If there is no owner for a clan in the master clans and bloodlines list, can we just make a character for them without asking permission of anyone?

ALSO! his is more of a question towards Proto specifically really...

When I pm'ed him about approving my clan and stuff he gave me pointers on the stats, right? Well he said that my chakra control(and others) were out of whack and that Hyuuga had the "best" or one of the better stats for Chakra control, and the only one that was better would be Rin's own Myaku.

He used this excuse because the lightning in the body is extremely hazardous and they need the control to not..zap themselves, right?

Well my question is, how on earth is the Keigoku bloodline..fair?

Like really, I think that the idea of it is a bit stretch, it doesn't have ANY negatives to ANY stats, and it has the same chakra control as Myaku, while not having a really... idk valid excuse for it, like what would they use it for? They have the bonuses of 3 stats and no negatives too balance it out, while the bonuses are really high.

+8dex per 10 levels? I got shot down for 5 str per 8, and if you got a character from either clan to level 40, the +8 would be way higher in the end. I'm just questioning the fairness of it in the system, just something that bugged me. confused

I also acknowledge that you guys do the approving of course, and that you have a valid reason for it, I'd just like someone to explain.

The Keigoku bloodline is extinct :O Skyler left ages ago. It's one of the bloodlines we are going to archive after the upgrade.

Also I'm assuming that it has a hell of a challenge rating plus lol.

it's one of the old bloodlines from like the guild's conception so it would have followed the original rules.

So you don't have to worry about it ^^;

Yeah, some of the earlier clans/techniques are kinda hax when it comes to bonuses .-. Or alternatively, uber harsh. It's why we're having a massive system change.

These are just some things i noticed btw. you probably don't have to answer since it MIGHT be fixed in the new system, but was just bringing it up.

edit: next question, for physical recompositioning, how would you even pass?


DC:70 versus 1d20+(1per 40 in Chakra Control)

you'd have to roll a perfect 20 and then have 2000 chakra control to pass ONCE. and you have to do it FIVE times. is that possible? @_@

for releasing the 8 inner gates, they say that the previous gate has to be opened to open the next, but if you open them all together at once(up until 7, because 8 you die) you would deal like 1k+ damage to you, which is basically having one of the strongest jutsu in the whole guild hitting you at once. neutral sorry i'm just wondering how it all works sweatdrop and ALSO.


for Omote and Ura renge, how would you go about learning these? and also, for 1 month cannot fight after using ura, what if someone did a sneak attack against you? do you like.. die? I think there should be a better system for this. confused

To answer your question about the physical recomposition, it, like elemental recomposition, has a DC that you have to get up to within a certain amount of posts... so basically, you take your roll+100 chk control(minimum for exercise) and subtract those numbers from your DC until the DC is zero.

Example:

DC: 300
1d20: 18+150(chk control)= 168

500-168= 332

And so on and so forth until you reach 0

Does this explain it?

I'd answer the other two questions, but I honestly don't know.

Well, if you are a Kage level, you have like 2-3k Hp so 1k HP is survivable >.> =) Also I do believe you get healed by opening gates since there is like.. a gate of healing I think :O
You're not meant to open the 5/6/7/8th gate as a jounin or anything.. Well, maybe the 5th.

@Renges: To learn them well just post the proper amount of posts detailing your training User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. You can make the posting as interesting or as bland as you wish. As for the no fighting thing, well you'll think twice about doing that uber self harming move in a fight before doing it next time eh? I mean it does cause like pretty much instant death. >.> Reduce 90% of Max Hp... woohoo! So even a Kage will be instantly reduced to 200-300 Hp which is perfectly fine for your lackeys to finish up.

But here is the new 8 Gates/Ura/Omote Renge just for you to look at ^_^ You have a permanent constitution cost once you open the later gates. Actually, I'm not sure if they stack... they might.. O_O

The effects of the gate opening can be healed up to the opening of the 6th gate. The strain placed on the body from opening the 7th and 8th gate is too much for anyone to heal. You can recover from opening the 7th gate, but you probably won't be ninja-ing around any more. The effects of the gates past the 4th gate come with a permanent lost of constitution; this represents the damage placed upon the body when the gates are open so be VERY careful when you use these power surge.

Also the effects of the gates don't stack, so when you open the 2nd gate the +10 strength/dex is replaced by +16 str/dex. However the cost does stack. For example to open the 2nd gate you must first pay 50 hp to open the 1st gate, then 60 hp to open the 2nd. Opening of each gate takes up one attack turn as well, so if you only have 4 attack turns per round but know 5 gates, you have to wait for your next round to open the 5th gate.


1. Opening (Initial) releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the muscles.
Hp Cost: 50 +10 damage per round.
Requirements: Taijutsu 20 Chakra control 20
Training 30 posts
Special: +10 Str/ Dex

2. Rest (Heal / Energy) releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.
Hp Cost: 60 + 16 per round.
Requirements: Taijutsu 20 Chakra control 20
Training 35 posts
Special: +16 Str/ Dex

3. Life is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.
Hp Cost: 70 + 20 per round
Requirements: Tai 25 / Chakra control 25
Training 45 posts
Special: +22 Str / Dex / Con Hp is healed 90% before the hp penalty.

4. Pain (Harm / Wound) releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.
Hp Cost: 90 + 24 per round.
Requirements: Tai 25 / Chakra control 25
Training 55 posts
Special: +30 Str / Dex / Con

5. Closing (Limit) releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.
Hp Cost: 220 + 28 per round
Cons Cost: -4 PERMANENT constitution lost.
Requirements: Tai 30 / Chakra control 35
Training 70 posts
Special: +38 Str / Dex “Con Bonus remains +30”

6. Joy (View) removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.
Hp Cost: 350 + 30 per round
Cons Cost: -10 PERMANENT constitution lost.
Requirements: Tai 30 / Chakra control 35
Training 90 posts
Special: +50 Str / Dex / Con / Hp is replenished to 70% of it’s max before penalty is applied.

7. Shock (Wonder / Insanity) removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to work with, producing even more power and stamina.
Hp Cost: 500 + 40 per round
Cons Cost: -16 PERMANENT constitution lost.
Requirements: Tai 50 / Chakra control 60
Training 110 posts
Special: +70 Str / Dex / Con

8. Death opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body. Death is assured when opening this gate.
Hp Cost: N/A 10 Rounds before you die smile !!!
Cons Cost: Your life : D !!!!!!!
Requirements: Tai 60 / Chakra control 70
Training 150 posts
Special: +100 Str / Dex / Con

At the end of the effect, for gates 1-3 the user is weakened for 3 hours.
At the end of the effect, for gates 4-5 the user is weakened for 2 Days.
At the end of the effect, for gates 6 the user is weakened for 2 weeks
At the end of the effect, for gates 7 the user is weakened for 1 month.
At the end of the effect, for gates 8 The user is asking himself what he did this for in the grave of course.

Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus)
Ura Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. To utilize the Ura Renge, the ninja will open the first three Celestial Gates. Then, like Omote Renge, he quickly moves beneath the target and kicks them upwards. While in the air the user will then pummel his opponent throughout the air with high speed Taijutsu attacks to weaken them. Then at the apex of his attack he will strike his opponent in the chest towards the ground. The user then moves in close to his opponent and attaches his bandage. He will then allow his opponent to get some distance, he then pulls his target back to his body and does a hard downward palm strike to their chest causing them to crash into the ground with massive damage.

Now my last question regarding these... can we MAKE(as in custom jutsu) new kinjutsu/taijutsu related to the 8 gates?

and 1 thing I think you missed about my question.

Hypothetically, if you used the 7th gate, and you can't fight or do anything for a month, what if someone just.. hit you .__. how do you defend? eek

I'm not sure if you are allowed to make anything related to the 8 gates. My guess is no... but if you can, it has to be really really good. I mean, you seriously have to do your research and stuff.

As for your other questions... Hope that you have a good Dodge... I als assume there are people who would watch obver and take care of the defenseless peson... assuming that defenseless person wasn't stupid enough to go out on their own.
