said in regards to that 'Mr. Owner' thing, "and sure, take whichever kind you like." He gestured to the buckets of ice with the popsicles sticking out of them all around the large table with a wave of his hand but then immediately turned his eyes to the Frei, pulling down his sunglasses so she could see the caramel-brown of his irises.
"Signing up means you put your name down under the game you want to play." Again, he tapped all three as he read off their names. "This here is sandcastle building, where you'll be given a partner and you get to make a building out of the sand. This middle one is paintball, and you'll be put on teams with other Raevans and people and given a gun to fire these little balls of paint at the other team." He held up his hand and made the rough size of a paintball pellet - small, but loaded with colorful goop, before dropping his hand again and tapping the last board "And this is seashells. Like the sandcastles you'll get a partner and you'll go out and find some pretty shells with them. My own Raevan is going to be doing that one, and so are quite a few others. That one's only for you Raevans though." He gave her a wink and pushed the pen toward her. "Sign up for whichever games you want to, okay? They'll all be a ton of fun, I promise." Zeke then looked up again and was going to address her guardian, but immediately a familiar voice caught his attention.
"The paint used in the paintballing event... does it wash out of clothes?"
"Excuse me," and he turned to the voice. "Ethan!" He hadn't seen the man since Thorn's check up, but no time for catch up; his booth was attracting more Raevans and humans alike but he still managed to wave as he strode over to the older man. "Yes it does. It's not like house paint or anything; more like finger paint I'd say. Just a wash with some regular laundry detergent on warm would get it right out." He couldn't linger, oh god more people. An apologetic smile was tossed at Ethan and Zeke was already on the move to the next voice he heard asking a question. Lo and behold, it was Zul!
"Hey kiddo," he greeted the demon with a warm familiarity and even reached out to ruffle that cream and sunset hair, "Recommend?" And Zeke's eyes turned from Zul to Lette, giving her a short wave before his hand reached up to stroke the beard upon his chin. "Hi there. Well all of them are really good, so kinda hard to pick just one! Personally one of my favorites is the red, white, and blue tiered ones, but that's just me." He slid the list of the available flavors in front of Lette, and tapped the Rocket Pop as the one he was speaking of. He missed Lazarus' wave as well as Melisande's arrival and quick departure, but Delia's arrival into his literal midst was not as she was suddenly right there when he turned back around.
"Holy sh--Cordelia!" His right hand flew up over his heart - quite startled even though she was now bent away and signing up on the forms. Never a dull day with the Lab.

((Popsicle Booth- Iorek Only ))
Iorek looked to the other raevan who moved to the side to let him by. He had no idea who he was but by this polite gesture there was no reason to feel uneasy. Reks turned to look at the other characters chatting amongst themselves around the fruity booth. Peering at them out of the corner of his eye they all appeared quite at ease, especially the spikey-haired raevan and the duo-colored hair popsicle-tender.
The gargoyle could feel heat rise to his grey cheeks as he realized just how silly he was for fretting about his appearance a little earlier. This group was used to strange oddities for they had some kind of connection to raevans. It was as simple as that so he was thought of as normal here.
He sighed with this relization and jotted down his name for both the seashell contest and the sand castle building contest. The man behind the counter made these games sound so appealing. His ears perked when he heard about the paintball game. If he remebered correctly Tyson took part in that game a year or two ago. Quickly the raevan wrote down Tyson's name for paintball with the assurance that the boy would be happy to take part in it. And that was it, he was done signing up. Iorek floated back to admire his handywork although his writing was still a little slobby. Now he just had to wait and see if he made any new friends today. Let's hope!

(( Popsicle Booth => Petting Zoo - Zul ))
The demon was watching the going-on's with mild interest, mostly looking at the people with a scrutiny to measure to his taste. The outfits were mostly boring and uninspired, mostly looking the same with a lack of cloth for women and an abundance for the men. It was damn confusing with all the trails of Raevan ribbon dangling between bare legs of various colors! Zul exhaled quietly, donning a smile smile as everyone went about their business.
He had the strangest feeling of breathing deeply in a cooler season before his eyes settled on the reason: the Muse and her halo of Spring. Zul slowly lifted one dark brow as the Sigel deftly squeezed her way in and signed up for something, departing just as quickly without so much as a look around, something he noted as unusual, given her demeanor when they'd met. There were too many people between himself and the femme, so with a bit of a disappointed resignation, he did not give chase. This time.
And his thoughts were abruptly derailed as the pierced man's hand was suddenly in his hair, earning startled but warm laughter. "Hi Zeke," he properly greeted one of his favorite humans ever, grinning with a sort of childish mirth. No matter how he was learning and his vocabulary extended, he simply couldn't abandon the simple feeling of being at ease around certain people - the vet being one of them. Zul chuckled under his breath as the man zipped off to address the multitude of questions posed towards him, blue eyes sliding off again to continue his observation, again looking at the unfamiliar and curl-horned Frei before something more close to home distracted him.
"Sev--?" he muttered with surprise, eyes trained upon the dainty sea fairy. Without pause, he glanced to Lette to make sure she was busy with the popsicle choosing before giving her a lifted finger, something he'd learned mean one moment, and floated towards the Petting Booth. "We're all kind of weird, I think he fits in nicely. Or she." he greeted his eldest of friends, lowering himself until he was level with the Fairy, smiling at him and resting his hand against the elder Frei's pale shoulder. He looked happier, at least; the hat was adorable and the smattering of orange across his nose was rather charming. "It's good to see you." He was honestly happy to see his friend, as their last meeting had been less...pleasant.

The shout of her name then startled her just as much as she’d scared the veterinarian only moments before. Dropping the pen immediately, the girl looked up at Zeke like she’d been caught with her hands in the cookie jar. Was he mad? Did she do something wrong? Cordelia relaxed though when she saw him breathing deep and calming himself down as if he’d see a ghost. She realized she’d frightened him with her sudden appearance.
“Oh, sorry Zeke.” she replied with quiet remorse before amping it up with her best smile ever. Maybe it was all the distractions abound, but it seemed the basilisk had forgotten her previous urk towards the purple-green haired man for helping bring a Virus Raevan into the world, of which she was not aware had been born just yet and was but several feet away near the surf. Giving the human male a quick hug, “Ello though!”
Before she could inquire more of how and what Zeke was up to, the presence of a most peculiar Raevan caught her eye. He wasn’t like any one she’d see before, all stony grey with the biggest hands she’d ever seen! She’d been about to comment the hands when the snake saw which game he signed up for. Quickly jabbing the sheet, Cordelia beamed. “Hey I signed up for that too! I hope it’ll be fun!”

(( Rong Wei @ Drink Booth; tag to Kyou // Ripely = > Popsicle Booth (wanting to sign up for games) ))
"Anything is fine, so long as it's not bitter...please. Well, not bitter nor overly sweet. I'll trust your judgments on the issue, you look as though you have good taste and skill."
That was probably the best and most in terms of a compliment that Rong Wei could give to a stranger she just met, more particularly to a stranger who would be pouring her drinks and plying her with the means to forget this whole event. Despite how easy it had all seemed Rong Wei felt still so uneasy over how kind Ripley had been, how willing lately he'd been to get along with her and go with her plans. He had to be planning something and Rong Wei was certain she needed some liquid courage in order to confront him about it.
Of course that also meant she couldn't get blathering drunk either, so everything in moderation. Starting small to get up her tolerance always seemed to be the trick at the parlors so she figured a simple beach stand would be no different in the slightest. Her eyes glanced around to see who all had gathered, there had been a crowd when she approached after all, and Rong Wei felt the pit of her stomach drop out to see one of the creatures she had briefly met before in the park. He seemed...occupied with a thing she recognized as Delia, and the Chinese woman gave a sigh of relief. Their meeting and parting had been far from pleasant, not to mention Ripley had wandered off now and wouldn't be there to back her up should she be confronted. Hopefully the large...thing, would not decide to notice her, even more so now that Delia was appearing to be leaving.
- - -
Ripley had taken Rong Wei's words to wander off to heart and he started floating off towards one of the other booths, his eyes taking in the sights and sounds. He'd never been to the beach nor did he have an express desire to really be here, though it was because there was the option of meeting others of his own kind that he came out in the first place. The limited number of interactions he could obtain when people came into the shop were hardly enough for Ripley to consider himself moving into the circle of Raevens, and since this whole event seem geared towards those of his type he was more than willing to brave the unknown...for now, at least.
His growing unease over the sounds and sights was somewhat ebbed when he approached a booth that had but a few people around it, some of whom he recognized without too much trouble. Delia it seemed had come over during the course of his movement, he was quite pleased with that, though there were more faces that he did not know over those he did.
One major face he did recognize however was the man with the strange hair. This had been the first person other than Rong Wei that he had seen, the person he wasn't all that interested in. It was interesting to see him here so soon, though in actuality months had passed since the Raeven's release into the Chinese woman's care. Perhaps this stranger would remember him, or anyone would notice his presence?
"Greetings. May I ask as to what this booth is for?"
His words weren't loud nor soft as he spoke upon his arrival, a thin smile spreading over his lips in an effort to appear far friendlier than he was actually feeling. The question was also directed at more than one person, probably anyone could answer it, so long as it was indeed answered in the end.

[[Popsicle Booth --> Petting Zoo]]
There was so many things going on and so many Raevan's present. A mind boggling amount actually. Knocked senseless, Lette made no sounds as she was given a list of popsicle flavors by a man referred to as Zeke by Zul, nodding her greeting at his slight hello. Searching through the flavors she found her favorite residing near the top of the list. Excited, she looked up, catching sight of Zul leaving out of the corner of her eye with a raised finger as he floated away to another area.
Leaving her amidst a crowd of strangers.
Normally Lette wouldn't mind being in a position such as this, spreading good humor and a sweet smile to those around her, happy to make friends. But she was in a group where everyone seemed to know each other with her being the sore thumb out, as well as being surrounded by the floating Raevans.
Torn between getting a popsicle or just deserting to follow after the familiar bronze male, Lette weighed the options in her mind before nodding to Zeke and offering a quick goodbye with a promise to return. Turning away from the stand, she dodged through the crowd making her way after Zul.

((Petting Zoo))
The little frei heard his name, but wasn't sure exactly where it was coming from. With a delicate hand braced on the back of his hat, Sevilin made a complete turn to locate the owner of that familiar voice. "Z-Zul..." The sea fairy's stuttering words were a bit breathless. He knew Riv and Zul were going to be here, he just assumed he would confront them later rather than sooner. "Ehm, yeah I guess that's true..." His laughter was nervous as he hid his nose under a small hand.
"Uhm Zul! I'm....! I'm sorry... about, you know, how I acted... last time..." Sevilin didn't wear guilty or humility on his face very well.

((Popcicle booth))
Kenth frowned. This green haired circuit man pretty much ignored him and focused all his attention on Xuelian instead. The doctor had an urge to pull away from the stand, not realizing that he was the one being unfriendly in the first place. He eyed his subject, but of course her attention was focused on Zeke as well, as he somewhat expected it. Kenth sighed and looked at the ice bucket full of popcicles. Taking one that looked like it would taste watermelon, the white haired guardian half-mindedly brought it closer to his mouth and took a small lick.
Urgh..this is not watermelon, this is cherry.
Xuelian listened carefully as Zeke explained what was going on. Only a small portion of the man's explanation was absorbed and understood, however. She knew what seashells looked like from picture books, and she thought they looked pretty, but the two other games were unfamiliar to her even when Zeke had explained it thoroughly. After the man's explanation the dainty Raevan looked back to Kenth in hopes that her guardian would provide further explanation, only to find a red popcicle in her face.
"Have this, it's my treat." The doctor explained, his tone full of contempt.
Xuelian blinked, puzzled by her guardian's bad mood, but followed Kenth's order and took the popcicle in her hands, holding it just like the way Kenth held. Instead of eating, the girl merely stared at the popcicle, such a bright color, and shiny too as the ice reflected sunshine. As she watched in awe a drop of melted cherry juice fell to her finger, and was quickly absorbed into her skin. It felt much different than water, there was...a taste. Xuelian quickly shuffled a list of taste that Kenth had taught to her, what was it, sweet? But there was also a different kind of feeling---
"It's called cherry." Seeing his subject staring at the popsicle in wonder, Kenth added. "Cherry has a special taste in addition to sweetness, but there's no way to define it..." Meanwhile, the doctor held up the sign-up sheets and scanned them over. He had heard the man's explanation and had understood roughly what the games are about. Considering the aftereffects of both sandcastle and paintball, Kenth would not sign up for them. After all, who knows what kind of mess Xuelian could make with her naive ways when playing these games? Seashell picking, on the other hand, sounded like a decent idea. It was clean, casual, and most of all he didn't need to be involved in it.
"Will you be okay playing the game by yourself?" Kenth asked his subject, who was still trying to understand the cherry popsicle, which was now beginning to melt more rapidly and absorbed into Xuelian's skin. The girl looked up and nodded quickly, seemingly confident that she would stay a good girl even in the games. "very well." The guardian nodded. Kenth would trust her once, although he would still have to keep an eye on her during the game in fear that the other Raevan might do something to his subject. Taking the pen attached to the sign-up sheet Kenth wrote down Xuelian's name on the seashells game list. He then turned back to the popsicle bucket, perhaps it was a better idea to choose the lemon flavor instead...
Just then, a faint gasp escaped from Xuelian's mouth. Kenth turned back, only to find his subject with a tearful expression.
"It is gone." Xuelian sniffed a little, hands holding the popsicle, now just a lone wooden stick. Kenth's eyes was wide for a few seconds before realizing what the Raevan was talking about.
"They are made of ice, ice melt in warm weather. I already taught you this, I believe." He sighed, relieved that nothing bad was happening to his subject again. Just as he turned to reach for another popsicle from the bucket, however, the dainty Raevan floated over and pulled his hand back.
"What---"
"I do not want they gone too. They are pretty." Xuelian begged, her sad expression had a hint of hope. Kenth felt his vein popping from his temples. Why can't his subject have more common sense compared to other Raevans? But he could not be angry at Xuelian, there always existed an unknown force that protected the girl from Kenth's anger. The doctor sighed heavily this time, he'd have to find another way to cool himself down.
"I'm going back to the drink's booth in that case. Though I think the seashell game is starting soon, so run along now."
