At our new Touhou club we were giving Touhou nicknames much like the post above and I got marked as Kaguya Houraisan and I wasnt surprised.

When you dream you're a character in the series.
When you dream you're your touhou OC, having a relationship with your favorite character. (This may include the "just met, instant love", kind, or the "well into it, doing strange things, so stay outta our room please" kind, the latter means you're creepy, and need your head checked.)
You hijack a guild that isn't touhou based and "infect" them. (Guilty, somewhat accidental, I just wanted to see if anyone else played it and it snowballed. razz )
You constantly listen to, think about, and listen to Touhou music. (Guilty again, I hummed one theme for at least a week before I thought "maybe I should get my head checked". :U)
What'cha think of these? :3

You refer EVERYTHING to touhou. (this includes refering a mental ill girl with anger issues to Flandre)
You're damn happy you're born on the 9th of a month.
You make doodles of touhou characters on every school object.
You keep talking to your friends about Touhou, even though they don't know the game

Guilty as charged. xD
Oh, neither a NEET, nor a Hikikomori is immune to the addictive lure of TV Tropes.
I myself am proof. (NEET, not Hikikomori, but I'm a SMART NEET, I just have no desire to do much aside from play video games and surf the net.)

..you pick up a trumpet at a piano recital and play along with them.
..you see a new gadget and think "what could nitori improve on this".
..you whistle a touhou song without even realizing which one it is.
..you have an alternate character/mule modeled/named after said character.
..you think time "slows down" if you hold down the x button.
..you think that there is some mystical combination of notes on a recorder.
..you try slashing a sword to produce energy bullets.
..your 15 cats are all named after touhou characters.
..you try to "graze" objects irl.
..you think slips of paper will actually ward off evil.
and finally..
..you have a response to this thread.

Replace whistle with hum or some other noise because I can't whistle. ZUN's music is clearly not supposed to exist in this world. He cheats somehow. I'm so guilty of that one it counts multiple times.

I think the only ones I would be guilty of are these:
When you think alot of anime characters you've seen are based on a touhou character.
When your favorite music become any of the theme musics of touhou and you think all other music suck compared to it.
When you think that most other games will never pwn you as hard or as many time as touhou can.
When you start reading fanfics for touhou.
When you join a guild for touhou.
At least for now, that all I can come up with.
