When Incultyr saw the electricity spark on his opponent's body, he knew the target. All Electric types, except maybe a few stupid ones, know much better than to try it on a ground type. So it must be the other guy.

Well, this Raichu made a mistake in diverting his attention from Incultyr; he ran forward once more, grabbing for the arm that held the tablet. The moment he made contact, he felt some of the electricity course harmlessly through him and disperse into the ground. He couldn't direct all of it, but hopefully enough for the mudkip to take.

As all of this went on, a perceptive Pokemon might have noticed the air in the main hall becoming more dusty, taking on a yellowish hue. It was especially strong right around Incultyr and as he stopped beside the Pikachu, the sandstorm began to rage in full. The Larvitar began the struggle to wrestle the tablet from the Raichu.

((Question: Are we meant to stop them from taking the tablet or are they suppose to escape with it?))

Scowling, Nicky held his arm firm as the Larvitar made a grab for the tablet, hanging onto the stone with one paw while drawing the other back, dark energy starting to crackle around it. "Kid, you need to learn how to recognize when you're way outta your league." he growled, then thrust his spare paw at the Larvitar using Shadow Claw.

As reinforcements arrived in the form of a Cubone with a little Slowpoke on her back, the Gengar stepped in front of the Raichu and caught the Cubone's club in one hand as it was flung towards the electric-type, dropping it onto the floor and smiling dangerously at the Guild kids. "As much as I respect the fact that you have the guts to actually attack us yourselves..." the ghost said, moving forward a little, "It's really a stupid thing to do." With that, the Gengar shot a spiraling orb of light at the Cubone, a Confuse Ray to get the newcomer out of the way.

((Y'know, I'm not entirely sure. I think Shawn said something about having a chapter idea that would involve their having gotten away with the tablet, but I'd have to ask him. o.o))

Scowling and pulling the tablet away from the Larvitar as the kid tried to take it again, Nicky glared at the Guild pokemon for a moment before speaking. "Y'know kid, you're starting to annoy me..." As he spoke, his tail began to glow as he charged up an Iron Tail, "And that is a really bad idea."
With that, the Raichu swung the Iron Tail around at the Larvitar, the copper studs in the end of his tail creating a little extra weight for added power. Without bothering to wait and see the effects of his attack, Nicky then turned to the Milotic still hovering overhead, and called out to her. "Vega, let's go!"

The Milotic, evidently named Vega, nodded silently and turned back to the group of Guild pokemon, waiting until the Gengar cancelled out a Psychic flung his way with Dark Pulse before taking a deep breath and using Mist, quickly filling the Hall with a dense fog.

"Later brats." Nicky's voice drifted through the mist, then a minute later when the fog faded away all three thieves had vanished.

Incultyr saw the attack coming at him but his momentum would not allow him to dodge the Iron Tail. His two arms crossed protectively in front of himself as the Raichu's tail ran into him, cutting through his tough hide. The sideways motion of the attack spun the Larvitar and he could feel the studs in the tail raking along his side but at least he was out of the worst of it.

When he skidded to a stop and turned to face his opponent once more, the room was obscured with a thick fog. Incultyr tore a portion of the ground up, sharpened with magic and hurled it towards where the Raichu had been standing moments ago. He swore when he heard the sound of it hitting the smooth floor instead of flesh.

Wincing, he glanced down at his own wounds, quickly noting the deep gashes across both of his arm and the small furrows on his side. His blood oozed out in thick bubbles, dyeing his dry rock-like skin a dark brown. He couldn't remember the last time anyone had been able to draw blood against him.

He looked back up, trying to see through the clearing fog. Those cowards had escaped. He turned back to see the other Pokemon who had come turn to leave, and he nodded back to them. He barely paid any attention to the wounds he sustained; none of it was major and he could ignore the pain until he at least report this incident.

Forming the best mental image he could of the three attackers, Incultyr headed towards the Guildmaster's room. Whatever that tablet was, it was important enough for two parties to have come and attempted to steal it. And Guildmaster or not, Incultyr was going to give Solaris a piece of his mind about leaving something so obviously coveted out in the open and so near the exit.
