Stardust stared at Ryuken as he talked. It seemed like the Lucario acted the way he did for similar reasons she would act. She had some respect for him now. "Truce. I'm sorry for bothering you." With a respectful bow of her head, Stardust got up to leave. As she turned around, the Vulpix was startled to find a Typhlosion had joined them. I was so focused on Ryuken that I didn't notice someone else had come. I wouldn't have been good if this was a battle.

It was then that she noticed what he was holding. A poffin. She stared at it in confusion for a few seconds. "Is that for me," she asked in the language only Pokemon knew.

...I laugh and watch you fall.

Ryuken had noticed the aura slowly approaching him from behind, he awaited it's arrival. But when the Vulpix seemed so surprised by it, Ryuken decided it was time to act. Whatever this was, it must be dangerous. Reacting so fast he never noticed Stardust's question toward his target; had he heard it, he would have known the Typhlosion meant no harm. In an undetectable blur, Ryuken appeared behind the unsuspecting Typhlosion. "Stop right there!" He said in a low but menacing voice.

Chris, still sitting at the table was scanning the crowd. In the distance he noticed Ryuken threatening a very scared looking Typhlosion. He decide it was probably best if he went to see what was going on. With a simple "later guys", he was off in that direction.

Location: Ortus Isle Harbor: Picnic Area

Arcanas produced yet another cigarette from his pocket and stood up, lighting it. "I'm going for a walk. I'll probably meet up with you guys later on. Zelgius, stay out of trouble." Lighting it as he walk away, he passed by that girl earlier and exhaled, continuing on his way towards the beach. Maybe the sound of the water would calm his nerves more than the nicotine would.

Sharptooth turned his head slightly and watched as Arcanas walked off, shaking his head slightly. He turned toward Zelgius and nodded his head, taking back to the skies with a might flap of his massive wings, keeping his ever watchful eye on Arcanas.

Zelgius however, decided to wander off on his own, towards that girl he saw earlier, the one sitting on the beach alone.

Jake

Spot nodded "Yeah I'm fine" He said in a language only pokemon could understand. Again he held out the poffin for the vulpix to have. "I'm not hungry, but you look like you are." Spot then set the poffin down in front of her.

"See, you can make friends Spot," Jake said with a smile

Location: S.S Ortus

It wasn't till he was brushed off by the girl that he notice people were leaving the boat. "Hmmm looks like we've dock guess we'll go out in the mountians i gotta work off this steam honey." "Mud!" Mudkip nodds in agreement and the two start to walk off the boat but not before noticing that a boy with goggles is starin right at him with a curious look. He walks over "The names Johnny i see you got pokegear so how about i give you my number and you contact me? heart " He scribbles his number then mudkip jumps on his shoulder and they scurry away like lighting giggling heading to the mountains "Looks like theirs more to win than just pokemon here hehe." Upon gettin to the mountain johnny noticed it was particulary windy and sandy a montionless face takes over johnny ".......Bleh" a pile of sand comes out his mouth. "what the freak?" It wasn't till he climbed the next cliff that he saw where the extra windy weather was comin from a Larvitar usin sandstorm "Hmm he seem particulary strong for bein tiny i must have him!" Heart shaped eyes took over his face johnny then jump down to where the larvitar was and gives him the look "I want you on my team you gonna come peacefully or do i have to use force?" Larvitar shots him a nasty glare. "Fine have it your way Muddy take the stage!!!!" ""Mudkip!" "Don't waste time honey use ice beam full power." "Mudkip!!!" A flurry of light shines bright then the storm stops larvitar is frozen solid "Go luxury ball!" The ball opens fallowed by the red light it falls to the grounds shakes a little then stops. Johnny picks it up and releases larvitar "see i told you" larvitar snorts "welcome to the group new friend." A warmin smile takes over and larivitar feels the warmth and smiles " come on you must meet the gang" and he throws up two more pokeballs " Come on guys we gotta do some trainning larvitar care to join?" And the team spend many hours trainning away.



Moves: (Sandstorm, Stone edge, Dark pulse, Super power, Iron head, Stealth rock)

Chris nodded a hello and introduced himself and his Pokemon to Kasumi. She hadn't noticed him looking her over. Kasumi smiled and replied, "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Arcanas sat down and lit up a cigarette. Kasumi wasn't too fond of them, but wasn't one to bother people who make the decision to smoke them.

While the three of them were speaking, a young lady approached Arcanas and requested he smoke elsewhere. She had asthma and this affected her very negatively. Arcanas quickly finished his smoke and put it out. Then disposed of it properly. At least he was courteous enough to keep the island free of litter. Though he may have just been avoiding more problems with the possible environmentalists in the area. Arcanas' countenance was that of someone annoyed. Kasumi assumed he probably got that alot.

Ryuken wandered over to another table. And Chris soon follows after. Arcanas lights another cigarette and tells Kasumi he's going to take a walk. The young lady must've bothered him more than Kasumi thought. Zelgius also left the area. Kasumi scowled a bit. They invite her over and then leave her by herself. She shrugged and looked down at Lillith. Who wasn't bothered by anything that had occurred. She just sat there gnawing on the stick. Kasumi giggled.

"I think it's finished." She told the Weavile, with a grin. She tried to pry the stick out of Lillith's mouth, to which she protested by clamping down on it with her teeth. "Let go. Let... go-WAH!!" Kasumi ordered. While she was pulling, Lillith released the stick and Kasumi fell off the bench. Kasumi got up and dusted the sand off her skirt, giving the Weavile a cold glare. Lillith laughed hysterically. This laughter stopped abruptly when Lillith noticed Ryuken from afar. She stared at him longingly. Kasumi caught on quickly. Lillith became infatuated with Ryuken at first glance. Kasumi giggled. "Let's go hon. Don't get your hopes up." She said grabbing Lillith's hand. "Let's go get a better look at the island."

The Limousine arrived in front of the stage in between the Pokemon coliseum and contest hall. Mr. Ortus and Professor Oak exited the vehicle once the driver had the door open for them. Oak fumbled out of the limo. Following Mr. Ortus. They walked behind the large stage. Once back stage, Mr. Ortus led Oak to a room.

"You may finish practicing your lesson here. I'm going to just kick things off by greeting all of my guests from the stage. You may go on around noon-ish?" He said. Oak confirmed his lesson would be complete by noon.

"Excellent." Ortus replied with a smile. He closed the door behind him. Several men were working on the sound system and things of that nature. Ortus made his way for the stage and requested a microphone. A man shuffled over as fast as he could, practically tripping over the cord. After setting it up to the appropriate height for Mr. Ortus, he scrambled backstage. Mr.Ortus smiled then made his announcement.

"Thank you all for attending this momentous occasion!" His deep voice echoed throughout the island. "I request that all guests please join me here at the main plaza." Immediately, trainers and coordinators alike began pouring into the main plaza, in front of the stage. Mr. Ortus smiled. The trainers in front of him looked promising. Powerful pokemon accompanying each one.

Placed upon the rafters of the dome, Mew was lost in its own little world...I came here to see what this whole thing was all about, but this event seems no different than any other tournament. What makes this one so special? I can feel the power that all of these Pokemon have. They have decent potential I guess. I wonder if this tournament is to determine the best of the best....Best at battling anyway.......Well, I came all this way, I might as well go have some fun while I'm here as well.

Mew instantly teleported outside, and just as instantly as it appeared, it transformed into an Eevee. With a mild prance, the Eevee trotted around the square, looking for something to do. Eevee noticed a stall loaded with sweet treats and candies, and it craved it all. It hopped up on the counter, and looked straight into the eyes of the salesman. "Eeee-eeveeweee!" Mew imitated an Eevee in its most persuasive voice. The man couldn't help but smile at the Eevee's actions. The man chuckled a little, "Awww...Alright...hehe. But u don't tell anyone ok?" Eevee nodded in agreement, and seconds later Eevee come hopping out of the stall with cotton candy in its mouth. Happily eating it's cotton candy, the Eevee kept up a steady skip as it moved its way down the square, eyes halfway closed with a huge smile. It barely paid any mind to where it was going, it was just enjoying the cotton candy. Then it accidentally bumped into a tall figure. The Eevee looked up to see an unusual trainer. He had a dark appearance, wearing clothes which were mostly black, and beside him was a was a fearsome looking Houndoom. Immediately after the Eevee bumped into the trainer the Dog began to growl. It scared the Eevee and it turned and started to run, but instead it tripped, and fell over......

Jake

after hearing Mr.Ortus' announcement, Jake and Spot hurried over to the main plaza, there he could see Mr. Ortus standing on a stage with a mic in front of him.

"This is it buddy." Jake said to Spot
