((lol did I throw you off, jumping time like that? It always looks better if the hero(s) have help. Besides, if anyone else wants to jump in, I just opened a slot for any newcomers to pop by temporarily. This whole thing can be dragged on a couple more pages, before we go back to stabbing each other, right?))
"So, does everyone know what we are doing? This is not a gung-ho mission; this is just reconnaissance. Everyone got that?" Horyoku's small band of about 12 called out in a dulled roar 'hoo- ah!', as they knew all too well just what dangers would be involved in just scoping out the twisted city. "I don't wanna see any hotshots- we all have something we lost", he said, as his mind flashing to the death of one of his long- time friends as he journeyed through the town looking for Hoyoku, leaving the village for the first time. "So I don't want anybody exacting revenge, playing 'hero', or flying off the handle."

"Is everyone here?" Sabata said, looking at everyone in the war room. "Nightwing?"
"It looks like everyone is here, master. You may make your speech," the bird replied.
"For a crow, you have eyes of a hawk." Sabata looked to the group of around 150 people. "This battle will mean the difference between victory and defeat! Your life is more important than the person standing next to you! Save no one except your commander, myself, or yourself! We will guarantee victory this fight!"
A resounding "Hurrah!" came from the 150 troops. Even if they did lose, at least they would still have their lives.

The troops began to maneuver through the trees, encircling the area, scouting out a perimeter."Sir, it is all clear down this sector", a soldier called out.
"Same here, sir."
"And here."
"Well, I guess we have our job done. The woods are clear for the most part. ", Horyoku responded.
"This is unusual. What could he be up to..." Horyoku then reported to Sabata through his headset:
"The night is still as death. The only sounds heard are the sounds of chilled warriors. Not even the Animated remained in the area, for fear of death. Perhaps they had a good idea, there."

Horyoku Yoake The troops began to maneuver through the trees, encircling the area, scouting out a perimeter."Sir, it is all clear down this sector", a soldier called out.

"Friend, we're holding our position around the manison now," he responded, as the larger remaining army came into the background. "Your men are here now. when will you get here?"

"I will arrive soon. Don't worry." Sabata turned to Sasha. "Sasha, tell Ian that I'm leaving the base under his command while I'm gone."
"Huh? Oh, very well."
"Thanks." Sabata disappeared. Soon, he appeared in front of his army. "This is it! Today we defeat Meiun, and close the demonic rift under the mansion!"
Another resounding "Hurrah!" came from Sabata's men.

Suddenly, a large crashing sound came from the corrupted building. Small portals appeared around it, and hellhounds on chains held by daemonic knights raised from them, closing them with their exit.
"My minions... finish them..."
"NOW!!!"
The soldiers' weapons began to glow with a faint blue light. They charged towards the Mansion, following Sabata and Horyoku.
"phoenix rising!" Horyoku yelled, as a flurry of heat burst from him. "I will slay all of you by myself, if I must!"
He missed by mere inches, smashing into the wall with a loud crash.
((does the damage setup include the accuracy, or is it an automatic hit for me?))

Horyoku Yoake Suddenly, a large crashing sound came from the corrupted building. Small portals appeared around it, and hellhounds on chains held by daemonic knights raised from them, closing them with their exit.

He missed by mere inches, smashing into the wall with a loud crash.((does the damage setup include the accuracy, or is it an automatic hit for me?)) ((Yes, it includes accuracy.)) Jack, Overseer, Sentinel, and Sabata's squads supported Horyoku's combat with the demons on the lower floor, while the actual leaders proceeded up the stairs. "You coming, Horyoku? Or do you want to help the troops down here?" Sentinel would not move until the question was answered."Sen! We aren't going up without you!"That statement held true with everyone but Jack. "The sooner we get this over with, the sooner I can continue cackling about the former gods' loss!""What was that, you dirty pumpkin! Come down here and say that to my face!"But Jack had already left.Sentinel shot a sneer in the direction Jack left. "That pumpkinhead... GRR! I'm going to enjoy kicking his rear when we get our powers back!"

With that, he bashed in the face of one of the humanoid daemons and snatched the chains from him, sheathing his blade in the dark beast simultaneously.
"Don't come to Gaia and pick a fight." The hellhounds felt the feral rage emanating from Horyoku, immediately quieted down, and followed him faithfully- out of fear. He proceeded to climb up the stairs, too, leading the daemon dogs on his path up the case.

Boku Wa Yoake desu...As the action commenced, Horyoku busted through the doors, for he was in shot tailing of Sentinel. Seeing his newfound ally damaged, he became infuriated. The chains in his hands began to glow with a bright light, as if reentering the smelting pot. The daemonic hounds began squirm for freedom, only to be consumed by a bright fire.
"YOU ARE MINE!!!" he screamed, as he released a large wave of heat from his body.
"SUN BURST!!!" Asa no Hikari Meiun: 1000

Asa no Hikari ((I find it unfair that the other characters still haven't gone. I will go through their actions, but I still need to abide by PG's rules. The attack would have missed any way, though. Don't worry about it.)) "Hey, Sen! Let's use that attack we developed for the battle against Kurayami! It's sure to hit!""You mean... If we use the attack now, though...!""True, there is no guarantee that it can defeat Meiun, but we have to try!""But, we'll lose our few remaining powers!""Very well... We'll just do a dual kick, then.""Right. Let's go!" Sentinel positioned herself next to Overseer, and the two grabbed hands and jumped in the air, toward Meiun."The god's strength combine!
