First time I tried it it didn't work as well as I planned.
I've used distraction before but I prefer longer lasting protections. biggrin I will say this though, the distraction method is hard to use at first but gets easier the more you're distracted. I've used it in everyday life as well. For an example, if I get nervous (And when I get nervous it gets really bad, my mum thinks I have high anxiety problems (she has it too plus she's a psychologist) so it gets hard to control at times) about something big enough, my body goes pretty funky. I'm wide awake, no appetite, hot but shivery, and even some times need to throw up just to get rid of the nerves. (I don't know how it works but it just does) So normally I just try reading a book. It'll taken a while but I will eventually calm down.

Is anyone still here?

I apologise guys. Things have been very busy with the newspaper and Sabbat party. I'll post the last two lessons within a few days and then the class will be over.
Well done for your participation! I'm glad you stuck with it.

Sorry guys! I have way too much on right now.
I think we'll draw this class to a close. Everything I wanted to cover has been covered so its now up to you guys to go out and use what you've learnt to the best effect!
Thank you all for your attentiveness and I wish you all the best of luck in the future!
