Fuzzy Necromancer
Well, that was a hyperbole/joke, sorry if it came out too literal sweatdrop .

It's a partial homage to the blazing saddles speech, you know, with the slight augmentation of the normal order.

Anyway the point was that you had made out like you were going to general kill eat and steal anything and everything that you got in your sights, and that's not a PC I think I can deal well with.

c'mon fuzzy, you read 8bit, think thief + female + vore

i have blazing saddles, but i have yet to find time to watch it

Yes, 8-bit theater is funny. However, that doesn't mean I enjoy DMing them. Can you imagine that? Dealing with Fighter's whiny arguments for getting swordchucks, blackmage flipping out all the time, red mage power-gaming and munchkining with every broken combo in the book?

yeah, red mage would be a real pain in the butt to dm, but i have to tell you, the way i play a lot of rpgs is a combination of thief and black mage

however, i have yet to actually play dnd this way

Good. Let's keep it that way. Because in my games black mage gets torn apart by something from elysium and some sacred undead (yes, I have good undead) and theif has an angry silver dragon shove a +2 longsword up his a**.

Btw, I can explain how evil PCs are not a good idea:

An evil PC does evil things: Steal, kill, enslave, attack cities...

Now, what happens when a person steals, kills, enslaves, attack cities..?

Yeah, they are hunted down by heroes, be them PCs or NPCs. I'd rather play as one of the good guys. Being evil may be fun for a while, but its not for me.

Yes. "Red Mage" Sosa, with the "ask red mage" column says "no fatties" for all three of his dating rules.

True! In one of his collumns, someone asked what kind of girl he likes, and his response was:

"1. No fat chicks
2. No fat chicks
3. No fat chicks
4. No fat chicks
5. No fat chicks

In fact, all rules are no fat chicks"

Edit: yeah, Fuzzy said it better.

Evil characters are machiavellian rulers of men. Evil Groups don't work out because there is very little trust between a group of people who are just in to make money and kill people. if you had a group of evil characters who were loyal to each other you can have a very cool evil game. Then again, evil is all relative. Orcz forever btw....
