Nope.
But there's been some updates on the Indy Mega Man film, I haven't read the blog lately though, but new pictures and stuffs.
Elecman looks pretty badass.

In the original game he wasn't so much creepy. In the Ruby Spears T.V. series he wasn't so much creepy, as much as he was Terry Klassen

No it takes place in the beginning. (aside from having Protoman present already, it's exactly as it would be from the first Mega Man game.)

I really dislike it when people mispronounce manga as man-ga. Believe me or not, it is pronounced as mon-ga.
