I am not. It is similar to the way you send messages to the animals, only expand your senses as far as you can instead. When you are in tune, you will be able to feel when the air behind or around you is dusturbed, or if the vibrations in the earth change.

I have not been able to laugh for many years. It is taking a while for my sense of humor to remember what it is to laugh at a good joke.

Of course I do not wish you dead, but I do find it unfortunate that you have had to grow into such a violent role when you are hardly grown.

Eric tensed, I would gladly take your suffering from you, or have been there to protect you. It troubles me greatly that I was not there for you as I should have been. Your anger at me is well founded and I accept it, though I ask that you keep your mind open to the things that cannot always be explained quickly by me. I cannot adequately explain why I was absent from your presence at this time.

You should not have to defend yourself. I should be the one defending you. I am thankful that you are capable of doing so, but now that I am here, there is no longer a need for you to put yourself at risk.
