Glancing over the blue print, then speed reading the note, Maxi compares the ideas to those his squad members have proposed and those he himself have created. "I think its a good idea and I'd like to see it in action. So when your ready to try your hands at that build, I say go for it. After that I'll work with you on a way to better shield it form damage and such..." He trails off as Tad enters the lab.

Glancing up at Tad, Maxi takes note of the large bundle of old but cared for weapons in his arms. "Not yours then..." Maxi jokes as he takes the offered blade and tosses it straight up into the ceiling, where the blade sinks all the way to the hilt, then slides silently back down into his hand. "Nicely made, Interesting machining and craftsmanship." His hand grips the handle and a burst of gunfire erupts from the blade. "I like these people. Take the lot to Ringo and have her take em apart and see if anything is unique about them. I'll keep this one though." He adds the last bit and slips it into a sheath he draws from the wall beside himself.

Kusari walked in, holding the redeemer in his hands. "R&D sounds like the best choice to drop this at." He walked towards a nearby desk and said, "I don't want to delve to deep into their workspace," before calling out, "Hello!?" Nobody was in direct sight, though he could hear people within the space.

"Yes sir, I will start the work now. If you need me I will be in Lab 3. This build should take more then five human hours, but you never know with prototypes." With that said, Yoh bows his head exiting out of the main entrance.

When Atsuki was given an object by the man he had no idea what it was or how it worked. He looked at the man but he was not in front of him anymore. He had already left. he sighed and sat back down making sure to keep care of it. "Well at least I have a job...." he said to himself.

Watching the man enter, stand at the desk to his right then leave, Maxi cant help but think how stupid some of the other squads are. Shaking his head and watching the newer recruit run after the idiot, Maxi spins the blade in his hand and leans against the wall, waiting to see if any other people would miss him as he stood just inside the lab entrance.

((You do know I was looking at the kid form the other squad and not you right.))

Shaking his head, Maxi looked at the young man returning from outside. "Nope. Never heard of this Maxi character, sounds like a great person though. I should Strive to be more like him. My name is Maximoru, and I am captain of this squad, which means I can look at whoever I want anyway I please."

Alder walked into the room Maximoru was in with a Redeemer in his arms. He turned to his right to see the captain leaning against a wall. "Ah, hello captain Maximoru." Alder said with a polite bow. He straightened back up with a grin. "I found one of these.....things in Karakura Town. I didn't know where else to bring it, so I figured you'd probably be better than anyone else to take a look at it. Unfortunately, I fear that you've probably seen ten or twenty of them already." He said with a chuckle. "Unfortunately, I'm unable to stay and chat at the moment...." He said, leaning the Redeemer on the wall next to Maximoru. "As much as I'd love to stay, I must be off. I'll see you around sometime, Captain." He said, leaving briskly from the Arcane Research Area.
