Upon hearing we go north, Ziaram felt that was something given from someone who was a bit experienced with being a tactician, so he only complied.

"Your welcome, we have to regroup and I need to make some arrows I only have one more quiver left." Shinon put his bow on his back and started off. (short post)

Victoria was prepared to help Canas and the Fire Dragon, she wasn't going to leave them behind. With her Purge tome, she didn't even have to get close to the Morphs to do some damage. "I couldn't leave you alone, even if you are centuries old! Those bones of yours might crack! But that little one.. you better make sure someone takes him away..."

FD quickly caught up with the Nomad, Sue, in order to give Nils to her. Having seen that the Druid intended to stay to hold back the morphs as the group made their retreat, FD decided that it would be best to assist him. Besides, Canas wouldn't be able to make as quick of a retreat when necessary as Canas on top of a Fire Dragon. But he wouldn't allow for Nils to be placed in harms way, regardless of any protests from the Bard. Although unable to speak modern tongue in his Fire Dragon form, Nils would be able to understand the noises he made transformed, as a fellow dragon. "Stay safe," he told the bard. He quickly returned to Canas' side to give provide the druid with a wall agains the hordes of morphs that wanted through - the Bishop Victoria still atop his back. FD assumed that if she hadn't gotten off by now, after having more than one oppurtunity to do so, she intended to stay. Fine by FD - between the Druid and Victoria, they should have enough healing power.

There were way too many of these enemies. Even in the war to stop the Scouring, all their fights against Nergal's men, there wasn't THIS many men. The sting in her thigh sharpened as she continued to fight, mostly parrying attacks. Not many could get through, though one or two times, she could feel a sword cut into her side and a lance graze past her left elbow. Blossom was deflecting more attacks than she dealt, but she was keeping her life. That kind of made it worth it.
As the pain in her thigh became more pronounced still, Blossom decided retreat was necessary. She barely avoided an arrow, her breathing growing ragged. She panicked; Aidan and Lance were forgotten as she sprinted to the trees, limping a little. She had to get to safety. Her leg hurt. She couldn't keep fighting like this...!
She let out a cry of relief when she saw a familiar robed man in the trees, and Blossom picked up the pace. The bleeding in her leg hadn't stopped; shouldn't that have stemmed off some by now? "J-Jin? Jin...!" Blossom leaned against a tree, panting hard. That gash in her leg burned like fire... "Whuh... Where are the others? A-Are you guys okay?"

He had been hiding for a good while, inspecting the actions of both sides. These... things that the girls had created also did her bidding. ...Was he the same as them? No, now was not the time to think about such things, especially not when her orders were affecting him to make him do things against his will. He leapt down from the tree he was in, and watched ahead, as the morphs began to push the trespassers back.
But then... he heard it. A fierce roar. He narrowed his eyes and looked over to wear the noise came from, where he then saw it. He gritted his teeth.
"...Dragon...."
He drew his bow from his back once more and aimed it toward where the beast was. "...ten..." The bow started to conduct. "...twenty..." The sparks started to get more fierce as it conducted more. "...thirty percent output." Shento then released and a powerful shot of lightning sprang out of the bow like an arrow. It was fast and powerful, and made it all the way across the field... straight towards the fire dragon. He had its attention, now.

Nino ran up next to Canas again. "Whatever you're doing, Uncle, I'm not leaving you." She said "I'm staying here. Whatever's going on at the castle... I can't believe that they'd turn against us... But I'm not going to let you die, Uncle Canas... I'm staying with you!"

Sue took Nils, she too not listening to any protests the Bard might have had to his situation. She wanted him to be safe, and that meant escaping Eyris with her. She regretted leaving her new home, but surely she'd be back to re-take it, just like she did for Sacae. "Everyone... make our exit now!" She said as she noticed Shento, and she whipped Andre into a full speed retreat.

"Whuh?"
Really, really short...
"Blossom! My goodness, you look awful! I'd... I'd get down, but my ankle's making me play Troubadour. If you get over here, I can do something for your wounds..."

Ziaram stopped heading north after feeling...something that was a bit familiar. "What the? Could that be...someone from the other lands?" Turning around Ziaram started back for FD, Canas, and the others that stayed back.

Blossom laughed sheepishly, stumbling over to the dark-clothed priest. Her leg stabbed at her, burning again like fire. Did most gashes do that? She sank down to her knees, rubbing a hand against a cut. It had broken the skin, but the bleeding was minimal. It had already stopped flowing there as she rubbed away the red coloring.
"I'm not th-that bad, really!" Blossom laughed. She looked up to Jin, realizing just how tall he was in comparison to her (like anyone else), and then stood. Being down here wasn't helping him, if his ankle was injured. "It's just some scratches... b-big cut on my l-leg, but that's the worst!" Blossom gestured vaguely to her left thigh. The wound was turning a bright red, even underneath all the slippery blood soaking into her stocking and starting to funnel down her leg. "Y-Yeah... ow..."

Shinon whipped around and saw Shento shooting the FD. He grabbed his bow and shot a barrage of arrows at him trying to distract him. "This isn't very smart...... dang it......" Shinon Jumped up into the air and shot a arrow at Shento.

Jin's eyes narrowed at the cut in suspicion. Is it SUPPOSED to turn that red? He knew cuts, and cuts didn't normally swell like that, and it looked as though it might be hurting her a bit worse than it normally was. Poisons could do something like that, but... if she was poisoned, there was little he could do. She'd just have to bear the pain until the poison passed out of her system. If only he'd brought Restore...
"Hold still for a second," Jin said, leaning over as the Mend staff began to glow. The healing magic poured into the gash... the poison was unaffected by the magic, but at least the bleeding had stopped. The wound wasn't THAT serious, and a Mend staff was pretty strong stuff. "Blossom... you might also be poisoned, but... there's nothing I can do for it now. You'll be in pain for a little while, but you'll live."
