Well it seems fine for me, except for one thing:
The initial D-rank skill could be abused pretty heavily. I think we might need to place some limitations on it so that people aren't constantly dodging all attacks by assuming the water form.
Perhaps something along the lines of: Can only use the technique once every 3 posts?... or can only be used to avoid an attack once every 3 posts?
What do you think?

A fatal blow can be achieved, and the user can still be alive. The user must have unlocked the ability of pre-immortality before, or they will DIE. Instant Hari Kiri Rank: C Type: weapon/ taijutsu Element: none Description: The user takes their Seppuku Knife and strikes at the foe. If the technique deals a flesh wound, than the user can stab him/ herself with the blade, and deals a fatal blow that would kill them, except for this: the victim dies in their place. Note: this technique can only be used with the Seppuku knife, if the member uses a different knife, they will stab themself, and only look like idiots. I know that Hidan's abilities are part of the Naruto cannon, but I think this is just too unfair for any member of this guild to have. The inability to die, linked with the ability to easily kill anyone if you get a scratch of their blood is just too much power to give to one person. It might have been okay for Naruto, considering only one person had it, and it was an S-ranked ninja, but I just can't allow it for casual use here. Sorry.
(Also, I don't like that there is a cap on the number of people it can apply to)
[This is just my opinion, so you can appeal to the other VCs and the Captains if you think my ruling is unfair, but I don't think this should be allowed. there is just no balance to it.]

Background: Before any of the current domanent bloodline there was this bloodline. There were two sides to this old bloodline that not to many people know about this one. All the bloodline that came to be came from this one complex bloodline. All the people in this bloodline were alwas pure good or pure evil what. The parents will tell there kid what the should be but it's all there choice. The only thing that will make you one side or the other will be your parents. If your parents are both good then your will become evil but if both of them evil then your going to be good.

History/Lore:
A long time ago, when the eastern and western skies were viewed as one and the same, with twenty-four zodiac matriarchs to rule the skies. The western zodiacs, which were composed of Taurus, Aries, Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn, Sagittarius, Scorpio, Libra, Virgo, and Gemini himself, clashed with the zodiacs from the east; Dog, Dragon, Horse, Monkey, Boar, Ox, Rabbit, Rat, Rooster, Sheep, Snake and Tiger. The two factions fought endlessly, creating thunderstorms, maelstroms, whirlpools, and hurricanes in their wake, destroying countless amounts of innocent lives. It wasn't until the day the eastern zodiacs went too far and gravely injured Gemini, leaving him to die in the arms of Libra and Leo, his fellows-in-arms. Using the last of his power, Gemini seperated the two skies, isolating the two factions to their own domains. However, Gemini, infuriated with the attack; bestowed his power onto several individuals under the eastern zodiac, digging his magic into the far reaches of their DNA structure, and hereditary traits, creating the bloodline.
Description:
The user's of this clan have an odd dojutsu called the Futogan (Twin Eye), where the dojutsu is always activated, but doesn't consume chakra unless a technique is used. The eyes of the members complement eachother, with the dominant eye being the base, and the non-dominant eye being the exact opposite color of the other. This makes it easy for others to scope out people of this race. Abilities of this bloodline include mirroring objects and the like.

Description: By using their unique dojutsu, the user will focus chakra into a small object, creating an exact replica that is transparent, but the same nonetheless. The object, after serving it's purpose while disperse into chakra, destroying itself. This jutsu has it's flaws however, as replicated things only do things that can be automatically judged by looking at them. (Bombs cannot detonate, smoke bombs cannot expell smoke, etc.)
Stage Two (Available at the rank of Chuunin)
The skill in which the user utilizes Futogan experiences a large spike as they cross over to chuunin, the gap between transfering from genin, to chuunin, to jounin extremely big. This is where the legends are made.

Description: Like all mirroring jutsu from the Soujikyuu Clan, the replicated objects cannot be physically changed, but can be stopped. In this stage, users can replicate slightly bigger objects, namely fuuma shuriken and the like. However, things can only be replicated once every 3 posts.

Description: By focusing chakra into the body, and looking at a human target, the user will enter a state where they will mimic everything the target does perfectly, but in a mirror-image. This is best used in close combat, and has many flaws (Not everyone's kunai pouch is placed in the same place, people!)

Mind's Eye of the Kagura

History: The 'Mind's Eye of Kagura' is a technique utilized by the character 'Karin' who displayed several unique and impressive abilities, especially in the realm of chakra sensing and healing abilities. Karin was charged with operating Orochimaru's southern base, located on a small island in the sea. There she made sure Orochimaru's prisoners behaved. She along with Suigetsu were both experimented upon by Orochimaru due to their special abilities. After joining 'Hebi' (Sasuke's organization, later called 'Taka'), Karin used her abilities to help Sasuke achieve his goals and followed him around, while being obsessively infatuated with him.
Description: Karin showed several unique and highly useful jutsu which made her an incredible support to 'Hebi' (or 'Taka'). Using the Mind's Eye of the Kagura, she displayed the ability to detect chakra with incredible accuracy and precision, allowing her to track them over large distances. Karin also displayed a unique healing ability, which after allowing someone to bite her arm, chest or neck, would allow them to suck her chakra out and completely heal themselves. Additionally, she was shown to be able to suppress her own chakra so as to make her nearly impossible to detect.

The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or if someone is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra they can perceive its location and movement with great detail.
 Jutsu Name: Heal Bite Jutsu Rank: D Type: Medical, Healing Description: The user can heal other's wounds by having them bite into their skin and suck out their chakra. In addition to rapidly depleting their chakra reserves, the user is left with a permanent bite mark every time they uses it. Due to this depletion of chakra, it is dangerous for them to use this ability more than once a day.

Type: Chakra Control
Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra until it is undetectable. This makes it impossible, or at least very difficult, for sensing-type shinobi to track them. The downside of this ability is that since the user is suppressing their chakra, they are unable to use their Mind's Eye of the Kagura.

Rogue Branch of the Kurama Clan
The Kurama were one of the elder clans of Konoha, known for their high skills in Genjutsu. Over the years less and less clan members were able to pass the Chuunin Exams, and the hopes for the clan's future were placed in the young Kurama heir Yakumo. Half of this clan separated and went throughout the entirety of the world. It was this half, that developed the Nevidigan eye.

The Controlling Eyes or Nevidigan
-For the Kurama clan member, whilst they activate said eyes, they are capable of producing genjutsu of tangible ability. They also are more masterful with confusing an opponent using genjutsu. The Nevidigan is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses. The Nevidigan ALSO acts as a Genjutsu amplifier, making it easier to use, learn, and have a much more deadly effect.
Further Explanation: All Nevidigan users MUST lock eyes with the opponent in order for any effect to take hold. The use of Nevidigan is simple, it allows for one to directly change what an opponent sees or perceives. It is capable of making the victim feel what the user wants them to feel, by changing their sensory level. For example, if a victim is using a doujutsu, normally they would read movements quickly and be able to almost perfectly evade in a common rate, the Nevidigan may slow the precision eye, and make it read whatever degree it wishes the victim to follow. The copy eye, is no longer completely accurate, instead of being able to copy with complete accuracy, the chance of failing to copy is now higher, along with a lack of perception of the actual technique used. The mind reading eye is severely weakened, and is incapable of seeing future movements whilst against the Nevidigan. Against any form of doujutsu, the Nevidigan acts as a nullification of said doujutsu's complete effect. Put simply, the Nevidigan can make an opponent see what the user truly wants them to see. It may adjust their sight to where, they are unable to differentiate chakra levels, hallucinate or see things which aren't there, and even make Genjutsu terrifyingly more effective on them.
Note: This effect still works on opponents without doujutsu, only far better, for it requires less chakra drain, and is does not have a barrier stopping the control.

Translation: Demon Within The Black
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Forcing complete blackness to an opponent's mind, they see a large fire demon similar to a hellish skeleton. It will grab the opponent and choke them. The illusion feeling as it it truly is occurring, though it is an illusionary technique.
Other: This is a c-rank jutsu.
Name: Reality Unwoven
Translation: Reality Unwoven
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's mind is controlled to make the person believe that they are in their perfect world. Everything appears real, and to the opponent it is tangible. This is capable of breaking a person's mind, and permanently placing them in a sense of comatose, if they do not somehow come to the realization it is fake and release the technique within several minutes (5 posts).
Other: This is c-rank jutsu.

This is a technique used for the intent to kill.
Other: This is an S-ranked jutsu, and unbreakable unless the demon or the sad moment is somehow defeated, though extremely unlikely.

Effect: The opponent literally rapidly beings to lose their five senses, and they feel complete exhaustion overtake them. Everything appears in slow-motion and unreal to them. A massive gate opens in front of the opponent, and begins to suck out their life energy. With little to no ability to fight back or react, it is almost inevitable for the opponent to die. This can be broken however, if the will and power of the opponent is extremely strong.
Other: This is an S-rank technique. It requires three whole posts before completely killing the opponent.

Background: Before any of the current domanent bloodline there was this bloodline. There were two sides to this old bloodline that not to many people know about this one. All the bloodline that came to be came from this one complex bloodline. All the people in this bloodline were alwas pure good or pure evil what. The parents will tell there kid what the should be but it's all there choice. The only thing that will make you one side or the other will be your parents. If your parents are both good then your will become evil but if both of them evil then your going to be good.

● you can't be good when your evil and same for the Evil side.

No water can brake it unless it's demon/kami. The Haku bloodlie can beat the jutsu pretty easly. The person using it can also use the flame all around him/her to throw at there opponent or something like that.

He could even turn into a demon form even though the demon that was inside of him was not there anymore. The man at every full moon a change happened to him. He turned back into a human for that one whole day and night. He married into a full human family no demons or anything like that. He married a human Girl when they had a little girl that right then but The father thinks it will happen soon. If it's water it will explode into a explosion of water that will turn into a slippy fuild right infront of the thing it hits.

Defined By Spontaneity Rogue Branch of the Kurama Clan
The Kurama were one of the elder clans of Konoha, known for their high skills in Genjutsu. Over the years less and less clan members were able to pass the Chuunin Exams, and the hopes for the clan's future were placed in the young Kurama heir Yakumo. Half of this clan separated and went throughout the entirety of the world. It was this half, that developed the Nevidigan eye.

The Controlling Eyes or Nevidigan
-For the Kurama clan member, whilst they activate said eyes, they are capable of producing genjutsu of tangible ability. They also are more masterful with confusing an opponent using genjutsu. The Nevidigan is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses. The Nevidigan ALSO acts as a Genjutsu amplifier, making it easier to use, learn, and have a much more deadly effect.
Further Explanation: All Nevidigan users MUST lock eyes with the opponent in order for any effect to take hold. The use of Nevidigan is simple, it allows for one to directly change what an opponent sees or perceives. It is capable of making the victim feel what the user wants them to feel, by changing their sensory level. For example, if a victim is using a doujutsu, normally they would read movements quickly and be able to almost perfectly evade in a common rate, the Nevidigan may slow the precision eye, and make it read whatever degree it wishes the victim to follow. The copy eye, is no longer completely accurate, instead of being able to copy with complete accuracy, the chance of failing to copy is now higher, along with a lack of perception of the actual technique used. The mind reading eye is severely weakened, and is incapable of seeing future movements whilst against the Nevidigan. Against any form of doujutsu, the Nevidigan acts as a nullification of said doujutsu's complete effect. Put simply, the Nevidigan can make an opponent see what the user truly wants them to see. It may adjust their sight to where, they are unable to differentiate chakra levels, hallucinate or see things which aren't there, and even make Genjutsu terrifyingly more effective on them.
Note: This effect still works on opponents without doujutsu, only far better, for it requires less chakra drain, and is does not have a barrier stopping the control.

We already have Kurama clan, but this is as the title leads one to believe, a rogue and completely different group of Kurama clan members, like the Hyuuga clan has two branches, this being a branch, who still maintain the Genjutsu supremacy, only with the addition doujutsu known as Nevidigan.

So basically, it's Kurama Clan + extra stuff?
...if that's the case, I would deny it. I can't seem to find the Kurama Clan stuff anywhere though, do you happen to know where it is?
I have no problem with you creating a rogue branch... I think it's pretty cool actually, but it needs to be definably separate from Kurama, whilst still balanced along side it.
