"I won't go anywhere, I promise. Sleep now, Kristin." he gently caressed her cheek as he began to sing once more.

He used his magic and slowly lifted a chair up off the floor and moved it over towards the side of the bed he was at, setting it down without a sound and sitting in it. He was still sitting right beside where she was at, watching her with a smile on his face.

Outside, the rain had began to pick up and it was getting heavier and much louder. However, Firomis was still using his magic to create a sort of dome shaped barrier of wind to prevent the rain from becoming too heavy, and to block out the loud thunder. From a distance, the mansion looked like it was only being hit by a light drizzle, while the areas around it was getting the full extent of the pouring rain and thunder. Outside the dome, the thunder was loud enough to rumble the earth and wake everyone up, but inside the dome it was nothing more than a faint whisper.

Firomis had fallen forward from the chair, and his head was resting over Kristin's stomach. It was clear as day that he had exhausted himself by using magic for so long. In fact, he had just fallen asleep not even two hours before she woke up. His breathing was soft and slow and his hands, which were reached out over Kristin's body and resting on the bed, were shaking a bit still --a sign noticeable to most magic users, shaking hands while sleeping meant that the person had used a tremendous amount of magic before they slept--.

He stayed asleep for another three and a half hours before finally waking up and barely lifting his head up. "Nnnggghh..." he groaned as he brought his hand to his forehead. "I slept in quite late... I need to get ready for the meeting in a couple of hours." he slowly sat up and looked at Kristin. "I thought I was sleeping in the chair?" he looked at the empty chair.

"I definitely won't be canceling the meeting. It'd be a waste to have everyone come all this way and then the meeting be canceled. My head is fine, though I did use a lot of energy last night. I should be fine by the time the meeting is supposed to take place." he let himself lean over and ended up putting his head on her lap.

"It's not really a meeting of Magistrates, though some of them will attend. It's a meeting for all the people I've gathered to fight against Toren as well as people like Fenix. You may definitely come to it, I was hoping you would." he closed his eyes and focused on the hand she was holding.

"I was just closing my eyes to think for a moment." he opened his eyes and leaned up. "This bedroom has the bathroom, it's right over there." he points at a slightly opened door across the room. "I'll go grab something to eat." he smiled.
