Mrs Manatee @PuddingCow @Selente I studied English - and I didn't really mind the work (except you had to read soooo much, like 6 books a week!) I just didn't like the feel of the place (I'm in the UK so you prolly wont know the place). I found it impersonal, uncaring, unfriendly, and humourless. There was no enthusiasm. I have a certain amount of joy in life - I'll admire a beautiful sunset, and like to laugh out loud. However, enthusiasm wasn't deemed "cool" and I just got strange looks if I showed interest in anything. Blah - rant over. I did get a good degree - I just hated the experience. xp I'm so sorry you had such a terrible time. I'm switching schools for a similar reason. A bad learning environment is worse than any amount of homework.

Only the teacher, one other student, and I really discussed the short stories we read. Everybody else just kinda sat there and listened. It felt weird xd . It was a small class, but still... Oh yeah, and the tekteks do look great. Looks like I've got some good competition. ninja

I am just a regular user too^^;; Blaize ≠ Gaia, though I did choose random people. rofl Nah, I just worked with a pool of who was already in the guild. About half of the Captains are my friends that I hang out with on Gaia like everyday; the rest are people that participated in last year's movement and a couple that came along brand-new this year. I set up a thread in Gaia Community Projects looking for Captains. See?By the way, Gaia mods have green usernames, so report anyone that sends you a PM claiming to be a mod but they have a black username^^;;;

I had so much fun last year I considered trying out for captain this year, but I'm too lazy, and Pudding is doing an excellent job!
Oh, but if ever you guys need help with something in the future concerning the movement, I'd be happy to help. I can do graphics and help with contests and stuff. I bet I could even get a couple sponsors for prizes and whatnot.
