Without so much as a word, Akutenshi picked the nearest room and immediately fell asleep on the bed inside.

Toshi nodded. "I do not see how much use I will be, but I am just as worried about the others as you are, Des." Most specifically, Inutai.

"Atra is the most bizarre creature I've ever met," Angela said, smiling slightly when she saw Zen's new attire. "We had the weirdest conversation."
Her face fell. "And he revealed...annoying things about me that I rather wish I didn't know." She looked over at Des and then remembered she was angry at him, switching back to a glare.
At that moment, Ky reappeared in the room and started talking to Des.
"They're somewhere in the Ethereal Plane. I can get us there and probably locate them but we'll have to be quick about it. Staying there too long can be dangerous."

"Yes, best you do it with as few people as possible." Zen told Des. "Atra does that, the b*****d. Never talks when you want him to, never shuts up when you wish he would." Zen said, knowing full well the creepy creature heard him say it.
"I hate to say it, but he never lies either." Zen didn't pry to know what Atra had said fully, but guessed it wasn't a soft piece of advice.
"Angela, you should stay with me... let Ky, Des and Toshi deal with finding our missing friends."

"Alright, we'll go with just the three of us," Des said. "That'll make it easier for me. I'm ready whenever you two are."

"I assumed he wasn't lying based on Des' reaction," Angela said. "And I don't have a choice. After that fight, my powers are still hibernating. I wouldn't be any good even if I went."

"Neither would I, I'm only good for poofing as of right now. Which isn't quite a good thing, considering we're about to have an invasion in the next few days."Zen thought aloud. "I can give you some stuff that might help you focus your powers Angela... now that we're in here..."
"I'm ready." Ky nodded.

"Alright. Just remember, this is a dimension of thought and energy. We won't have physical bodies there, only projections of our physical bodies. This place can play tricks on you if you're not careful with your thoughts." Des said. He closed his eyes and drew two circular symbols in the air and the floor opened up to swallow them.
Moments later they were gone from the room and the three of them appeared to be standing in a sea of clouds and stars.

Angela glanced at Zen when the others left. "Focus my powers? That would be a first. But we can try."
She sighed and leaned against a table, stretching her back. "Ugh..."

Toshi felt a shift, and assumed they had done to this Ethereal Plane they had mentioned a bit earlier. "So, how exactly do you suppose we find the others?"

"Find their thoughts I'd guess?" Ky thought.
Zen poofed he and Angela a floor down into a giant store room full of jars and boxes and shelves full of cases with seals and enchantments all over them.
"One of my sisters would be so much better to explain this..." Zen was scavenging and running around hyperly. "Many of the priestesses who used to train in here couldn't control their powers a lick either, and neither could I." Zen was bouncing around and finally found a box he pulled out of a shelf.
"What kind of jewelry do you like to wear?"

((Basically this is just kind of a nothingness type place. But your thoughts can warp and shape it....so...yeah. There are creatures and things that live there as well. Not all of them friendly. You can do whatever you want in here. It's kind of the 'nothing's impossible' place.))
"I can find Cheeva as I've something of a connection to her due to that seal I put on her magic," Des said. "Yes, by locating her mind. But I don't know Inutai very well so I'll need your help with that Toshi. You'll need focus on Inutai. Hopefully they're close to one another."
He looked at Ky. "Do you think you can find your way around in here?" he asked, hoping that since it was similar in some ways to Kall and where Atra lurked, she'd say yes.

Angela glanced down at herself. She'd changed clothes after her fight with Corvin and was just wearing fairly normal earth attire--jeans and a tiny shirt with thin straps--now but she still lacked a single piece of jewelry.
"I don't...normally accessorize much," she said, her lips curving into a slightly amused smile as she looked up at Zen's ornate clothes. They really looked very different and probably quite bizarre standing next to each other.
"I really have no idea. I've never worn jewelry. What do you think is best?"

Toshi nodded at this. Focus on Inutai? That wouldn't prove too difficult. "Very well then." He took in a breath and closed his eyes, trying to focus on Inutai. He'd only seen him back when he was much smaller, though by now, he'd forgotten that image. He knew next to nothing about his physical appearance now, only that he had dog ears, and a tail. He did however, remember his personality quite well. Very childish, somewhat stubborn, demanding, naive, kind, a bit courageous. Was that how he was supposed to focus on him? Just think of him?

"Not unless I'm following you." Ky said "I haven't the slightest idea how Zen's realm works, nor this place."
Zen found a second box, full of settings and unfinished jewelry.
"if only I knew where my servant went, she's better at this than I am."
Zen opened the first thing he found, which held dozens of shining jewels like the ones in his rings.
"Star Diamonds are filter of energy. They're real diamonds with a drop of the rain water of Kall inside them. They'll help you focus your power, and they'll keep you from using up all your energy while you're using it. It's like a catalyst that takes the brunt off of you." Zen began looking through the settings. He finally picked a golden ring and necklace.
"You probably need two............"

He sighed. That was a bit disappointing. "Very well. We'll have to stay together then." He watched Toshi for a moment and then smiled when he saw what he was looking for. A thin, silver cord stretching away from Toshi and into the distance. He wasn't sure if the others would be able to see it or not.
"It's this way," Des said, starting in the direction of the cord. "Toshi, keep focusing on Inutai. Ky, try to keep a look out for other beings here. There could be other travelers but we won't have to worry about them. There are things that live here though. Nothing evil but...a few large predators like wraith worms. We don't want to run into one if we can help it."

"I'm so bad I need two?" she asked, rather unsurprised. "Is that it then?

"I'm wearing 9...." Zen shrugged. "Just in case one gets broken?" He began
using a hot tiny screw driver looking thingy to make engravings on the pieces after picking some jewels that fit.
"Blue diamond looks good with your eyes." He said, while setting a rock the size of a watch face into a necklace. He wasn't the best for such a thing, having man hands and all, but it looked not lopsided and set in place. He used a normal whitish one for the ring and handed that to her too.
"worms, spiders... knowing our luck.... we'll find a mob..." Ky looked to the best of her ability in the odd place.

"Um...thank you?" she said, taking the necklace and ring. Now why did that comment about her eyes make her blush? She turned away so he wouldn't see and slipped the ring onto her finger.
She pulled her hair over one shoulder to put the necklace on and then remembered her back and the absolute mess it was, spinning back around so Zen wouldn't see.

"It's...actually more like a 10 foot snake," Des corrected.
