Matsuya burst into flames inside his office. He yelled to all his staff to evacuate and get to safety. He grabbed what important files and items he had in his office and shoved them into a messenger bag. He would hide them in the one place no one would look for them. Among those who had already fallen. Again, he burst into flame, this time appearing on the roof. He could see the demon approaching from a distance, destruction in its wake. Matsuya made sure the papers for his research project were in the bag and then burst into flame again, this time heading somewhere else.

[1/5] The crew of men Matsuya had sent arrived on the site and started to clear the debree from the area. They removed planks, chunks of concrete, pieces of what used to be desks, glass shards, and something that looked like the twisted remains of a filing cabinet. The men loaded everything they collected into large wheel barrows and wheeled it off to some place out side the village. The remaining men looked over the plans they had been given. They would need materials.

[2/5] The men started to carry in materials from their homes and the places they worked. Each man seemed to have something to contribute to the cause. Some brought planks of wood, some brought concrete blocks, a few even brought large metal support beams, these were ussually carried by a team of men. When all was stuck to the side, they looked at the plans again. One of them men had drawn a larger version onto a blueprint and was holding it in front of the others.

[3/5] The men started the process of creating the building itself. The layed a concrete foundation for the building, making it more durable to physical attacks. They then placed the large steel support beams on their side using a system of pulleys. The beams would ensure that the building was both structurally sound and resistent to most any kind of physical attack. The men took a small break and looked at their work. They had only known Matsuya for a year as Hokage, but already their loyalty to him had some how grown.

[4/5] The men continued their work on the tower. They built concrete around the beams, making he general shape of the tower. They put metal rods into the concrete making it more fortified. As the tower took shape, some of the men started to put the wooden frame over the concrete. This gave the tower an attractive appearance as well as a look of authority. The painters and carpenters of the group started to make the wooden frame for the building more attractive and stable.

[5/5] As the carpenters finished the woodwork of the building, the painters moved in to do their job. The tower slowely started to take a dark red color. The color would symbolize the Will of Fire, the villages burning passion. When the painters finished, the men hoisted a sign onto the roof of the village. On the sign was a single kanji symbol, the symbol for Hokage. The men stood back and looked at their handiwork. As they did so, an ANBU member jumped down and looked at the tower. He nodded in approval and jumped off to tell the Hokage of the men's accomplishments.

LT walked up to the building with his pass from the front gate guards, he already had several baskets of tea leaves but he still had one left that wasnt full. He didnt know where the certain type of plant was so he couldnt find it, so he decided to ask the Hokage. After walking up the stairs he found the office and knocked on the door, his three mist heads bands gently flapping. One on his head, one on his left arm, and one around his belt. He scratched his chin under his kakashi like mask and knocked again.

LT turned to notice a young man saying "Yo wassup... Eh... Mist-nin?" LT was not used to slang, or lack of respect. So for first impressions the boy was not fairing well. But then the "Sev" character offered his hand to shake, introducing himself. Guess the boy has some redemption with that move, and at least he was able to recognize that i am from the mist. LT thought to himself as he stared at the boy's face. The boy had what looked like cat lines on his cheeks, and since LT was a history major, he knew that one of the previous Hokages had those same marks too. Perhaps he was, perhaps not, it didnt matter to LT, he didnt need to deal with a demon right now. But they are people too LT thought, so ah hell, why not. LT clasped his hand around the young man's, trying not to squeeze it too hard. "Nice to meet you Sev, I am called LT. Do you know if your Hokage is in?"

((yeah, Matsuya. guess I gotta talk to you too. lol))

Sev was slightly taken aback by the strong grip this LT had, but was even more surprised by how the Hokage reacted to him. "LT? I see you know my Hokage very well. Aaaaaaaaand what? Greetings only fall on old friends now too? Hokage-sama." He finished, laughing a little as he knew they must have had a long history to get that happy of a reaction. "Well, I won't lie, it has been a pleasure so far meeting you LT. I wasn't sure at first, but I give you my respect without hesitation now." His eyes jumped from LT to Matsuya and back again. "LT... he must be a Jounin or higher, possibly Anbu..." Sev thought to himself, ideas popping up in his head left and right.
