We got more info on the identity of the person who picked up the paper. This might not be 100% correct, but Ruby's picture in the Peyo's Father Search shows her with the bangles. We already know that but the bangles switched arms. Instead of them being on the left, they are on the right. Exactly like in the Manga.

Ooo, we have found an npc picture then? Good. So, what if the picture in the mange was inversed? Do we have any information on if Ruby may be left handed?

It physically can't be a left hand. The Camera is looking from the right. But the NPC pic has the bangles on the right instead of the left.
