 Mia cold feel her blood begin to boil; an other retaliation coming her way. Why does no one understand me?! she raged in her head as she tightened her fists at her sides. She took a deep breath, knowing that if she freaked out now, Silver might think that she wanted a fight with this.
"I know it doesn't put me above any killer if I kill myself. I'm not stupid, but I'm not like other heroes obviously. What I do is something that won't be seen among the world for quite a while; there are thousands of cigarette companies out there selling death. What I do is something that others who have suffered the loss of a family member due to smoking, cheer for. They might not know the dirty details behind the scenes, but as long as these guys are taken down, and companies are sent to the ground, they'll be happy," she explained as she stared into Silver's eyes with a cold glare.
"I may be a villain in your eyes; eyes of a cliche hero, but there's a new generation of heroes taking over. A generation that believes that one death for the lives of many is a path that they're willing to chose."

"How dare you call me a 'cliche hero'!" Silver spat at her, as her nerves snapped and thunder pounded in the skies above them. "Why am I a cliche Mia? Is it because I believe killing another human-being is wrong?" Silver ground her teeth together and stepped closer to the two, it took all her power not to attack the foolish 'hero'. Heavy rain began to soak all of them to the bone.

((please don't take offense! sweatdrop i don't want to make enemies outside of this role play ><)) Mia grew angry, not liking the fact that her hair was going to be wet when she went in to work. "Yes! You're ******** cliche! Deal with it! It's not a problem! I'm just saying that there are others with different views that are changing the hero world! Death is inevitable!" she shouted as rain dripped off of her chin and long lashes. "Even Plague is cliche! You heard me say it last night in his 'evil lair'!" Mia pointed out, trying to calm down before she grew the urge to draw her sword.

Something clicked in Cameron's mind and suddenly, the rain stopped. Her heart felt lighter and she put her sword away. "You know what I just realized Mia?" Silver spoke quietly, and monotoned. "I realized that I fight for good, and yet I still get screwed out of a house, and a family." She began to giggle playfully. "So, you know what? Maybe I am a cliche." she continued to laugh softly. "So, you're free to go, I don't want to fight you. I really, really don't." She pulled her sopping wet hair out of her face and smiled a weak smile, but inside she felt crushed. She'd snapped.

((yay! and sleep tight! X3)) Mia nearly broke out in laughter, surprised at how easy it was to avoid a fight with Silver. "O-ok, I guess I could see where you would come up with that conclusion," she stuttered, as she ran a hand through her wet hair to let it dry out properly. At least I didn't have to swallow my pride to get out of a fight, she mused with a sigh.
"Well, uh," she checked her nonexistent watch, "I think I might have to start getting ready for my real life..."

The Guide looked out the window of her apartment, watching as rain trickled down in riverulets to the ground below. If she really wanted to she could be in maui right now, laying on the beach and getting a tan as she sipped on a maitai. But she simply coldn't bring herself to do so. Pushing a dark lock behind her ear she turned her attention to the people below her.
The animosity was nearly tangible, and one would think after so many thousands of years, people might change. But they didn't. And they never would. They were greedy and cruel and Ishtar was just as cruel and greedy as everyone else. But, she'd come to this city in particular in hopes of balancing everything out, well, balancing as much as she could.
Sighing, she decided that the rain was truly making her depressed and used her power to turn her apartment into an island getaway. Illusions were such useful things.

xXBisexual FlanXx noracerberus14 Kikyo was starting to consider if she was really trapped. She opened her mouth, then shut it. She wasn't sure, because she had never really tried to leave until today.
She looked around Alex's apartment, and was in awe. Kikyo was amazed that the walls weren't cut from stone, and there were actual windows. She could see outside them, and even watch what was going on. A small smile flashed on her face for a few seconds, as she took the apartment in.
Kikyo received the clothes and nodded.
"Thanks." she said, then a thought crossed her mind. "Where's the bathroom?" she had never had to ask this before, and the words sounded funny on her lips.
((Um...pretty much, I think everybody is just kinda meeting everyone else, and that's about it...A few fights too, but not much more...))

((GAH! Another 2 pages! When do you guys do all this posting? gonk I think somebody should update me on what's happened.))
Bobby exited the pawn shop and decided it was time to take care of some necessities. He needed food, toothpaste, and new shoes, and it looked like he had just enough money to get it. Pocketing his cash, he walked down the street, looking for a nice, cheap looking liquor store.

"It's down that little hallway. The door on the right." Just in case Kikyo didn't know left from right, she pointed with a diagonal slant to the right. "I'm gonna change into a new pair of pants. Just call me if you need anything, OK?" She set down her glass of what was now just ice and retreated to her room. She unlaced her shoes and removed them, her pants coming down shortly thereafter. Her socks were getting a little ruffled from that, but there wasn't much else she could do. She sighed as she tugged on her dry jeans. Life was so annoying sometimes.

Kikyo hesitantly stepped into the bathroom, and then sighed with relief. It was a lot like the one back in the cave. She shut the door, when she realized how she had referred to her home for the last 13 years.
Kikyo sighed, as she took off her pants and dress that she wore as a shirt. She threw them aside, and put on the dry clothes Alex was letting her borrow. She folded her wet clothes, and took the towel and started to dry her hair off with it.
'Do I really think of that place as "The Cave" now?' she asked herself, as she finished getting dressed and drying out her hair.

The next day it was page five. >.> But yeah, nothing's really happened, I don't think. Some people are fighting, or something...I'm a little inclusive in my posts, since all mine are just me taking someone home and explaining stuff. Anyway, I'm probably not the best at telling you what's happened...just ignore me. -_-))

Kikyo walked out of the bathroom, her wet clothes on top of the towel. All of it was folded, so she set the pile near the door, just in case she needed to leave.
"Alex?" she said, looking around for her new friend.

Alex felt like she was suddenly in a very small room and Kikyo was very close. She was trying to wrestle Lilan out of the chair, but stopped when Kikyo walked in. 'OK. Pause. She knows next to nothing about what's normal and what's not. Maybe she thinks having an immortal animated shadow-creature with no gender is normal. Of course, it's not, so I'd have to explain that to her...' Alex tugged Lilan one last time and he popped out of the chair. "Yes?" She was struggling to act casual. Lilan was, as usual, fighting her grip, but she ignored it.
