"Finally! The Village of the Hidden Leaf or something like that...Their symbol looks like a snail that fell onto its back."
Niseru was disguised as he walked at a slow speed towards the Village. He was disguised as a old man, probably in his fifty's dressed in merchant clothes. His hair was quite absent, only appearing at the sides to form side burns and a long beard. This form's eyes were covered by sun glasses and his skin was dark and leathery from years of travel or that was how Niseru made this form appear to be like.
The merchant man stepped towards the gate along with several other merchants and traders that travelled between villages selling and trading goods. The merchants sometimes set up shop for a time till the group moved on or in example as some other shops in the Hidden Leaf. Niseru was of course here to destroy the Rebels that planned against the Akatsuki, even if Pein didn't give him the mission to do so.
Knowing most of the traders as regulars to the village, they were let through after they were evaluated of identification, but Niseru was a master of disguise and had memorized this man's identity for such a situation. Niseru needed to keep track of his disguises' personalities, lives, and anything else he needed to be them. One goal Niseru had for this personal mission was to collect archives on Shinobi that currently in the Leaf Village and Shinobi longed or recently deceased. After that, he needed to collect several volumes of Bingo Books to learn about previous Akatsuki members.
Now that he was in the village, Niseru wanted to assume an identity that could get into the Leaf Archives or whatever they used to keep track of things in this blasted village. Once that was done, the entire village would be in disarray of the forms Niseru would take, from long dead Shinobi like the Shodaime or First Hokage to Traitors like Itachi Uchiha.

Fujimaros hands moved stealthily underneath his robes. "You are in no condition to fight my dear girl," he says, finishing the preparation of his Genjutsu. "You look as though you haven't slept in weeks. Now... Sleep." He says placing his hand on the young girls shoulder as he attempted his Nemuri (sleep) genjutsu.

Kikyo smirked. "Genjutsus are too easy." She replied, closing her eyes momentarily, then opening them again. The Rin'negan was now in her eyes, as was a look of over confidence.

'Rin'negan?' Fujimaro thought to himself. 'Thats unusual. I'll have to deal with this girl later when I've been filled in.' "Sorry kid," he says with a smirk. "No time for this." He ran through several hand signals and his body seemed to split in two different directions, before disappearing from sight. He reappeared on a roof top near the home of the Hokage. "I wonder who they replaced the old man with..." he says to himself as he hops off the roof and begins walking towards the Hokages manor.

Kikyo looked around quickly, gave up and blinked. The Rin'negan disappeared from her eyes and she went back to wandering Konoha.

Fujimaru didn't like leaving business unattended to, but in the case of that girl, it couldn't be helped. Rin'negan were something he'd heard stories of, but never encountered. An eye technique considered superior to the Byakugan and Sharingan, that has so little known about it was not something he was ready to rush headlong against. Besides, he wasn't even sure if that girl was truely an enemy. He entered the Hokages building and headed up the familiar staircase which looked like it had seen better days. He knocked and entered the room where he used to recieve his missions from the Third, hoping against that girls word that the old man had passed on. He found that a woman sat in his place however as he entered the room. "Hokage-sama..." he says calmly, waiting for a response.

"And you are...?" Tsunade asked, looking up from her paperwork. She hadn't heard of any new arrivals at the village, so this was news to her.
Kikyo continued to walk around the village, bored out of her head.

"Forgive my intrusion," bows Fujimaro, bringing one arm across his shoulder before standing to full height and pulling his hood back. "My name is Fujimaro Baisotei and I am a former member of your ANBU black ops. I was honorably discharged voluntarily by the Third several years ago. I have returned after hearing the state of affairs here from the Kazekage of Sunagakure and am volunteering my services to fight for Konohagakure.

"Good," replys Fujimaro. "That will save a lot of time then if you know the story. Now... Why don't you start from the beginning and fill me on what caused this change in leadership?"

"It's simple enough." Tsunade said, getting a slightly far away look in her eyes. "I tried helping Suna, but ended up losing. Now we're under Akatsuki control. Most of our shinobi are wanting to challenge them, and one of them even wants to challenge the leader himself. Many of the rebels from other villages are here plotting with us, even the Oto ninja."

Niseru needed a way to enter the Leaf Village Archives and read the files on the Shinobi in the village, so he could have dirt on everyone and use it to collapse the Rebellion. He couldn't risk taking the form of a Shinobi just walking by or he would be found out for sure. This meant he needed an escort and who wouldn't escort an old man?
One promising young lady came to mind as she wondered the streets, probably looking for something to do since it seemed boring around this village like the hideout. Niseru was still in his old man disguise, seeing it as many would see an old person as being helpless; no one could refuse him with such minor tasks. With a smile that just said I'm old and kind, he confronted the young Shinobi, Kikyo.
"Excuse me Miss, I was looking for someone to escort me to the Hokage building. I can't seem find it and you youngster always know where things are these days. I remember back in my day things were a lot more easier when the villages were just starting out and everything was in perfect view, though back then it was a lot more violent and less diplomatic then these days…Which reminds of a story about my youth…"
Of course no one could stand the power of an old man babbling for too long. However, this young Shinobi could be like Niseru at his age; stubborn, hyper, and unconcerned. This meant Niseru would have to find someone else to take him to the building and its Archives, but the babbling never failed before.

"Um...Ok. Do you want to speak to Hokage-sama?" Kikyo asked, not quite sure of her opinion on this old man. He was strange, definitely. Are you a complete fool?! Tasugaka asked, anger in his voice. He could very well be a spy! Or he could be a confused old man. Kikyo retorted in her head. Just chill, Tasu. The demon grumbled a little more, but said nothing else.

Fujimaro nodded, then paused for a moment to think. "Probably the Rin'negan girl if my assessment is correct," he says, basically thinking out loud. He then fully comprehended what she had said about the Oto ninja, and his body grew heavy as he gritted his teeth. "How could you..." Fujimaro begins. "How could you accept help from that b*****d Orochimaru!?"
((Lol. Yes I know he is dead. >.> But Fujimaro has been gone for a few years.))

"Aren't you a kind young lady! Most youngsters are too full of sugar and that Ninjutsu. I need to search the Leaf Archives; it is quite a long story why my dear, but it is also a sad story."
The old man walked next to her and started to tell his story. This story was about loss and it wasn't true, but that is Niseru's gift: To fabricate fiction into reality.
"Long ago, my son left me to pursue a career as a Shinobi and what you know, he came here of all places instead of a nearby village or I've heard he did. Last letter I got from him said something about becoming a Jounin, those high levels Shinobi. I recently received news of his death during the attack by some other Shinobi or was he helping an attack? I can't remember...I've come here first to check if he followed his dream here and then if not, I must go to the Sand Village see if he went there. It is my current goal in my short life to find out where my son went, to know where to have his long delayed funeral."
Thanks to being an old man, he didn't need a reason to have confused words in his story, including the fact either his fake son was a Leaf Shinobi, a Sand Shinobi, or a Sound Shinobi, just that he died three years ago during the raid on the Leaf Village by Orochimaru. This story would surely be good enough to get into the Archives, especially for a funeral.
"So take me to this Tsundae-sama then, time is the essence!"
