Anala thought it would be simpil to figure out ware she got the scrols. "I live here...why wouldent I know ware they are...I had years to search every part of this place" she said softly as she walked holding them. She dident know how old they are but they were there when she came there. "Theres alot more in there to...we can come back one day and i could show you...they all look old...some have picturs of other items like my locket to" she said, if this would somehow prove that she wpsent worthless or dim that she would do it.
Mana and the guard cought up with Amme. "That was weird" she said and then put that thought out of her mind. she looked over at Amme and got a little concerned. "are you allright" she asked her.

Seth only 'hmph'ed when Anala made it sound so obvious. He didn't know why such important scrolls would be in the abandoned temple. They began to walk back to the guards. Seth looked at her when she mentioned the scrolls with the other items and that she would show them to him. Their was excitement in his eyes but he kept his composure. "When you are done with them, learning how to read, then yes, I would like to read them," he said with no harshness in his voice. He actually spoke respectful, which was rare for him.
Amme nodded, "Yes I'm ok.... I just got nervous that's all." Her orb had stopped glowing red by the time she got back to them. She continued walking with them, gathering the little bit that was left. Amme just felt, for that instance, someone was watching her. Like the feelings she gets when she knows to avoid certain alleys. But it was still early, in a busy area with people. She should have not felt that. "Mana, did that woman leave you alone?" Amme asked.

Anala bit her bottem lip to hide a small smile that threatened to come out. She wosent used to anyone specking to her with respect. she told herself that he jest spoke that way because of her offer. "Allright" she said softly, she really dident know how to talk to anyone. seeing the guards she tightened her grip on the scrols and tenced up. Jest a refelx with so many people around.
Mana smiled "Yes, she ignored us once she knew she was getting no money" she said. She was still a little worried but if Amme said she was fine she would belive her. But she wouldent leave her alone for to long till they got back.

[[having them all come back to the palace]]
There was a look of relief on the guard's faces when Seth came back with Anala. He still couldn't understand the thing he witnessed before, the jackal that no one could hear or see. He felt fine, so it couldn't be an illusion. Maybe there would be something in those scrolls Anala had. He needed to research it- there had to be a reason why he saw what he saw. There was always a logical reason. One guard offered to walk with Anala, for protection. "She'll walk besides me," Seth said simply. Once they reached the steps to the palace Seth looked at Anala and said, "We'll have the healer look at your wounds. It should only need a little bit of work."
Amme and Mana finished up gathering the food they needed. They had just gotten back to the palace. Amme held a box of fruits and breads. "Do you think we got enough, Mana?" Amme asked. It was a lot though, but she wanted to make absolutely sure. She looked around seeing that most everything was coming together. That was good. She put the box of produce down for a moment and stretched a little. Even though she was back in the palace and around everyone, she still felt like the evil eye was on her. She didn't like this feeling. It was the same feeling she had last night when she woke up on the ground. But it was just her imagination right? Just fear from last night. Something was reminding her of that fear.

Anala blinked and looked down at her wound, it looked and felt allright she dident know why she needed it looked at. "Is something wrong with it" she asked and poked it slightly. It dident hurt so she figured it would be jest fine and it would heal and nothing more. She wosent trying to be mean but she honestly dident know why hearls should look at it if it was healing on its own.
the cooks looked at the food and took some in to get it ready "Thank you, we wouldent have had enufe " he said to them.
Mana smiled "no problum, anything to help " she said. "Amme Im going to see if Mahado has anything else for me to do. the pharoh might be around someware" she said to Amme.

Amme blushed slightly when Mana said that. She thought about what the old woman said. Did Mana know anything? No, that was silly. She was his healer, of course she had to find him. “O-Ok Mana, I’ll see you later,” she said waving her off.
Seth looked at her for a moment. “Just making sure, that’s all,” he said as he walked around with her. He swore that if that damn healer was out again he would make sure she was punished. Lucky for her, he found her. “Ammeterasu,” he got her attention, “Check Anala, see if she’s ok.”
Amme turned around and smiled. “Anala!” she said happily. She was glad to see her ok and well. She did see the wound on her, so she walked up to her and looked at it. “It looks fine…” she said then looked up at Anala, “how did this heal so well?” Amme was just happily curious, it showed. Amme was always interested in learning about new materials that can be used for medicines and healing.
”What about infection? You always talk about that. Can’t you just use your magic anyway?” Seth said slightly irritated.
Amme stood up and looked at Seth. She raised an eyebrow and said, “You mean after all these years when I pleaded you to leave soldiers with infections to rest you care about such things now?” He always wanted his men back guarding the palace, even when they needed the proper rest and care.

Anala was sure she would be allright, she was still alive after all. "Iv never gatten an infection before" she said. and she was always got to the plants in time. "the plants that grow in the temple i live at help with it" she answered Ammes question. She wondered why Seth was worried about her getting sick when she was fine and knew how to take care of herself "If i dident know what can kill me and what cant id be dead by now" that was true, to suvrive she needed to know what was safe. "I got some scrols from the temple, dont know if theyll help at all though, though they might, if they were there than they must be importent right" she offered the scrols to Amme to look at them since she couldent really read them yet.

Amme smiled, her eyes seemed to light up. "Maybe one day you could show me these plants? Maybe we can grow some here in the palace," Amme asked. Amme then looked at the scrolls Anala brought back. "Wow, they're in such good condition too," she said looking at one of them. She peered up at Seth who seemed to be eyeing the scrolls like a hawk. She smiled slightly and said to Anala, "Seth here usually tends to the scrolls. Perhaps I can hold onto one to help you learn to read and Seth can look at the other ones?" Even though Seth was a constant thorn in her side she wasn't going to act the same way back to him. She knew he wanted to read what was in these.
Seth was a little shocked when the healer suggested he take a look at them. Just because she suggested that didn't mean he was going to treat her any differently. In fact he turned his head and 'hmphed' a little. Seth showing appreciation was like the sun never rising. "Shouldn't you report to the Pharaoh or something?" he said.
"I should...." Amme said almost forgetting to do so. Not that she forgot but she was distracted by everything that just happened. "Seth, why don't you show Anala around the palace?" she asked.
"She probably already knows the place from all the sneaking around," Seth said rudely.
"Oh stop!" she yelled at him, "Would you just do it?"
Seth gave her a chilling aggressive stare back. As if saying 'you don't have the authority to tell me what to do'.

Anala blinked and blushed slightly. she dident want to cause any problums "I could jest stay in your room" she said. She did know they way around the palace and she was getting the hint that Seth dident want to put up with her anymore. so she wouldent be his way. "He can read them or do what ever else needs to be done around here. Its not really importent that im here" she was a no body she knew that and she rather liked living outside the relm of people. "Besides everyones going to be bussy so ill jest get in the way" she had seen how the people get when getting ready for events so she dident want to be in the way.

Amme gave Seth a look back as if saying 'you are the worse human being alive!'.
Seth rolled his eyes as he took the scrolls from the both of them. "Fine, I'll show her around. Stop giving me that look or I'll..." Seth said but stopped when he saw the Pharaoh coming their way. He was going to say 'or I'll wipe it off for you', but knew that wouldn't go over well with him. He was rather, how you would say, 'protective' of his healer. Always sticking up for her. Whatever. "Come on Anala. I just need to bring these to my room and then I'll show you around," he said acting a little bit more cooperative. It wasn't that he didn't want to show her around, he just didn't want to be told what to do. Plus he didn't want people thinking certain things so he acted more asshol-ish then usual.
Amme narrowed her eyes slightly waiting for his insult but it never came. She smiled at Anala and said, "Don't think that, you are our guest. And you won't get in the way." She didn't understand Seth, she really didn't/ He seemed so unsure and almost worried last night about Anala's capture and now that she is back he is acting like he wants nothing to do with her. "Oh and Seth, as far as I saw things are a head of schedule. So you won't have to work so hard on preparations. Mahado did a great job," she said so he wouldn't be tempted to leave her in his room.
Seth turned around to look at her and said lowly, "That idiot wouldn't know how to coordinate his own daily routine if his life depended on it." Seth began to walk away with Anala to his room.
Amme rolled her eyes. But she waved to Anala and said, "I'll see you later ok?" She went to turn around herself to find Atem- for the angle she was at she didn't see him already approach them.

Anala walked with Seth, though she would have gladly stayed in Ammes room and waited for everything to be over with. She had watched people at gatherings and thought that they acted odder than normel. "If theres so much to apperntly do than why not jest moved the date to give your selfs more time" she asked. To her that would make sence since then there would be more time to get everything ready.
Atem could sware that he wouldent make to to tonight given with how much there was to do. He saw Seth and Anala walk off, atleast the girl was still alive, he should have known she could take care of herself. He did hope though that Seth dident upset Amme at all. "Hello Amme, I hured that you had come back" he said as he walked up next to her.

"The festival has to happen tonight. It's in celebration of the god Khonsu. Do you know who Khonsu is?" he asked. His aggressive tone of voice disappeared again. There would probably always be a stern tone to his voice, but this was as relaxed as it could get. He wasn't near anybody anymore, he didn't have to put up a front.
Amme looked at Atem and smiled. She almost forgot to bow but she did so slightly clumsily. "Yes, Mana and I got everything that we needed. It..." she said and went to point at it, "oh..... they already took it I guess." She then looked back at him and stated, "Seth also found Anala. Anala brought back some scrolls that Seth is going to take a look at."

"well then you should jest to to this guy and explane that you need a little more time, Im sure he would be understanding" Anala said, she had no idea who this Khonsu was but he should alow a few more nights of getting ready. Since she lived outside of the people she dident know any of the gods, only really Anubis and she dident exactly think of him as anyting other than a powerful man. "We can go right now ware dose he live?"
Atem smiled, he liked it when Amme smiled, and thought it was rather cute how she would bow when she forgot to. "Thats good, perhaps those scrols could tell us about what happened the other night" he said. "And im glad she is safe, atleast we know shes smart enufe to get away from Bakura when it madders"

Seth normally would be offended and angry at such a comment. The thing was, Anala really didn't seem to know who Khonsu was. He actually let out a small smile for a moment. "Anala, Khonsu is a god. He is not of earthly means," Seth explained actually calmly. When she seemed confused about that he then said, "Khonsu is like Anubis, except Khonsu is a lunar God, he takes care of the moon. Anubis takes care of people's souls once they die." There was something intriguing about teaching her such things. Seth was always thought to be a good teacher- since he had so much knowledge. But because of his attitude it was thought that he would not have the patience to teach younger generations. Which is most likely true in most cases. But Anala didn't aggravate him too much. If anything her lack of knowledge made her almost innocent like.
"Maybe," Amme said unsure what the scrolls would say. "Do- do you think there are enough guards on for tonight?" she asked slightly scared. It was more of a paranoid feelings moreso then legit concern. She was paranoid because of what happened last night as well as the feeling she got in the market place. She hoped he did not know about the festival, though it was hard to wish since most everyone knew of the celebration. Amme was nervous that too many people would be merry at the event and be caught off guard if Bakura tried anything.

"Its not like the moon would be going anyware" Anala said, she dident mean any disrespect she jest firgured if its for the moon than they should have all the time they need. "And besides iv seen Anubis I know for a fact hes real." he led her to the locket after all and she knew it was him. She did like Seth smile though, she dident know if it was because she dident know or not. It mos likely was but she dident say anything "Also large groups of people are larger targets...why get togather at all if Bakura might show up" Humans were strange to her in that asspect.
Atem dident know if they did or not, if he could he would honestly prefure canceling everything but he dident have that power. Though he dident want Amme to worry at all "Im sure everything will be fine...If you like you can stay close to me if it will make you feel better" he offered. If anyone asked he could say he wants his healer near jest incase something dose happen and he gets hurt. Though in truth he jest wanted to be near Amme for a little bit.
