Nightclaw overheard what they were saying about him, but he just ignored them. He walked over to the nursery, hearing someone talking and poked his head through the entrance.
"What's the matter Lavenderain?" Nightclaw asked, actually sounding nice for once.

Treepaw and Blackflame started laughing like crazy at Nightclaw's niceness.They then fell to the ground from laughing and were still laughing.

Where flowers bloom..
[Lavenderrain jumped.]
"Great Starclan Nightclaw!"she squeaked.
"You scared the fur off me." she mumbled notlooking directly at him.
[She wasn't gonna tell him about her dream. She would leave that for Leafpetal to interpret.]
"Umm, I was .. err, just thinking of Hawkears." she answered wincing at the memory of her dead mate.
[She shook her head and padded out to Nightclaw's side.]
"I just need some air, a walk would do me good." she said looking down at her paws to avoid his gaze.
[Lifting her head she said..]
"Join me, I'd like your company. I've missed the warriors den." she said longingly.
..so does hope.

"Me!Treepaw?no i never thought fighting was the aqnswer fightimgs never the answer i can understand scarceness of prey though"Treepaw meowed.Treepaw and Blackflame layed down Treepaw was senseing something in Blackflame but couldn't tell what it was.Embarresment,jelousy,nervousness,love,or fear.He couldn't figure it out her mind was rolling like the river when it was fast.

Blackflame snapped out of the image of Firestar and Firestorm."I was thinking about how much you look like Firestar one of my ancestors Ravenpaw's best friends."Blackflame mewed."And Icestorm looks just like Graystripe its amazing"she added hiding her embarresment.

Treepaw figured it out it was because she was worried about her friends worried that they could get sick from the Whispering flowers."Yes its very cool that means that our decendents were all best friends,and were friends to!thats amazing"Blackflame meowed amazed.

"Oh, um sure." Nightclaw said, still ignoring the other's comments about him and following Lavenderrain.
"So uh, what's on your mind...?" Nightclaw asked, not really knowing what to say. It had been a while since he had really talked to anyone. Ever since Brightheart had died... he tried to keep to himself most of the time.

[Lavenderrain flicked her tail in annoyance about what the others had said.]
[She noted how awkward Nightclaw had sounded talking to her just now.]
"You know I thought you and me weren't so different, but by caring about what they say makes us absolutely different!" she hissed.
[She turned away angrily and padded into the forest.]
[She felt his gaze burning into her back but she didn't dare turn around.]
[She signed loudly as she walked into the forest by herself, ever since Hawkears had died it had all gone so horribly wrong.]
[She padded to a nice comfy, mossy spot and laid down to rest.]
[Closing her eyes she murmured..]
"May Hawkears walk in my dreams and bring me to peace.." and with that she fell into a starry sleep.
..so does hope.

[Lavenderrain blinked open her eyes and found herself in a lush forest.]
"Hmm? OH! I have to get back to camp!" she said, but noticed something was wrong about the scenery.
[The stars blazed too brightly, and a cat raced towards her. But starlight blinked around his form.]
"Hawkears." she purred, as she realized she walked among the ranks of Starclan.
"Lavenderrain.." he murmured just as content.
[She shook herself, preparing to ask a question she wasn't sure that she wanted to know the answer to.]
"Do you know that bright, shining cat who walks among my dream?" she asked, holding her breath.
[He silently shook his head, unable to answer her question.]
[Lavenderrain sighed inwardly.]
[She suddenly wanted to confess all her problems to him, but before she could, he spoke first.]
"You'll find your answers in the home of the pouring rain, thunder and lightning." he said ominously.
[His shimmering form began to dissolve as he said Goodbye..]
"Wait!" she yowled but before she knew it, she was blinking awake in her home territory.
[His words echoed in her mind..]

((Guys, e have a problem. The leader's gone. The deputy's gone. We need these positions filled. Please submit to me a request to ne leader/deputy, or a nomination/suggestion. I will very much take into consideration your input, but I will decide the final position. I don't want any bribes. They will be ignored. I will select the cats fairly.
Also, the leader chosen must go to the Moonpool to recieve nine lives and the name. Gotta keep the customs in somewhere. XD Thanks guys!))

"But-" Nightclaw started, but Lavenderrain ignored him and stomped off. His ears flattened, in sadness. "I thought... I could talk to you..."

Where flowers bloom..
[Lavenderrain stretched luxuriously, and looked into the sky...]
"It's barely past sunhigh... I've probably only slept a few minutes." she yawned.
[She walked back to camp and ran into Nightclaw coming back from a hunting expedition.]
"Nightclaw.." she meowed.
[Would he get angry? Or perhaps ignore her?]
[He didn't say anything as he followed her into camp.]
"I'm really sorry!" she mewed feeling wretched.
"It's just that, I'm feeling very agitated. About some things.." and then and there she decided something.
"Well, I had this dream, starting about a moon ago.." she began.
[She felt relieved to confide in another cat she knew wouldn't judge her harshly.]
"But please, you must promise me that you won't tell any other cat." she mewed finishing the story.
[Nightclaw nodded a bit numbly, absorbing all the information she had just told him. Then he nodded more strongly.]
[Seeing Icestorm, Lavenderrain wanted to dash over to catch a word with her.]
[But she sat down and really looked at Nightclaw.]
"Thank you.." she murmured, licking his ear in a goodbye gesture.
