Hiyo looked around the room, he was under the impression they were in a hallway, but... "I don't mean to be disrespectful, but are you a genjutsu? Or using one?" Of course he could have just made that many clones, but the cloud ninja didn't think that this ninja had that sort of chakra control or a massive bank of chakra. He hoped that he wouldn't offend him with his statement, then again, if it got them to the Otokage's office faster he would be willing to accept the mistake as a lucky victory.

"Wait... Whaaaaa!!" Hiyo's legs, they hurt like hell, and it was only intensifying, His words getting louder and louder with each passing second with the pain shooting through his now invisible legs still climbed. What the hell? If they weren't in a genjutsu before Hiyo was now. The pain was quickly becoming overwhelming to the point that Hiyo began biting down on his bottom lip with his canine teeth to dull whatever sort of pain he was having.

"FFFF" His legs still stung a bit, and his lip wasn't doing well either, he could feel the flesh that had been forced out of the way and the skin that somehow didn't get punctured. Wait, he wanted us? Were they finally going to the Otoka- Darkness... That was all he saw, the only sensation of touch was the cold wood touching his finger tips. Where was he? Scanning around with his hands he was able to conclude he was in a cramped, small, wooden box, like a coffin. "Uhh... Ichite-ru? Could you give me a hand? Or are you in a box too?" The cloud ninja called out to his friend hoping he would get a response or action from the host.

There was a dark pressure, frigid and
foreboding, that pressed down on the
ninja like a thousand gravities pushing
their spirits into the ground. It was an
almost physical sensation as the frightful
presence in forced it's will upon them,
"Leave him... he is of no consequence.
I only desire to speak with you Ichite-ru..."

As he spoke the coffin was swallowed
up by the damp earth that broke though
stones and swallowed it like a great maw.
To Hiyo the earth simply "swallowed" the
coffin and his entire world all in one bite.
Sensations dulled as the muck sucked like
a swamp. If he failed to hold his breath in
the soupy muck he would surly die.

Ichi froze as the voice of who he could only guess was the Otokage washed over him; The sand continued to Try to get the Lid off for a second before It slithered back out of the coffin and returned to the gourd on his back. Ichi gulping slightly as the sand returned to him and return to its place. Ichi watching as the coffin that Hiyo was in was sucked into the ground. He then slowly stood up and looked around the room. ".....O-otokage Sir?" He asked still looking around the area to see if he could find where the voice was coming from.

It's Just beneath the skin...

Ichi listened to the Otokage as he spoke, however his attention was split between both the swamp like surface that had all but swallowed the coffin that Hiyo was in; but then again multitasking was something that was easy to Ichi; but when the Otokage offered for Ichi to join his village; and he would also be able to control his demon, that on top of the fact that Hiyo would be killed it he did not accept pretty much forced Ichi's hand.

Seeing as how all of the troubles that had come into his life other then the death of his grandparents where due to Shukaku; if he could learn to control him; other then simply making a deal with him each time he went into a demon mode; then most of the things that had happened would be canceled out; and the Village would have no reason to be scared of him... Also the Otokage offer for him to join the sound also had its up sides, yes this was Seika's Village and he did not really want to be around her but also the Sand village was not the best place for him; even if he did learn to control Shukaku there was no guarantee that they still wouldn't hate him; that as well as after the comment that Shukaku had made about Tanto; Ichi had been on edge when ever he thought about the new 'Kazekage'

"....Fine" Ichi said looking down at the 'swamp' that Hiyo was in. Ichi couldn't let Hiyo be killed simply because Ichi didn't want to do something; he was Ichi's only friend who had not turned on him sense the exams, and If Ichi let him be killed they Ichi was worse then Kazuki, or Seika. Who knew, there was a small chance that this might actually help him in the long run;..... hope fully the Otokage would let Ichi continue with Hiyo on his mission.

The air in Hiyo's lungs released as soon as the mud flooded from the coffin and into the room, still though, the darkness was disheartening and the cramped confines of the casket were beginning to get to him. The only think the cloud ninja could think to do was scrunch up his legs until he was a ball then perform a double kick on the coffin's lid trying to get free. To his amazement his legs just flopped in the air, apparently the lid had already been removed and he could just climb out. Weird, but there were no complaints form the genin, he was content with climbing out of the casket and looking around in the darkness. His hair was plagued with the thick mud that had nearly killed him, a reminder of what had just happened.

If the Otokage treated strangers like this the amount of torture that his own ninja had been through must have been through hell or worse. For a second one could say that he felt sorry for Shuniji and Seika until he realized that Shuniji and Seika had sent Ichi and himself here, if he ever saw them again he would definitely give them a piece of his mind.
