Before I start, I'll like to say that the "clothing/armor" design was loosely based off the t5 armor for Priests in WoW, and I guess you can look at it for references as well? If you feel inspired to modify the Nas!Soq because of the t5 armor, feel free to do so. The only thing that absolutely has to be there is the scarf.

Although the reference images should be clear enough, I will now briefly describe her body colors and hair. If something doesn't make sense, please look at the references!
xoBody: Her base pelt is an off-white, with different shades of red spiraling up her legs/thighs and part of her body (this can be up to your interpretation rather than going "by the reference images") and gold "dusting" the top of her body (forehead all the way down to her tail). On her forehead (where the horn is) there is a symbol of the Horde.
xoHair: Long, flowy and has an "elegant" feel to it. It is not entirely straight, curling/spiraling near the tips. A headband is placed, causing the back of her hair to be a little "puffy". The headband has two "tassels" on each side - the fluff on the tassel is white, with the metal part holding on to the tassel being silver.
xoTail: Long, flowy and rather puffy. The end of her tail is tied up in a rather neat and tight 'bun' that almost kisses the floor.
xoHoofs/Horn: Both are blue with a gold lining (like the t5 armor). The horn has a tinge of silver though, going 'around' it.
xoEyes: Slightly silted (think cats/Asians) glowing green eyes.
xoExpression: A light smirk/half-smile.

For the clothing/armor edits, I have two versions. The only difference between the two is the fact that one has a 'halo' and the other has the 'halo' implemented on the headband design. There are two reasons for this, one being I realize some colorists might not be comfy with making a halo (since its a floating piece of clothing), and two being the halo is white/silver and might not be seen against a white background (on the cert, etc). There is also a "blue" variation of the clothing, the colors taken from the t5 armor set that it was inspired by, instead of "blood elf colors".

The reason why I showed all these different versions? Well, I can't make up my mind on which version to use; the blue version contrasts with the body colors well, but the red/original version brings out the "blood elf" feel. So, I'll like you to help me make the decision, based on what you think looks best.

The "chains" and the cloth over her back ("saddle"/tabard) are not attached together! The chains just go under the cloth so it looks that way. xD

He has a black base with a white nose marking (see nose marking reference).
All the gold bits on the plushie are accessories, armor on his back and helmet. Again do these how you see fit!
His socks are opposite. So front legs, one white and one black and the back legs are the same but the other way round if that makes sense?

Description:
Eye color - Black scelara, white Iris, no pupil.
Hair color - Black with the tips of the longer pieces being red as though they were dipped in blood.
Body - Skin tone uncertain to me at this time. He is based off of a humanoid being, thus I would assume the skin tone would be that of flesh. However, he is a god, and as such I would like him to have a tone other than flesh. The mural depicts him having a grayish blue tone. I like this tone, but if you feel a different one would be better, then by all means you have artistic freedom to do it however you wish. There are cuts on his forelegs, open but not bleeding. Tattoos on his shoulders in dark blood red.
hooves - black - edges like he's stepped in blood.

Hair/clothing edits: Hair - I'd like his hair to be knee length, wild thick and wispy, the tips on shorter pieces turned up like there is a large fan under him blowing up. Same with his tail, though it should go to almost the ground.
Helmet- The helm is bronze. The helmet does not cover all his face, but there is a piece that comes down his nose. The helmet has three (or two, if the smaller ones on top are a problem) sets of horns on it, silver or steel (silver colored metal) at the base of each horn connecting it to the bronze helm. Fiery etchings in his helm.
Cape- The cape is black, torn and tattered around the edges (like in Kekai's concept art). It drapes part way down his back then off of his body behind him to the ground. the cape lays under his hair.
Collar- The collar isnt really a collar so to speak, it is more of a clasp (but not really) for his cape. It is made up of skulls, all shapes and sizes, and goes from the corner of each side of the cape over his shoulders. It does not connect, but instead it is the weight of the skulls that keeps his cape over his shoulders.
Expression - I'd like him to have more of a serious look if possible, just change the smile to something less happy; maybe something like Azzan's?

Side note - I do not want the sword or the armor featured in the reference images. Also, the descriptions above are for reference. If you feel like you can do better justice by making a slight change or doing something different, feel free to use artistic freedom.

Wings: No wings, actually - he's a halfbreed (see note at the bottom of the form) and did not inherit the wings.
Horn: Sleek horns curving backwards, protruding out of the skull - the skull should have cracks around it like the horns were forced through.
Eyes: Gold, if you choose to make them visible - if you'd like to make the bone mask cover them, that's fine!
Hair style: Long and black; see reference.
Mouth: Unsmiling, but not the snarling face - frowning, with a hint of fangs.
Tail: Kalona spade tail.

Any markings or accessories you feel would go with the overall look/theme of the plushie, go ahead and add! I'd just like him to be overall recognizable as this plush, but feel free to have fun, as long as he gets no more Kalona traits than the spade tail and horns. xD Feel free to tweak the design and have fun with it! (If you think heavier feathering over the hooves would look good, for example, go for it, but if not, the regular leg base will be a-okay with me!)

^ I took that to mean that because I was subtracting a trait, and not adding the trait of another breed, this was all right. If you'd rather not allow it, I'll retract this form with no complaints and try for another one of my quest-Soq! xD This is just a guy I've worked up a great deal of backstory for and am hoping to get soon. c: If it wasn't essential to his plot to have him be without wings, I'd totally just go for the regular Kalona look, but it is pretty pivotal to his character.
