Kira made no attempts attempts to move, blood came through her haori to her had and she had a pained expression on her face, but a slight smile still could here yin and only could give an 'its okay' smile towards him, she wished she could do more.

"My, My, My. What have we here? Goodness, do you not know how to act as a proper gentleman? If a woman is injured this badly, you should know to at least assist her to her destination. But at least you brought her here."
The words came out with slight annoyance from the Taicho as she made herself present, peering at the other captain and the third seat. A sigh escaped her lips as she motioned a few of her subordinates forward, taking her from Yin's arms. "Sorry, no men allowed for this procedure, sweetie." She stated as she shooed him into the waiting rooms of the Emergency Sector, proceeding to move Kira as gently as they could onto a stretcher and over towards one of the rooms to get her all nice and fixed up.
Tsk's came from her lips as she glanced at her friends taking their leave before a sigh escaped her lips, following after her subordinates.
"We'll provide your Haori when the medical procedures are over. You've broken three ribs, I'm surprised you can breathe as it's probable that since you broke your ribs they would be crushing your lung, even if your a Taicho. One too many internal injuries from using your Bankai, I suppose. Why do so many captains get these?" She was talking to herself, all the while addressing the Captain before her. Sighs came too as she began to remove the woman's Haori, her hands disappearing inside the depths of the woman's innards with a pinkish glow around her hand that came from underneath the gently piling sleeves.
Kira would probably be able to feel her hands moving effortlessly amongst her innards, gently caressing wounds that were slowly weaving close and patching themselves up, moving themselves back into their proper spots.

The Journey Begins... Kira could only give a slight laugh at it, even though it hurt Kira could not help it, the Taicho was right about the Bankai part. Kira did not move and was very calm, she felt weird as the captain did her work. Kira winced now and then but she knew soon she would be able to recover just fine, she was in the hands of the fourth squad's Taicho after all, and Kira felt much comfortable knowing that it was a girl that was looking after her.
Throughout the procedure Kira made an effort to talk, not knowing if she should or not but did anyways and spoke to the Captain who was taking care of her "Thankyou.." she said painfully but still nicely.
So Come Into my world..

The motherly like Taicho simply flicked the other upon the nose with her available hand as she extracted quite the amount of bacteria from the woman's wounds with her other hand, the limbs disappearing in and out of the woman's bodice. "The wounded should hush and just cringe in pain. Now behave." A gentle smile, warming and thoughtful, came from her lips as she did her work, blood cleansing, internal tissue weave, all the techniques that she oh so skillfully mastered upon her own. At the same time, the amount of poison the woman could take was lethal enough to kill ten grown men of war, yet she would not waiver, nor sway.
"You won't be fully healed by the end of this, sweetie. We'll still need to splint your ribcage, due to the fact parts of the bones were embedded in your lungs, so we had to regrow that part of your bone. Please bare with me dear." Naosu stated as she began to gently ease the bone as the other muscles and veins were rebuilding themselves as her Riatsu was flowing all through the wounded side.
"But I'm sure I can make you feel a bit better than before. No training or using your Bankai after this for the next month though. And I'll have some medicines made for you." A smile traced her lips again as she worked, continuing her efforts with ease. "And this is a natural procedure for me, I must ask though to have your consent, would you be willing to allow me to take a sample of your blood for future cases of emergency? Such as you possibly being poisoned or along those lines." Conversation was easy for the woman, even at work.

The Journey Begins... Kira could only give a small smile to the kind Taicho, but she tensed a little bit as then Taicho began to rebuild her ribs and the tissues around them, but Kira nodded her head in a yes with her eyes closed tight shut to the womans question. So Come Into my world..

 Division 5 - Seat 3 Yin sat down as he put his head into his hands. The 4th Division Captain was right, he wasn't being much of a gentleman. He leaned back as his eyes looked upon the ceiling. Many things where racing through his mind, this whole situation to the whole vizard fight. He jumped up forgetting what had happened. Kazei. Jouka. Yin looked around for a second before relaxing again. Yin had not noticed that that was who he thought they where. The traiters that had put the Soul Society in utter turmoil.
Yin turned and looked at the room where Kira and the other Captain was in. He was waiting to escort Kira back to the Imperial Court to provide Old Man Yata with the information that they had all gathered. From the fight to when Kazei and the others had arrived. Yin looked down at the floor, not wanting to look up for a while, his long black hair covering his eyes.

She worked with ease and wonder. What would have taken others at least five hours, took her thirty minutes. What took a man ten hours, took her in two. She was a wonderous woman of wonderful skill, and she acknowledged she'd overrule those who couldn't work too swell with medicines and first aid.
Slowly extracting her hands from the woman's bodice, proceeding to allow her subordinates to splint the ribs from the outside, she began to write out a list of things and reminders for the woman. "I understand there may be events unfolding that require your attention, but do keep yourself in check. Any rough movement can open up the internal injuries as well as re-break your ribs, this time a bit harsher than before as their a bit more flimsy right now." Naosu purred as she finished writing the paper with a flourish.
Removing it from the notepad, she poked her head out of the room and smiled towards Yin, motioning him in.
"I suggest you give one to her Lieutenant too." She mentioned as she handed him two pieces of paper, and holding out one towards Kira as the subordinates assisted her in sitting up, providing a crutch for her side.
"Return within three days, and we'll see how the healing progresses and we'll have your medicine by then. As well, would you be a doll and deliver Old Man a message for me? Tell him the eyes haven't disappeared forever. Now get going children. Don't want to make him puffy." A smile tugged her lips as she spoke, shooing them away with her hands before watching them leave.

Kira smiled at the captain as she steadily used the crutch for support, she looked at Yin and gave a small smile towards him, she wondered where her real vice was...Lazzy did not come back with them and it concerned her. Kira's smile stayed on as she looked back at the Captain with a kind look "Thankyou so much Nasu-Taicho! and I shall tell him!" she then laughed and gave a smile to Yin before deciding to leave.But yet she waited for Yin before she could leave with him. So Come Into my world..

Division 5 - Seat 3 "Yes, M'am." Yin said bowing down to the Taicho. He turned to Kira. "How bout I carry you there this time?" He said to her with a polite tone while smiling. He didn't want to make a mstake like last time. He was going to be a better man from this day on. "What do you say, shall we leave?"

Kira could only give a small laugh and smile but her face turned a little redder then usual "Um sure.." Kira said with a small smile she turned back to the Taicho "Thankyou so much! I shall tell Old Yata what you told me to tell him for sure." Kira gave a smile and waited for Yin to pick her up and leave.

Division 5 - Seat 3 "Alright, Let's Go!" He said happily. Yin gently picked up Kira and started to walk. "If you feel any sort of pain tell me and i'll let you down, Ok?" He said with another smile. "Thanks again Captain Naosu!" He yelled back behind him. With one last smile he quickly left to the Imperial Court.

Karume sighed softly, she really had gone unnoticed by the other two in what she'd said. Mi Young had left without really noting she'd heard, and poor Naosu was taken over by work. She'd just have to entertain herself for a bit then, they apparently weren't going to have tea just yet, she'd have to find some other time to do it, but she really hoped it would be soon, there was a lot to talk about and she didn't want to have too much more then she already did, it would be difficult to talk about a large amount of activities in that short period if they didn't talk soon. In the mean time, she should probably head to the eighth division and speak with Ike about earlier, she had to admit that maybe she hadn't dealt with the situation properly, she was simply angered that they wouldn't be able to enjoy their tea time as planned. Now that would have to wait till another date, and she'd have to go apologize to those two, she'd obviously scared them out of their wits.
Raising her right hand from her pocket, she walked toward the door and waved off the air, though it was intended to be her good bye to Naosu, they'd speak later.

Trace walked into the Emergency sector with captain Kira.''Captain Kira is in critical condition,someone please help her''.He said.He was looking for the captain to tend to her wounds.He found a nurse and asked her did she know where the 4th squad captain or lieutenant was.After he asked her he stayed there until someone arrived there to help her.

kira was bleeding again from her ribs. It had been more than 3 days since kira was told to come back for medication. Kira was passed and bleeding more than last time. While unconcious kira tried to speak all she said was "trace
