Her mother was right, Lilly did know every plant in her garden, whether it was her own or a weed. She had never had a personal problem with weeds, but Daddy had always said that they choke other plants. She believed that, since they would always suck up her energy whenever they could. She just had to put an end to it somehow.
From Japi and Krillo's perspective, Lilly was thinking hard. She took after her father in the way she scrunched up her brow in a concerned expression.
"What if I take away their energy instead?" Lilly asked suddenly. If the weeds died, they might even provide nutrients for the rest of her garden.

The butterflies were all made up of thought, right? They were, in a way, just like her, right? If she could concentrate enough on that one, she could get rid of it, right? Right?
Addy had been successful in keeping the rest from seeing her, but that wasn't enough. She had to get rid of them somehow. Instead of using her telekinetic power to throw something at it, instead she decided to use that power to rip the thing apart instead.
Addy readied her mind and stopped. She couldn't well be running around for this. She watched the thing as it came closer, fluttering elegantly. She narrowed her eyes and watched it. If she couldn't make the thing explode prematurely, she'd end up being in the brunt of whatever explosion it would cause.
Then, it happened. There was a bolt of, something, energy? It came directly from Addy's head and struck the butterfly, splitting the thing in two.
Addy was a little shocked and lost her concentration for a moment. The butterflies around her had only seconds to relocate her before she became invisible to them again.
"Did I do that?" she asked, not necessarily expecting an answer from her mentor.

"Very good dear. But, now the question begs to be asked, what will you do with the energy?" Krillo's head cocked to the side as he anticipated his neice's response. This one answer may very well may show what druidic path she'll walk down. To keep from towering over her and possibly influencing her answer, he sat down and pulled his knees to his chest. He waited.

"STOP" he commanded the butterflies to be utterly still. He then quickly made his way to Addy, grabbed her by the arms thus keeping her from turning from him, and focused on her eyes one by one. He was looking for something. His brow furrowed and suddenly, his expression exloped to seer joy and amazement! "You did it Addy! You were able to both shut them out, and isolate one to follow you. On top of it, you were able to form a psibolt and obliterate the flame!" He let her go, still beaming with pride. "Don't think we're done though, there's still volumes we have to go over, but understanding this concept might make you future less headache enducing. Now that you know how to form it, you must remember to maintain the barrier."
Sekenre turned to a shelf and reached for a book. While his back was turned, he asked, "Did you have any questions child?"
