L looked around and as he saw the ceiling crash he quickly calculated the fallig paths in the rubble, he smiled to himself as he stood in a small circular area left in a gap between the falling rubble "Over Crowded, much?" He joked to himself puling his blade from it's sheath to already have it in it's Souba Shikai form without a word or a waster movement, he gripped it smiling "All non-captain personnel; please leave the courthouse behind me!" he yelled forming up a plan in his ever busy head. "You'll only get in the way, peopel, you're no good for this one!" L's plan began to play itself out in his mind but the only flaw was he did not know Kazei well enough to make too much of a judgement on it's success "Aisu....I have a plan.....5% chance...like the odds?" he winked towards his captain still signalling for all low seated shinigami to withdraw.

Heh heh heh. Rednal thought as he returned, looking at what Kazei was doing. He glomped onto Himirei a moment later. "Help us!" he pleaded, loudly enough for everyone to hear before dropping his voice down to the point where only Division 0's Captain could. "Or so they'd like. You really need to come visit more often; it's lonely without you." he muttered. Rednal was very fond of Himirei; in fact, she was the only one he had ever told about who he really was, just in case. This battle was turning into quite a show, and when it was over, Soul Society was probably going to shift directions slightly. Kazei and his cronies didn't have much of a chance, and they'd have none at all if Himirei stepped in. Her powers, in their own way, were as nasty as his, quite possibly even more so. But whatever happened, it promised to be a good show, and that was what he liked to see.

Akane Shiori "I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."
She could hear the soudns inside and feel the pressure, at one point she had to draw her own zanpakuto to slice away falling debris, however it was an easy action and it meant she didn't have to move much from her spot. The pressure was immense, something she'd never felt before, since Old Man Yato had not given out so much power at one time before, not in her presence anyways. She could also feel Kazei's power and secretly hoped he didn't get himself killed, she needed his power for her own design. A tug on her sleeves caused the red-haired woman to glance down, and a smile to reach her ruby-color lips. It was the one person she wanted to see, the Zero-taicho. "Good afternoon, Shinioko-sama." Despite the obvious height and age difference, Shiori had always addressed the girl as her superior, in a way it was correct since th Zero divison had chosen Shiori for her Taicho rank. She owed them greatly. "Of cource. They can handle it, any more in that room would only lead to more casualties, and since my attacks are all wide space, then I would only injure my... friends." Only Shinioko would understand the meaning of the term. "Lets be off." She sheathed her zanpakuto and took one glance back before waiting for Shinioko to lead.

Aisu simoply sighed as Kazei's spiritual pressure rose dramatically however at that moment so did Aisu's. As his ice and snow began to melt and vanish it was replaced just as quickly. The temperature in the area however stayed the same despite the intesne heat that seemed to rage on from the vizard. It was at that moment that Aisu's attention was directed slightly towards Yin who was also using a ice based zanpakuto. Knowing he would just get in the way Aisu parted his lips and let out a frozen, visible breath.
"Yin.... You cannot compete with all of these high class shinigami no matterhow powerful you are."
Aisu said simply sighing once he redircted his attention to the new shinigami who had appeared in the area knowing that they all hel significant power. He knew that L had a suggestion and that his suggestions were usually worthwhile however he did not know if taking all of them was possible at the moment. Knowing the zero captain was here at the moment agrivated him however he knew that ehr assistance would be vital to their sturggle. Before the zero captain would go to slip out a barrier of ice would appear on the door blocking her escape.
"Zero Captain... You are going nowhere... "
He said in a harsh tone as a glare crossed his eyes.
"You are now a suspct in this case. Why would a shinigami who's duty is ultimately to protect the king of soul society llet somebody of such power go. It does not help your case that you are attempting to sli[p out.... So now I say you are going nowhere. However if you do leave then you will be suspected as going against soul society, the council and more. So, for the king you must assist. The rules state that you must protect the king and eliminate ay threats to him and it obviously lookes like these shinigami are threats. If we let them leave there will only be trouble, especially for the king."
He said directing his sights on Rednal and sighing once more. This was all becomming quite troublesome for Aisu, having to take on and deal with all of these captains all at once.
"Rednal-San you cannot be as weak as you appear... I know for a fact that somebody with such knowledge and who speaks the way he does is hiding something. If you are hiding something, assist us now. Zero Captain, you too."
Aisu said in an emotionless tone knowing what he said was true. Aisu himself was very knowladgeable about not only the ways of the mind but the ways of the world. Even though he was processing everything that was happening at the moment he was still making conclusions based on all the facts he took in. Looking over to Yata and Soma he gripped his zanpakuto's hilt firmly he opened his mouth to speak once more.
"Yata-Sama.... Soma-San.... I have a big feeling this is a distraction for a bigger purpose. Why would all of these high ranekd shinigami come togeather just for no reason. Kazei just wnated to have a little fun and cause destruction. However Kazei is not that kind of person he has motives for what he does and these motives are what I am concerned about. Some captains that are not present that know alot of the case I have a feeling are involved. One suspect I have is Shiori-San and therefore the Zero Captain also. and that is why I must say, all lower seated shiniganmi must exit immeaditely. L you may stay however only as a tatician; you do not need to join this battle. So may I ask, what is this plan of yours? And Yata-Sama, Soma-San.... What do you think the ebst course of action would be?"
Aisu said sighing once more as his attention finally rested on Kazei once again. He knew the devious shinigami was up to something he suspected something like this yet he did not expect it at this moment. It was at this moment ice would swirl around all the rouge shinigami's feet (Jouka, Kazei, Hitomia, Delosuke, and any more rouge) and an instant later they would be encased in a thick block of ice. As the ice encased each of them Aisu know they might be able to escape even though the ice was powerful and self repairing.
"No, Im afraid winter is my season and tthis is the way it will stay."
He said as the ice and snow would keep growing and littering the area, only adding to what encased his opponents. It was quite annoying how this commotion happened at the moment. Nevertheless just as the ice began to encase his opponents they would feel sharp spikes digging into their skin and cutting their flesh off of their bones. Once these spikes dug into their flesh the blocks of ice and spkies began to sppin making immense woulds if not escaped from fast. The ice littered the grounnd along with the snow and the loud sounds that echoed in the room masked this attack making it almost 100% silent. Also due to theintense spiritual pressure that raged the reiatsu of the attack would be invisible. Waiting to by time Aisu watched teh entire area carefully devising a plan of attack.
"Lets move! We need to get this distraction out of the way to find the real threat!"
Aisu roared grinding his teeth and grasping the hiolt of his blade firmly.

"No, no, I just think that standing behind Himirei is the safest thing to do." Rednal said cheerfully, holding up his sheaf of papers. "And I still have to take notes! Brave reporting on the front lines despite mortal peril and all that. I've no combat power worth mentioning. And my name's Gilgamesh!" his spiritual pressure served to confirm the comment on his power; he was far enough away from the main battle that even a weaker Shinigami wouldn't be pushed down, and his own power felt at about the lowest possible level for a Shinigami to have. Rednal had no intentions of joining in on the fight; to him, that would be like interfering in their world. This was their battle, to win or to lose, and it wasn't big enough for him to take action. All of Soul Society would have to be in danger of destruction before Rednal would let loose with his cover; that was the choice he had made a long time before. He did speak in a lower voice again, once more only loud enough for Himirei to hear. "Captain Aisu does have a point for you fighting, though. It might be fun."

Karume glanced between her comrades and her enemies. Her eyes landed on Kazei once more, watching as he attempted to melt through the snow, Aisu defending the snow in return as if it depended on it. She'd back him up to the nth if she had to, she just hoped he wouldn't need that kind of support. Aisu was a good man and a better fighter, she trusted he could do as he needed without help. Looking over to Shiori and Shinioko, she smirked slightly. No wonder she'd never liked them, there was surely a reason they'd be walking out of a fight like this now. Aisu had said exactly what she wanted to, that in leaving they weren't doing their jobs. She wanted to tell them that the moment they stepped out that door they gave up their positions, but she had better things to do, she had every right to detain them for suspicious activity and that meant raising a weapon to them. The long, waterlike strands of blade returned to their watery form, erupting forward toward the backs of the two women, freezing as they lightly touched their skin and reforming into the metal they had been. "Well Shiori, Shinioko, won't you join us, or will I finally get to have some fun? Come now, don't leave me to be bored, if you're really on our side you'd be fine with going at them, unless of course... oh wait, but that would mean that this trial is a farce, wouldn't it? You didn't edit it Shiori? Come now, just admit your a treasonous liar!" She yelled harshly, one hand holding her zanpakuto while the other rested on her waist. She didn't dare take her eyes off them. "Let the council be your judgement, but rest assured the river stix shall be your executioner." She waited a moment, hoping for a response she'd enjoy, like a hand on a blade or a rude remark that was completely uncalled for, she wanted a reason to shove one hundred branch like pieces through each of their backs, though she might do it any way just for the heck of it. She wanted to, she needed to one day, these women were the ones giving the women of seireitei a bad name. Naosu, Mi Young and Karume, all three were trustworthy, well hearted captains, and while Karume had an attitude that most didn't appreciate, she still had a good head on her shoulders and could tell right from wrong, apparently something these two couldn't do. "Hurry it up, I haven't got a life to waste standing here and waiting for an answer, just step out that door and show us your a traitor or turn and fight like you've been asked. It's up to you, but the moment I get the chance I will kill you."

Kazei only chuckled as Aisu's spiritual pressure reattempted to freeze the water, which only failed once again as the same melting process was caused all over again. Obviously this boy he underestimated a spiritual pressure. With Kazei standing in the triangle formation created, the outside shell of the expanding light sheathed them all from the ice attacks. Before the ice attack attempted once again to reach Kazei and the other three, it fell once again in failure to the floor as sprinkles of water, creating more puddles in the chambers. This kid was obviously using underestimation as a weapon in this battle. What he didn't know was that it would backfire, but Kazei wouldn't tell him this.
"Hehe, check out this Yata wannabe. Never bring a snowflake to do battle in hell kid."
No matter how sneaky he thought the ice attacks were, they weren't strong enough to get passed the hot intensity of the light. Therefore the more snow Aisu created, the more sheets of puddles were left behind from the vastness of widespread light. A battle of who possessed the stronger spiritual pressure was far out of it's jurisdiction now. If Aisu had used this against lower seated shinigami then perhaps yes, but if he thought he could sway the direction of this battle with a few icicles he'd be sadly disappointed. Light was an absolute force. Unlike water or ice, it wasn't influenced by temperature. It was the exact opposite, influencing the temperature by decreasing or increasing it's intensity. Where over the ice would take time to reform into ice after being melted by light, light consumed no time at all being that it never needed to change form. And by the speed that light operated in, the water would be to slow in reforming into ice before the light would melt through it all over again.
"Hitoma, Jouka, and Delosuke. You three move back a bit, I got this. It's time I start sending god a little company."
He said referring to the lives he was about to take right now. His crimson eyes now scoping the wet scenery all angles. From the four shinigami to Karume, Rednal, L, Yin, and the rest of the jury. He took note of them all. Nodding his head, he raised the right zanpaktou letting the light swirl around him until it reached the tip of his blade before shooting off a a sphere of harmless light into the sky that shown brightly. With that he lowered the blade, only smiling all the more for what was about to happen. Floating high a couple of fee above the triangle, he spread his legs and gripped the hilt of both blades, letting them rest at his sides.

"Honestly, you children have no ability to comprehend your situation." Yata rang the ball ends of Hibiki together, the sound echoing through the room only to be repeated once more and once more atop of that. The echo of metal against metal singing across the room "The earth bore us all, when our time has come, she takes us back." Yata's spiritual power slowly rose more and more, channeling into his arms, into his legs, but more then anything, to the ground beneath him. With a deep inhale, Yata began pounding Hibiki into the ground. Rhythmically he struck the earth again and again, causing splits and tears in the ground itself causing the water to seep through and disappear, however in it's place jagged edges of rock and earth pushed forth "Hibiki, let us show the earths tears" Yata's drumming increased dramatically, his spiritual power now pumping into the earth beneath their feet, as he did so whole sections of the floor split and rise up, into the air across the entire battle ground. Lost in his own 'performance' Yata began strikeing the newly disheveled earth around him all at once, causing whole sections of earth to shatter then spike up into the air violently towards Kazei. On and on this went, Yata's face contorted into a look of concentration as his performance continued on, from the earth that did not fly, jagged edges of earth began shooting up as if the earth itself were reversed and began raining up towards the Young Vizard.

Shadow watched the ceiling fall towards him, time seeming to slow before his eyes. However, time didn't slow, but Shadow's decision making skills were now enhanced. And so, in moments, he had an idea. He shunpoed out from the rocks, grabbing a few members of the council before it completely fell on them. Appearing outside, he dropped the councilman, and appeared back inside, right beside Aisu. His strange eyes strayed to the Captain's face. "Sir. What would you have me do." Again, his spiritual pressure was enough for him to continue to move around, as if he were a captain. Shadow had heard the many different orders to leave, but there was a problem with that. More than his conviction to protect his Captain, above and beyond his will to protect even the seirutei, Shadow believed in Justice. He would do anything, no matter the consequences, to obtain justice where ever he believes it was due. And at the moment, that required either capturing, or killing, Kazei. Preferably killing him.
And so, Shadow was here, now, asking what he was needed to do.

The rubble around L began to break down into small blue particles and be drawn into his Souba blade's the blades let off a strange light and then, after closing his eyes; They snapped open again and L scoped out the situation as his already very high I.Q (At least 195) increased by a further 20% (putting his new I.Q up to 244) he was scanning the sceneary like a chess master seeing the best place to put his pieces... "Lord Yata Take The Front...Aisu Left Flank...Shadow Right Flank...Kurame bring up the middle to offer support and I'll just...." With those word L was gone his after image fading as he skimmed past his cohorts his Souba blade held back handedly as he charged towards Kazei. This is the only way... he thought smiling to himself a 45% success rate if i can just keep him busy....
L pushed harder into his shunpo's becoming faster and faster and blue particles which his resonating blade hungered for seemed to struggle to keep up with his blurring figure that was drawing closer to Kazei from the back of the room, upon reaching the halfway mark L slid to reduce his speed, bent his knees and catapulted himself into the air spiralling now airbourne towards Kazei with his blade ready The angles right...everythings perfect.... now that he slowed down the particles caught up with him and it gave his spinning figure and eery blue glow as the light faded and L brought his Souba down to meet Kazei's forehead still airbourne "NOW!"

Where the sphere of light floated in the above the sunny skies of Central 46, a large garganta tore open through the open space of the sky. The blackness of the void that opened up was pitch black. Losing all eyes that glazed into it's depths. The only thing that pierced this darkness was Kazei's sphere of light that sat afloat amongst this large throat of a portal. This same very light leading whatever traveled through the darkness to the area where the others sat. By the time the rocks were disheveled through the air, they would all find themselves colliding with large bala like bursts just after a large 60 foot hand would reach from the portal, clenching into a fist as it broke through the sekkiseki barrier with a large explosion as it continued to curve through leaving an endless destruction of shattered rock. The hand had to be as wide as the council chamber's room itself if not wider when spread open. Shooting it's entire body out, a large behemoth like hollow resembling the form of a dragon shot out from the dark cavity. It's form ranging at 262 feet in length. The large hollow king had showed himself. Dropping his body from the air, he mounted Kazei's body upon his back and awaited further orders. The large spread out triangle formation that they had performed ahead of time allowed to let the young rider mount more efficiently due to the well positioned space their formation allowed. "You should've summoned me sooner young one. I could've supplied you more Gillian (Menos Grande) as I did for your distraction in the Human World." His deep voice bellowed out through the area. "Did you get what we needed? You do know it is required for the..." He was cut off by the already arrival of Hitoma. He didn't think the young one would pull the strings so well to amass himself with internal assistance from the Soul Society. "Ah yes so I see you have already retrieved it." Glancing down at the sotaicho he realized the young one must have caused massive damage already to draw the old one into it. Looking down at the one called L that approached, the boy was only greeted by the left 60 foot hand that pounded forth through the winds in great speed. By the speed that the little one traveled it would result in a head on collision thus swatting him away like a common housefly.

L's eyes wideend as this new revaltion occured alreayd airbourne and having already absorbed the spirit particles that had been flailing behind him L had gained something much more, a secret power, He had unlocked the higher parts of his brain....He was now telepathic and had an immeasurable I.Q, he quickly gather Reiatsu and used it as a thrust mehcanism so he would be captapulted atop of the incoming hand which thansk to his telepathy he knew was coming "I sooooo did not see this coming admiteadly..."
L swung his Zanpakutoh around now so it was now in a forehand style and began to run up the arm of the Giant 'Hollow King' slicing at his arm at where he believed vital tendons to be making so the hand would spasm and delay any sort of react, he also wished to create a path for his comerades to follow, so if he could paralyze the arm they in turn had a great chance of reaching Kazei even before he did..."Kazei...You are nothing but a common criminal, no mastermind, no hero....and I am...JUSTICE! COME TO STRIKE YOU DOWN!" L's hand grasped firmly onto his Zanpakutoh's handle as he allowed the blade tips to drag on the Giants arm marking his path along it. he was just running normally but he could read the minds of those around him, he was prepared for the slightest hint of a counter attack, the slightest movement they had to think it first before they could do it and now L had the perfect defense as he continued towards Kazei running almost horizontally up the arm of the giant...

Akane Shiori "I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."
She stopped, glancing at the vicious woman. "You're so mouthy, it's highly annoying." She mumbled, then looked to the Zero taicho. "We have no choice. I'll let Kana know her orders." Shiori had always seemed the quite shy one amung the Taichos, she'd never joined any festivities, nor had she shown any particular interests in doing something unless she benifited, Karume seemed to be the only one sharp enough to catch that something wasn't right. Aisu had called her out and Karume had caught it, so Shiori knew that it could not wait anymore, she would have to act, her choice was limited, she could still save herself, if she joined the battle against Kazei she could prove her innocence, however once she chose to side with him she would reach the point of no return, she would do her part, the rest was up to Shinioko.
"Are you that lonely that you need my attention? Karume-baka." Her voice lowered as she gripped her Zanpakuto. "Unfortunately for you most of her efforts have been truthful, the trial I did not ste up so it could not be a farse and the video? I didnt edit it, I left it as Kazei told me to." She broke into laughter. "You compliment me so well."
She would not waste her time with this woman, instead she drew her Zanpakuto and sliced through the ice close to her, to allow Shinioko to get through, while she would remain with Kazei. Smiling at Karume she held her zanpakuto. "I forgot... None of you have seen my zanpakuto in Shikai form. This will be a treat. But first.." She pulled out her pager and dailed. When her Fuku-taicho answered she spoke, loud enough for Karume to hear. "Kana-chan, my dear. Destroy my computer, burn it, and join Noirko and slay the squad. Thats an order. Find me after." With that she turned off the pager and, using shunpo, shot up to join Kazei on the back of the beast. There she released her Shikai. "Rise from the dark depths of Hell and rot their souls, Shuurajou!" The Katan burst into flames then changed chape into a special scythe, which suited the demonic tone of her voice very well. She could see L approaching and decided to use one of her attacks if Kazei did not.

Want to reconsider your position of staying out of this? No... Even this isn't enough, Flandre. It's pushing it, though. I think that the number of Captains here is enough to handle it. I mean, even I consider that to be a serious opponent, for size if nothing else, but that doesn't mean only I am capable of fighting it. Still, looks like all of this is more serious than I expected. It was indeed difficult to get Rednal to take any action at all in the way of serious combat. He was being rather literal when he had decided that Soul Society would have to be in danger of obliteration before he would step up to help. After all, how could anybody grow if they expected to rely on a legend to save them when things got tough? They'd just stagnate and weaken; better that they solved things on their own and grew stronger than relying on him to save them.

"Madness...? Do you fear me...?" ╰☆╮ Λguaмarιиa ╰☆╮ "Are you afraid of what I may do...? What I can do...?" "What an interesting reaction... Do you find it encumbering...?" "Foolish boy, what do you know of justice, let alone become it?"
The voice of filled to the brim with venom, as the bold claim of justice was made. In a sound similar to the giant gust of wind, Marina appeared from out of the blue, in between the path from L and Kazei. Her eyes glowed with almost a blue-ish hue. The air around her grew full, almost saturated in an invisible dust storm. Patiently, Marina extended out her hand, her palm almost holding out to L, her mouth shaped in a soft 'o' as she exhaled a small breath of air. The winds grew still for a moment, despite the rage of battle and war upon then.
Suddenly, a high-impact explosion violated the air around L. With one bomb set off, immediately other explosions of hot air and explosive particles were set off like a chain reaction. The very particles around the incoming shinigami were dangerous, as the shift of reality within the open room occurred through Marina's powers.
