MISSION- Birch's First Break-in
Any Team Aqua member is asked to go to Prof. Birch's lab in Littleroot and steal one of his three pokemon (Treeko, Torchic, Mudkip). You must sneak in at night. But don't get caught by Prof. Birch or his assistant. At some point you must battle the pokemon you stole/are stealing, if you want to catch it.

Oliwer put his black clothes on and hopped on his bike and started to ride towards Prof. Birch's lab.
He left his bike to the forest near Birch's lab and sneaked towards the lab's window.
He looked through the window and saw 3 pokeballs on the table and he also saw that there was not anybody there.
He went to the door and tried to open it but it was locked."Hmm what now?" He whispered to himself.
Oliwer stared at the lock and got a thought.
He called out Buizel. "Buizel use Sonicboom on that lock." Oliwer whispered and Buizel nodded.
The lock broke.
Oliwer and Buizel went into the lab. Oliwer took Torchic. ((Its in the ball i mean and i took the ball))
He went into the forest with Buizel and the Torchic ball and he threw the ball on the ground. Torchic came from the ball "Torchic?" it said with a sleepy voice.
"So Buizel now we need to battle that Torchic to catch it. Are you ready Buizel?"
Buizel nodded. "Buizel use water gun on that Torchic." Torchic barely dodged the water gun.
Torchic got angry and ran towards Buizel.
Torchic started to peck his head and Buizel was trying to run away. "Buizel try to dodge that attack and use water gun again" Oliwer said.
Buizel used water gun on Torchic and it hit.
Torchic fell down and it was laying on the ground for a moment and both Torchic and Buizel was out of breath.
Torchic was trying to use peck again "Buizel dodge and use Sonicboom!" Oliwer said.
Buizel dodged and moved behind Torchic.
Buizel used Sonicboom on Torchic back and Torchic fell down again but this time unconscious. The winner was Buizel. "Ok come back Buizel." Oliwer said as he took a pokeball from his backpack and threw it at Torchic. "Finally i caught you torchic. Now i can return." Oliwer hopped on his bike and started to ride back. ((Ok how does it look now?))

MISSION- Spark for Joy
Go and catch an electric pokemon!

Pokemon:
Any non evolved, non legendary electric type pokemon.

Money: 200

Oliwer was sitting inside the HQ with his pokemon Poochyena and Buizel.
They were all bored.

"Hmm maybe we should go get a mission. What do you think of that guys?" Oliwer said.Buizel nodded and Poochyena jumped in the air really excited. They went to look at the board of missions. "This one looks cool!" He said and he was almost more excited than Poochyena. He called in both of the pokemon.

"Maybe i should ride to route 110 and search for some electric pokemon. I heard there should be atleast Minun,Plusle and Electrike." He started to ride towards route 110.

It was a sunny day and finally when he got there he was out of breath.Oliwer was looking around when he saw two trainers battling with pokemon. Oliwer recognized both of the pokemon and they were Charmeleon and eevee. Suddenly the battle was over when Charmeleon used Flamethrower on eevee and eevee got unconscious. One of the trainers noticed Oliwer and they both started to walk towards Oliwer.

"Hey you! You look like a trainer what are you doing here?" The girl said and she was carrying the unconscious eevee in her hands. "Well i'm looking for electric pokemon. Have you seen one here?" Oliwer asked."Well i might have seen Electrike in the tall grass. It was a flash only though but you know that Electrikes are pretty fast pokemon. By the way my name is Richard and her name is Janet. Whats your name?" Richard said.

"Its Oliwer. So can you show me where did you see the flash?" Oliwer said excited.They walked in the tall grass.
Suddenly Oliwer saw a flash. He heard that someone was moving in the bushes with his special ears and he called out Poochyena.

Now a Electrike came out of the bushes growling to Oliwer and Poochyena because they were in its territory so it seems that this Electrike was the leader.
"Ok Poochyena use Takle at that Elektrike and remember our training!" They have been training Poochyena's strenght earlier.

Poochyena ran towards Electrike and tryied to Takle it but Elektrike evaded with incredible speed.
Poochyena tryied again couple of times but the attack still missed.

"Poochyena use Sand-attack and then try to takle him with all your strenght!" Oliwer shouted.
Poochyena used Sand-attack on Electrike and the sand hit Electrikes eyes so it was unable to see.

Poochyena grinned and ran again towards Electrike and used takle with all strenght.
It hit critical and Electrike fell down but Poochyena was paralyzed.

"Poochyena come back!" Oliwer said as he took a pokeball from his backpack and threw it at Electrike and it hit.


The pokeball moved around some time before it stopped.
Both of the trainers Oliwer met earlier was looking tense but when Oliwer showed the pokeball where the Electrike was they all started to laugh happily. It was starting to darken as Oliwer thought "This was a good ending of this day." He said goodbye to his new friends and he still took a look at the pokeball and grinned before he hopped on his bike and started to ride back to HQ.

First and foremost, sorry for letting this mission slip through the cracks. Now, on to the grade.

It's always nice to see a well-written mission report. I like that you added an extra trainer battle while waiting for nightfall. Is Leon going to be a recurring rival?

On a technical note, Superpower's description is misleading. The move hits for a very powerful 120 base attack, then drops the users Atk and Def one stage. It does NOT raise a stat, nor does it affect stat besides Atk and Def.

During your battle with Torchic, I feel the 'spirit' of the mission is to catch the pokemon, not beat it down and recall it back to Elm's pokeball. At the very least, re-catch the pokemon with the ball.

Overall it's a well done mission. A bit rough around the edges, but nothing you can't smooth out during your next assignment. You pass. You get 300 PD and keep Torchic.

MISSION- A Planner for a Scanner
Any Team Aqua member is asked to go to the Abandoned Ship and get the scanner.
The scanner should be near the back of the ship, but some of the passageways may be flooded.

Oliwer and his pokemon have traveled to slateport city from Team Aqua HQ and now Oliwer was thinking how he and his pokemon could get on the abandoned ship.

Oliwer saw some people running somewhere through the beach and he followed them. "What are you doing or where are you going?" He asked them.

"We are going to the Dewford town. Want to come with us?" Old man said. Oliwer saw a big boat coming to the beach

"Well i need to get on the abandoned ship and thats on the way so can i hop off the boat when we are at the ship?" Oliwer said. "Sure.". The old man said and he was looking at Oliwer and thinking why he would like to go on the abandoned ship"Ok thank you" Oliwer said and hopped on the boat.

They were finally at the abandoned ship.Oliwer said goodbye to his friends and then he hopped off from the boat.

Oliwer continued his way into the abandoned ship.
He wandered in the ship and tried to find his way to the scanner.

He saw a Magikarp splashing on the dry ground. He carefully lifted the Magikarp and put it in a puddle with the other pokemon. The magikarp made a low happy sound "M-MagiiiKarp". Oliwer smiled to the Magikarp and continued his way.

Oliwer walked downstairs and finally saw the scanner but suddenly a unknow long haired scary looking man came behind the corner and he said something like "I-its mine you fool,you have to battle my pokemon if you want the scanner!" The man called out his Tododile and Oliwer called out his new pokemon-Electrike.
"Tododile use Scratch!" The man said.

"Electrike dodge that attack and use Spark!" Elektrike barely dodged and he used Spark on the Tododile. The Tododile fell down but suddenly it stood up again.
Oliwer thought (Hmm how is that Tododile so strong?)

"Electrike use quick attack!" "Tododile spin around and use water gun!" Tododile started to spin around while using water gun.
Unfortunately Elecktrike got hit by the water gun and smashed on the wall.

"Electrike can you still stand up?" Oliwer asked and Electrike nodded. "Ok Electrike try to use Spark again!" Oliwer said.

Electrike moved incredibly fast and used Spark on the foe's Tododile and the Tododile fell down unconscious. The winner was Oliwer's Electrike. "Ok take it then...Go on take it!" The man said. Oliwer took the scanner and called out his Buizel.
Oliwer grabbed Buizel and the Buizel started to swim back to Slateport City.
Then Oliwer heard familiar splashing. The Magikarp Oliwer saw earlier have followed Oliwer and Buizel to the Slateport. "What now Magikarp,you want to come with us?" Oliwer said.
The Magikarp splashed happily and that was its answer.


"Okey then come in this pokeball my new friend." Oliwer said and smiled.
The Magikarp went into the pokeball.
Oliwer remembered that he left his bike behind the Poke center so he went to get his bike and then he started to ride back to HQ.

MISSION- Fossil Fraud

It seems there's someone in the Johto region selling fake pokemon fossils. From his description, it sounds like he's a Legendary Brilliance Gang peon. Track him down and put a stop to his scam. (You will face one LBG peon with 2 fossil pokemon)

Christian looked at the Pewter City Gym. He wanted to get the Boulder Badge. He didn’t want to challenge the Pokemon League but since he was somehow in Kanto and Aqua wasn’t busy, might as well do something there.

Then he heard someone from the museum say,” I don’t have time for you three! I must deal with a bigger problem. Only come back when you have real fossils!”

The door slammed and three kids sat on the steps. Christian sighed and walked up to them. He put the Gym Challenge until later.

He said,” Hey, what’s up?”

The only girl in the group said,”We just spent 100,000 P on this guy in Johto for three fossils.”

The oldest of three said,”Then we took the Magnet Train to Kanto to have them turned into real Pokemon.”

The last kid said,” We went to the Pewter Museum and they said that the fossils were fake”

Then the three said all together,” Finally they broke the fake fossils and kicked us out”

They showed Christian the remains of the fossils. He looked at the girl’s fossil that was broken in three separate pieces. After a few moments, Christian spotted the letters L-B-G if the fossil was put back together. I should have known, thought Christian.

He asked,” Where exactly did you buy these?”

The girl said,” In the Goldenrod Underground.”

Christian nodded to the three and promised that the money would return. He walked to the edge of Pewter City and took out Soar. They flew to Goldenrod City and landed on the West entrance to the Underground. Soar was returned and Christian went down the stairs. He put on a jacket to hide any clothing that shows that he belonged to Team Aqua. He walked down the hallway and tried to find any signs of an LBG member or a fossil being sold. Then he saw some brown paint spills.

Then a voice said from a stand,” Fine choice indeed. Skull Fossils make a bold Cranidos. That will be 33,000 and plus 1,000 P for tax. Remember, there’s a special deal right now. Tax is only charged one time. So how about another fo-”

Christian had interrupted the voice who was selling the Skull Fossil to another person. He said,” Don’t buy that! It’s fake!”

The man who was about to buy quickly put down the Skull Fossil and ran away.

The person behind the stand said,” Boy! You just made me lose a sale. Who are you anyway? I’m an LBG, bet you don’t know what that stands for.”

Christian said,” Legendary Brilliance Gang member, I’m Christian. Team Aqua member.” He removed his jacket.

The LBG member said,” We aren’t scared of the like of you, tree-huggers. Or should I say ocean-hugger.”

Christian said,” Lame joke and I am not in the mood for a comedy. Either you give back all the money you scammed or you be humiliated by me from losing.”

The LBG peon laughed and said,” I thought you said you weren’t in the mood for a comedy but you’re obviously kidding around.”

Christian glared and took out Shade, his Shuppet. The LBG peon laughed once again and took out Omanyte.

Shade began with Shadow Sneak. Omanyte was thrown back a little but then recovered and used Ancientpower. The stats were not raised.
Shade used a Will-o-Wisp to Burn Omanyte. Then, it used Brine. Burn status causes Omanyte to lose HP.
Omanyte used Protect. It made Shade’s Shadow Ball not get through. HP loss due to Omanyte’s Burn.
Shade used a Shadow Sneak. Omanyte used Ancientpower. Stats were raised this time. Omanyte lost HP because of Burn.
Shade used a Curse which made it very weak. Omanyte used a Brine and because Shade had less than half HP, the move was very strong which made Shade faint. Double HP loss because of Burn and Curse. It was very weak now.

Christian sent out Mind, his Ralts, to take Shade’s place.
Mind used Magical Leaf which made Omanyte faint.

The LBG peon returned Omanyte and sent out Cranidos. Christian left Mind stay.
Cranidos started with a Take Down, which recoiled. Mind used a Future Sight.
Cranidos used a Zen Headbutt. Mind flinched so it couldn’t use Magical Leaf.
Cranidos used Pursuit. Mind used a Magical Leaf which was super effective.
Future Sight hit this turn. Cranidos got up and used Zen Headbutt. There was no flinching so Mind was able to land another super effective Magical Leaf.
Cranidos used Take Down, which was another recoil. Mind used another strong Magicl Leaf which made Cranidos faint.

Christian returned Mind and said,” Stop playing around. I can easily call the authorities right now. Remember, we’re in Goldenrod City where there’s ton”

The LBG peon replied,” Take your own advice. You know what happens at the Goldenrod City Game Corner.”

Christian sent out Mind once again. Christian said,” Your back-up may take awhile. While the police can come in seconds”

Mind instantly Teleported and returned with the police in seconds. They landed on top of the stand. Mind still didn’t get it right.

Christian said,” He’s been scamming everyone into buying fake fossils. Look.”

He grabbed the fake Skull Fossil and broke it in half. The police took the peon in and found a big bag of money in the back of the stand. They were able to distribute the money to the right owners. The three kids didn’t believe that he could have really returned the money. Finally, the police were able to find some real fossils. For those who didn’t get their money back, they were given the real fossils. After those were passed out, there was one left.

A policewoman said,” Nice job! Here’s your prize. A Skull Fossil”

Christian returned to Pewter City. Just about he was going to open the doors, his TADS rang. It wrote,



Christian sighed and took out Soar to return him to HQ.

There's no such cat in the metropolis, who holds all the pieces in monopoly,

for performing surprising illusions, and creating eccentric confusion.

MISSION- High Toxicity Levels
Go and catch a Poison pokemon.
Tentacool are found all around the world's oceans.
Gulpin hangs out in Route 110, but a small number also live in Pastoria's Great Marsh.
Grimer loves dirty, muddy, polluted, or otherwise foul places.

I sat around thinking to myself. Of course, I would usually be sitting on Tauros, riding the large ocean waves by now. But for some reason, that just didn’t sound appealing in my head. Don’t get me wrong, I love to go Surfing with my pokemon, but today is different. I sigh, wondering what to do. So again, I get up out of bed and begin wondering about HQ, ending up in a small and empty room with a tall stack of papers and a bulletin board with papers posted all over it. I tilt my head to the side and slyly walk over to it. I read the various missions the further down I move my eyes, the harder they seem, eventually seeming impossible at the very bottom. I shake my head at these and crane my neck to see what’s at the top. “High Toxicity Levels… Sounds promising.” I reach up and take it off of the board to read into it a little further, “Celadon City seems to have been highly polluted as of late.” I read to myself. “Okay, sounds like something for my talents.” I shrug and head out, onto the beach.

Once there, I call out Tauros, who gladly walks over to nuzzle my cheek. “Hehehe, Hey Tauros, I’m glad to see you to buddy. Hey we should go to Celadon City for a mission, do you think you can Surf that far?” Tauros nodded and galloped knee deep into the water to wait for me. I fold up the paper, putting it into my back pocket and running out to hop on my pokemon.

A few hours later, I’m able to see Cinnabar Island and nearly fall off of Tauros cheering. “Haha! I’m sorry! I’m just so excited to see Kanto land!” Tauros continues swimming tiredly. We make land on Cinnabar. There aren’t very many people. Only a pokemon center and a few people wondering around near a small cliff. I tilt my head to the left and walk over.
“Excuse me!” I call and finish the distance, “I’m not sure which way it is to Celadon City, could you help me?” A rather large man turns to look at me with a curious eye.
“You shouldn’t be going to Celadon City at this time of year girl, the Muk and Grimer populace is horribly high this season.” One of his associates looked up at me.
“Yeah, I’m away from my home in Cerulean because of them, why would you wanna go there?”
I smile, “That’s a secret! Still, could you help? My Tauros here is very tired of surfing on the ocean.”
“Well,” The second guy spoke up, “There is a boat that is leaving from here in a few minutes, you can take that to Vermillion City and go North West to Celadon, but that’d take at least a day if you plan on hiking…” He shrugged. I sigh and look around, then at Tauros, “I guess we’ll be walking a while then.”

I say my goodbyes, return Tauros and walk off toward the boat. As I went to step on board a voice speaks out to me, “You! Girl!” I spin around to see a boy; handsome with a few child-like characteristics and a hood far up enough on his head to cover his forehead. He has pretty light skin. A lot like my own. “I overheard you speaking with those men over there; you need a quick way to Celadon City, correct?” I nod, keeping quiet, this is way too suspicious. He tilts his head back, letting the hood fall back, revealing a tribal like tattoo in the center of his forehead and pointed ears that seemed like they were dipped in a thick purple liquid. I nearly gasped but he lifted his hands toward me and in a white flash I was somewhere else. I looked around, tall buildings, a pokemon center, I gym and a sign to my left that says, ‘Welcome to Celadon City.’

I blink a few times, that guy… He teleported me to Celadon, but the odd part was that, well, I recognized the power. The energy used to teleport. It’s like, in the back of my head, I knew who it belonged to, but I couldn’t shine a light into the area to fully know. I sigh and take a look around, not too many people out and about… at mid day. Then it hit me, a very foul odor drifting through the air. Would have heaved up my lunch, if I had had lunch! I covered my nose and regained my balance. The stench was enough to keep even Stunky away! I began looking around, the closer I got the center of town, the worse the stench got. ‘It has to be this way.’ I reached a large square where in the center, there was a pool filled with dirty water and sludge pouring from all around. That’s when I realized that that purple sludge was a bunch of Grimer! “Go Tauros and Zubat!” The two pokemon landed and began right in to battle. “Tauros, Earthquake! Zubat, Nasty Plot!” Tauros reared back to bring his front hooves down to cause a powerful Earthquake beneath two of the Grimers’ bodies. This attack was plenty enough to take them out and two more filed out of the fountain, but as they left the water seemed to clear up some. Zubat increased his special attack by a large amount. I got a good idea, “Tauros! Use Horn Attack on the Grimer on the left!” Tauros did as told and spiked one of them on his horns, sending him sailing back into the water. “Now, Zubat! Heat Wave!” Zubat flapped a few times the air heated up drastically and powerful waves rushed over the water with even more power because of Zubat’s increased special attack. The water began to boil. A vast amount of Grimer all file out and flee from the city, the once putrid water now glistening… And steaming a little.

Only one Grimer stays behind, and she seems fairly unaffected by the Heat Wave. I return both Zubat and Tauros and toss Poliwag’s pokeball. Grimer starts off by trying to cast a Disable, but to no avail, Grimer only manages wasting an attack, “Poliwag, use Rain Dance!” Poliwag does and odd dance, cooling the air, clouds suddenly appearing in the sky. A light drizzle started but then the rain got heavier until it was pouring. Grimer took no more chances, it began melting, Acid Armor. “Since Acid Armor only increases defense… Poliwag, Hydro Pump!!” Poliwag bounces on the ground a few times, getting higher each time, and on the final bounce Poliwag moves toward Grimer a little and blasts it with increased power thanks to the rain. Grimer was hurt pretty bad, but wasn’t hurt bad enough to faint.

I think fast, tossing a pokeball. It hits, Grimer going inside. The pokeball shakes a few times before making a dinging sound, I run over to pick up the pokeball. “Yay! Guess what Poliwag! We got a Grimer!” Poliwag cheers all the way to the pokemon center. I heal my team and we leave, on our way back to HQ.
