I haven't run since... Sea View League Finals and that was like April 22nd I think. All I've been doing is playing Ultimate Frisbee.

Ultimate everything is the only way to go. Ultimate tips, ultimate frisbee, ultimate basketball(gets quite violent)..i guess football is already pretty ultimate. Ultimate racing is harsh....
