"Yes I know, but one thing. I am a well trained dancer." Myia grinned. "Plus You could only get part of your money. I many hiding spots on me." She patted her sides and then fixed her skimpy, lace top. "Oh and sense you don't like the idea come up with one."

Trajedie smirked as the dancer and the man continued to argue about the stolen money. Didn't the grl realize that if she was inured badly enough he could search her quite easily and thoroughly. She debated on whether she would point this out to the pair but decided to continue watching from the background. On the other hand she could try to figure out where that other man had run off to in such a hurry. She decided to sit still for a few more moments and watch the amusng pair for just a little longer before calling it a night.

"Yeah" Air'gen replied to Draxis' question "This isn't good 'cos that was not me, and since Matine died I'm the only other magic user I know of in the town" she said stiking her head out a window.

The Dark Elf was getting himself settled down, prepared for a night of drinking until he passed out again. As he raises his flask to his lips, he stops, as he too felt the magical presence. ''Oh, honestly... Dear magical force, bugger off will you? you're not part of my plans for the night.'' He mutters. Once it became clear that it wasn't going to simply disappear, however, he grumpily stands up, replacing the cap on his flask and walking out of the room, heading for his own. Once there he retrieves a rather oversized crossbow, and his instrument of choice, made of a dark, almost purple tinted wood, with numerous engravings and attachments down it. Yawning, he straps the crossbow to his back, while hanging the Lute over his neck, walking back downstairs. ''I'm hoping I'm not the only one feeling that.'' He remarks. ''You know, some say that sensing magic is different for everyone. Personally, I get a little head rush. The annoying kind.''

"Smell it" Air said whisking her bow off her shoulder "Should we wake the other forlorn souls who inhabit this dump or am I being paranoid". She quietly hopped out the window and looked around she couldn't see anything yet but it was dark.

Draxis looked around at the other inhabitants- the bickering man and dancer seemed to be too far heated in argument to bother moving anywhere, and no one else seemed like they would be of any use. He watched the Dark Elf make his way down towards them. "Headrush? You sure that's not just the drink?" Smirking, he quickly drew a single blade with his right hand, its runic symbols glowing a faint blue. "Y'two seem to be attuned to the magic as much-if not more- than me. Only thing I can really suggest is we move hastily and find the source before it goes. Oh, and keep your wits about you. I've no hint of malignance but magic's never been all rainbows and buttercups to me."

''Well, there's also a short burst of white noise, I'm not sure even my brew can cause that.'' He admits, examining his Lute, before looking up, catching a glimpse of the girl leaping out of the window. ''What, the door isn't good enough?''

"Yep" Air'gen said drawing an arrow and threading it "Are we even fighting anything? cos I would feel pretty stupid right now if the apocalypse doesn't come". She was kind of hoping for a necromancer or something serious to relieve the tedium of sitting in an in doing nothing.

Draxis looked at the elf, before opening the door and moving out, keeping it open for the Dark Elf as he searched for any danger. "I'd rather we looked stupid lass- much better than having a potential massacre on our hands." Seeing nothing out of the ordinary, he held his sword up, watching it twitch and jerk in all directions. This didn't seem good at all. Rather than show apprehension, keeping a level head in commanding would have been a much more helpful trait. Gazing at the Dark Elf, Draxis smiled softly. "As long as we're in possible danger, I'll need a name. They call me Draxis."

He would follow him out of the inn, walking past hi as he kept the door open. Rubbing the back of his neck he would yawn silently, before responding to Draxis' question. ''You may call me Jayrus. Now, do you have any idea what it is you're- I mean, we're looking for?'' He asks, that lazy, almost cocky smile ever present.

"What happened to Drax" Said the Elf slightly agitatedly "It's getting stronger" she said spinning her bow raised slightly. "Time for a test" Air said shooting the bell in the watchtower. The noise of the bell was quickly taken over by the creaking of the wood as the tree lurched and contorted furtherer, "It worked, cool."

He moved forward, having seen her initial firing. His face was oddly stern as he placed a hand firmly on her shoulder. "Don't dive head first into this, you might get us killed. Now's not the time for joking. We need a plan in case this isn't the kind of magic we can contain." He moved ahead, his sword was twitching more violently with every step he took. "Let's say this source of magic is malignant...what then?"

Jayrus continues to walk along behind them. ''Having trouble controlling your sword?'' He remarks. ''I hope it doesn't do that in combat.'' He laughs quietly.

Draxis chuckled softly. "I've never had a problem controlling my sword- the lasses always seem to want to come back for more." Turning around, he held the jerking blade still, to better show off its glowing runes. "This, my blue skinned friend, is a blade specially designed for me by a Templar smith. It can sense faint traces of magic that my body can't. Of course, I can dispell any tracking effects simply, so when the actual force's been found it's just a plain old sword- but useful in a fight nonetheless." Continuing on, he held out the blade, trying to pin point the magic. "Besides, I fail t'see how you intend on stopping anything with that little instrument of yours."

''For one who seems so determined to root out magic, it would seem you could learn more about it.'' He chuckles. ''It's enchanted to cast spells depending on the tunes I play. I could fill you with energy, or perhaps immobilize an enemy in fear. From the spell, mind you. My music isn't that bad!'' He laughs again.
