Whats holding you down is the thought that it could happen again. You think it could happen whenever you see a person drinking and it scares you. Now I am not saying forget about the whole thing. I am merely suggesting that you not see everyone who is somewhat similar as the same person.

-VAl turned hsi head towards eastwood when he said.- "I have an interesting proposition for you."
-Val then replied.- "If it's how much i can drink i'll pass, i know my limitations and i don't want to be conked out anytime soon, or at all for that matter. if it's something else do tell"
-Eastwood and the girl suddenly got into a conversation. it sort of irritated VAl because she's in a bar and should not be surprised if people area drinking around here. But eastwood finally calmed her down being as persuasive and yet serious. Val could tell he had quite the experience, he could truly scar someone so it seems, but only if they were foolish enough to tempt him. Val was going to tell eastwood to take it easy, but he did as he felt a buzz and power flowing in the air. it was coming form him and Val glared at him.- "An Angel...Have you come to spy upon me?" -Val normally was relieved to have angels around but, after a few unfortunate confrontations with angels and battlnig a few, he was quite cautious around them, they were truly powerful divine beings, Val was rather fortunate to even survive an angel on angel battle, as well as battling one for that matter.
"Well said. i would have been a little more direct, but that's a much better softer way to put it."- nevertheless Val remian civil.-

::Eastwood looked over at Val with a raised eyebrow:: Spy on you? I only met or even heard of you for that matter just recently. And to be technical I am only half angel on my dad's side, god rest his soul. No I was thinking of bringing some...er...exotic liquors to this area.

-ryu finished his drink and just sort of sat there thinking about the events that had occured in the last few days. already he had met an elven cat who had an alter ego and would physically change when the other persona took over, fought an angel of death, saw a girl change bad energy to good by playing a flute, and many other things he had never seen in his couple years of traveling. if he was going to find out who destroyed his village he had a feeling it would be here. but for now he decided to rest and have some fun.- well guys i'm gonna head back. i'm not really a 'hang out' type of person. i'll see you around -ryu nodded to the group and headed out the door. he then jumped back to the main wing-

 Takehitsu would enter the bar after a poor meeting with someone in the city and a day of not getting hired for any real work. He hated the entrances to bars and such as it always left the person entering to be fully noted. Takehitsu would walk up to the bar grab a stool and sit on it comfortably. Unknowingly he had chosen to sit dirctly next to val and on the other side of him than the bartender. when prompted he would merely ask for water in which he would then take a small vial of blue liquid and with a glass rod with a small orb on the end mix it into the glass of water until it would form a strange thick liquid. Takehitsu would do this as though no one was paying attention. Maybe he hoped for it to be that way.

-Val felt a presence near him. like him, he was dressed in black but had a hood on. Val liked having hood on too sometimes but he was in public eye, and didn't mind exposing his face and hair. He didn't even had to open his eyes, and kept wondering why this man or creature had chosen to sit next to him. Val often had space issues sometimes, unless it was someone familiar to him. plus a funny thought, Val assumed he could get assassinated like that. however it's not like he was leaning on him, Val opened his eyes and glanced in his direction, but then shifted it back towards the crowd looking around pretending not to notice him, but still had an eye and a attention towards him even though he was looking at the crowd looking at anything suspicious. every thing was suspicious, there was no question about it, but it's not like Val could do anything about it. well technically he could, but it would be pointless for now. he took a breath and sighed, still wearing off the effects of alcohol.

::Eastwood was more than a little insult with Val's cynicism but he let it slide. There was no point in causing an argument this early in his employment. He simply shook the thought out of his head:: My question is how did you even know about half of my blood? If it's because of my ability that is no different than any bard worth his copper can cast and therefore shouldn't be triggering "Angel alarms". Course it isn't like I am trying to hide what I am.
::He thought back to when Val said maybe he should leave this dimension and he was beginning to think that was a good idea. So far all the women he had seen were either underage or just a little past too odd for him. He was beginning to wonder if there was a woman here that he could even talk to without feeling like a father too. Sure he could go out into the city and women would flock to him...they usually did when he showed his face. That was a good part of heritage, having the angelic looks that made women swoon. Though it seemed like he just wasn't going to find a single one he could even consider flirting with::

Takehitsu sensed the person next to him was uncomfertable. He could respect that. He would take the blue drink and take a sip of it every few minutes. The person next to him and the bartender where having a conversation. He wasn't intending to listen in. In fact he honestly had no reason for sitting where he did except he would get his drink faster. He waited.

Adrian scratched the back of his head, shifting his position every now and then. He was becoming bored with the atmosphere. With a quick stretch of the arms behind his head the elven/feline mix yawned.
"Ahh, I think it's about time I head back to my room. Sorry we couldn't meet on...more normal terms." He cracked a small smile as he made his way for the door.
"See ya," Adrian said, lifting his hand in a farewell gesture as he walked out the door.

 "Yeah, you're right." David walked towards the door, trying to see if he could remember where it was himself but had no success.
"Just show me where it is...I forgot...." That was nothing unusual though, David tended to forget things often. Just another part of the whole curse thing.
He walked out the door, waiting for Mayumi to follow him.{exit to courtyard}

"Because, i knew an angel with a similar ability. a few others can do it too, and it's quite irritating if it's on the enemy's side. She had shown me also that angels were indeed the angels that many can seek for help and comfort, and whom are the symbols of hope, peace, and that are the righteous servants of god. despite me eventually seeing the wrath of the must vicious ones. i apologize, i didn't mean all angels were ******** up. i had no right to say that. I am far more open-minded that that, must be the drink talking...." -indeed VAl had said it like they were all screwed up. it was around the time when the supposed Apocalypse was happening. many angels were showing up in different places trying to prevent seals being brokens and demons from causing havoc. Val realized he had given his new barkeeper the wrong impression. At least apologized, the booze surely allowed him to be so loose, he had almost forget the angel was half it's kind. He wondered what was the other half.- "What is your other half if i may ask? Human?"
