Dancer eeped and giggled then growled at him with a wide grin. Wrapping herself about him she pulled on his hair lightly till he lifted his head. It was then she nibbled his throat again with a playful growl. "Cats eat fish you know." Her voice teasing as the nipp turned to a nuzzle as fingertips moved along his jawline.

Tidalwave's smile never fades as he sits next to Llune. "Thank you" is all he can find to say for a moment. Then his hand lifts and he holds a rather ugly looking little rock. Using the small knife strapped to his side he pry's at it till it opens. Glancing at Llune he says "Would you like to try this? It is alive so I thought you might say no but if you do I would be most happy to let you have it." Holding out the pried open rock Llune can see the smooth little blob of meat inside it. Water makes it shine and thought it might be a bit slimy the water makes it look even more so. If she looks closely though she might notice the inside of the shell. It varies in colors and glistens with pearl, purples and blues. (Abalone)

The shell certainly catches her eye, but her delicate form visibly shudders when he suggests she 'try' something that's still alive. "Ah... No, thank you..." she says politely, repressing her gag reflex as much as possible. Ew. "But what a lovely shell the little creature has!" she exclaims, trying to swallow down her fast-sickening stomach. Oh dear. The very idea of eating a little living creature is just... A bit too much for her.

Tidalwave fights the snicker that threatens his face and slurps down the little morsel himself. "Sorry, I just thought since it was so small." He shrugged a bit as he pulled any remains of the little thing from the shell then wiped it with his fingers before handing it over. "You may have the shell if you like and again I am sorry about the meat." He leaned in close so that his forehead touched hers just slightly and sent to her lone this time. *Do forgive me gentle Llune. I would not be happy otherwise.*

Unfortunately, for the both of them, Llune's pregnancy took the disgusting idea of eating live meat and RAN with it. The struggle to remain in control and not barf all over the place causes a light sweat to break out on Llune's forehead, waves of nausea flooding over her. It's not so much the situation, as the situation catching her pregnant belly off guard. Also, Llune *really* thinks meat is gross.
She takes the shell and nods once quickly, replying with a strained smile of appreciation, "Oh, thank you, very much." Then the wavedancer touches his forehead to hers, and she can only send a vague sense of "of course," before she leans back quickly and says, "Will you excuse me a moment please?" and lifts off the ground and toward the treeline. Oh dear, poor Llune.

Confusion swept the wavedancers face for a few moments then he thought back to his own life mate and when she was with child. She didn't get sick often but it did happen now and then. He stood, taking few steps in the direction she had gone. *Llune are you alright? Do you need anything?" True consern filled the send. He didn't like the idea of her discomfort.

Fathom sat on the beach letting the sea wash up over her at times. Those amber eyes didn't miss Crosscurrent and his cat friend. A light grin touching her features. Maybe she would go out and pull the catfish under water for a few moments longer then she could stand. See how much she liked that. Land didn't hold much interest to her even with all its merriment. The firelight was pretty to look at but Crosscurrent had his catfish and Tidalwave was fawning over the glider. A loud slap of her tail to the water might be herd in her annoyance as she stewed.

Savith watched Llune float away from Tidalwave, headed for the treeline, with a light frown, but rather than follow her or berate the wavedancer, he stood and moved to the cool sand and away from the fire. He put him nearer to Fathom, to whom he gave a polite, if formal, nod of his head as he settled to the cool sand, drew his knees up, and rested his forearms upon them. His gaze lifted to the horizon and the glittering stars found hovering in the night sky.

Llune had moved out of earshot of the festivities just as fast as she could glide, one hand covering her mouth. In order for one to follow her, they would have to listen for the periodic sound of liquid being poured into the bushes, for that is the polite manner in which Llune vomits. In response to the sends shot after her, she sends an open, wordless **Yu-huh** and is absent for a short time.
When she returns she smiles kindly, almost a bit embarrased, "Excuse me for that..." she murmurs as she returns to her spot on the log near Tidalwave "But thank you for your concern..." She's a bit paler, sure, but it's hard to tell in the firelight. And so much for those strawberries! Llune glances about, checking to see who is and who isn't finished eating... It will be time to pass out the noise makers soon, and maybe make that special tea...

Blaze watched Llune's proceeding with worry, almost rising to follow her when she darted for the brush. He hadn't forgotten her child, not for a moment when he ever thought of her. But the crisis averted itsself, and the fire elf rolled his shoulders and padded over to his chief, Savith. **Clear night, eh? I can almost see as if it was daylight, by the shine of the stars.** Taking a seat with a muffled thump, Blaze fell back into the sand with a laughing exhalation. **Remember that night I heated that deep-pool, and we mucked around in that? I was thinking later we could do the same again, later. What say you?** His send was open to anyone in the vicinity, warm, and kind.

Savith turned his head to look over his shoulder as Blaze padded his way. A light smirk came to his face, hiding the slight pre-occupation over his Mother's 'illness'. **Very clear,** he replied, mind likewise open. Though less warm, a faint chuckle escape the glider's throat, making its way into his send as he nodded at the fire-starter. **Yes, I do remember. That was... interesting, to say the least, and sounds like fun,** he replied, eyes shifting toward the not to distant Fathom. **Maybe we can find one that can accommodate more than just the four us of from last time, hmm?** Oh, what humor and mirth lay just beneath the surface of his thoughts, tickling the words of his send so that they quiver slightly with it and deepen the smirk into a grin. OOC: Trying the bolding of my sends. smile

Creek wrapped his arm further around Peyote and pulled her even closer, if that could be done. He liked the warmth he found in her, and was happy to have just that. For the first time since coming here, he pushed away the need to feel the waves, deciding he didn't want to feel the water's pull just now. Instead, he snatched nother strawberry from Peyote, taking a small bite before offering her the rest.

The nerve of the glider to come sit near her. Fathoms face twisted a bit into an unpleasant eewww. Looking as if she smelled rotten fish. The gliders nod noted Fathom said rather coldly. "Don't let the water slip over your head kin snatcher. It would be unfortunate if you found yourself unable to breath." Her tail flopped hard in hopes of getting him wet and chasing him off. Amer eyes caught the moonlight well as she turned a bit to see Blaze. She didn't meet this one yet and gave him a good look over but remained silent for the moment.

Dew smiled, still sitting atop Morningtail and trying to introduce him to Fathom, who seemd to not be paying her any attention. "No worries! Savith can swim. I've seen him. So he won't drown," Dew chirped happily, comepletely oblivious to any undertone in Fathom's voice or words. "Now, back to Morningtail" she tried again, eager to intrduce her wolf-bond to her new friend. "Him and I are close! We've been together since he was born," she said, looking at Fathom. She then looked down to stare Morningtail in the eyes, up-side-down, of course. "And this is Fathom, Morningtail. She's a wavedancer, like Fishie. So be careful if you go fishing! You dont' want to bite her tail. That would be mean, and then she'd have to bite you back. So be careful okay."

The firelight danced in Blaze's orange eyes. **The more the merrier, eh? And this time you won't have the excuse of your foot to not come in. And there was plenty of room, as I remember. Unless you're afraid of someone nipping your ears.** The last thought had a decidedly suggestive tinge to it, and the dusty face flashed a grin. **It'd be a nice way to get to know eachother. Be friends.** The send suddenly flicked to a heated dart focused on Fathom, then cut off. The name she'd given the glider didn't seem at all well-meant, and the threat only magnified it. Savith was Chief, in his eyes, and not to be challenged so lightly.
