"I dunno...There's something about you...I seem to be able to trust you quite easily. Besides, I always have to keep faith in my clients, though this trust goes beyond a simple contract confidentiality" Kerelon admitted. "Why do you ask? Is there something about you that would lose that trust?" Dark Frost explained.

When Shayla heard the Flareon scream, she knew it wasn't a Flareon's voice it was in. She snapped out of her daze, and jumped, grabbing a tree branch. "Ben! Get up in a tree, now!" She shouts, and pulls herself onto the tree acrobatically. She touches it, and commanded the vine growing on the tree to attack the Pikachu. She wasn't weak... and she had to think of something fast. She could revert to her Pokemon form and use the Glicadea flower to fly away, with her Pidgeot carrying Ben and their pokemon, but she'd spend days recouperating the energy it took for her to transform in the first place. "But maybe going to my Pokemon form would be wise, giving me enough power? No," she thought, "What if Void Soldiers came to try and catch me?"
Oh, how ironic that she thought that with the Flareon being a Void Soldier himself.

Chrono kept walking ahead, his eyes looking into space. He thought long and hard about that. It did seem as though he was lying to them, but he was only trying to protect his identity.
"Well.........if I did have a secret, would I be a liar just because I didn't want to reveal it?" he asked curiously. He thought about what the two of them said. Never once had the dragon thought of such a serious thing aside from mischief and trouble. It actually calmed him, taking his mind off everything else. AM I a liar? AM I untrustworthy?

"Well, I've never seen it as lying" Kerelon told him with a simple shrug of the shoulders. "I always believe that people are entitled to keep their secrets. It's like I said before, if you want to tell me, then good. If you don't, I won't force the issue."
Dark Frost smiled.

Richard still couldn't get up but something was causing the pain to slowly fade away. It was probably that Void blocking out the pain so he could fight. Looking up at Dew, he decided to rest just a bit more. His injuries were still there but he needed to fight some more. This time to get them out of the battle.
Spark jumped back a ways from the vine trying to catch him. The moment it got to close to him, he sliced it using Iron Tail. Now that his cover was gone, he jumped down from the tree tops and over to Richard. The plan had gone horribly wrong and now had no clue of what to do.
Richard, still in his Flareon form, finally got up as Spark came over. He walked past the pikachu and his vaporeon. He stood definantly up to Shayla and growled at her. At least they hadn't seen his human form or heard him speak any real words. He could still approach them in human form without them aware of who he really was.

"You two aren't that bad," the dragon smiled and kept walking on. Maybe he could count on them.
"I'll tell you later, if you still want to know by then," he kept looking down at his reflection, hallucinations making him see a black dragon with a growing heart. His heart had a strange feeling, like he yearned for something, but he couldn't figure out what. "So.........why did you go into this kind of business?" he asked after a while.

"We most likely will want to know later on" Kerelon told Chrono with a smile. "And as for how we got into this line of work...It was the only way I could actually survive the early years of my life. Accepting small jobs for small payment, enough to survive. But then I met Dark Frost, another small time mercenary. We built our friendship up both privately and in working conditions. Eventually, we permanently joined forces and we decided to move up to much higher ranking jobs."

"I never had to live like that....Was it hard?" he asked. He slowed down to walk by their side. He was actually interested for once.
Mikhail kept walking upwards, taking some of the water from the river to give himself a little splash. He kept looking around in case of strangers or voids.

"Oh yeah, when I first started, it was really difficult" Kerelon admitted, letting out a sigh. "I was only eight years old, and it was still necessary for me to wield two swords. They were a lot shorter than usual back in that day, but it was still difficult. I seriously don't think that you'd be able to imagine the horror of having to cut someone down at nine years old just to survive..." Shuddering uncontrollably, Kerelon eventually came to his knees, a nervous wreck.
Dark Frost sighed, trying to comfort his friend.

((edit. I hate doing edits.....)) Love caught a whiff of someone of something around them, and started getting his Aura Sphere ready. Angel caught what he was doing, and dived into the water, changing into her human form in the process. Wolfina sent all of her pokemon exept Edward into their pokeballs. Angel came to the surface, and Clouds got her out. The Altraia put his trainer down, and dried her off with his wings. All of the pokemon in the water got out, and huddeled around Angel, waiting for any signal to run. Love dropped his guard, and a small Corphish skidded into the groups sight. Wolfina let her Luxray calm down to let the water pokemon go into the ocean.

The slender man stopped, looking with concern for the young boy. He kneeled down and picked Kerelon up onto his back, carrying him piggy back. He started walking forward again, expecting the Weavile to follow. "Calm down, kid....I know that was hard........" he hushed the child as best he could. He quietly sang a song that the legendaries before him sang as new legendary eggs hatched. It was soft, and his voice got a little louder so the shaking child could hear the melody. As he sang, he realized that he too killed just as Kerelon had. As a dragon, he was raised to hunt and eat whatever Pokemon had good meat on it. Other Pokemon, he was taught to hunt for sheer fun. He almost felt a little guilty, seeing just how bad a small child felt about killing his kind. Chrono started to feel that pain too. I HAVE been destroying my own kind, huh..... "Hush hush, kid....it's alright...."

As Chrono sung the song to him, Kerelon begun to relax greatly. He had never heard such a wonderful song, and it made him very calm. Dark Frost, on the other hand, immediately recognised the song, so he leapt onto Kerelon's back.
the Weavile asked curiously.

"|'ll tell you everything later, ok?" he told the Pokemon, continuing on with the two on his back. He kept singing it, slowly developing a trust. He lead them into a quiet forest spot beside the river. With a deep breath, he set the two down after making sure not even another Pokemon was around. "Can I trust you enough to not tell ANYONE what I'm about to tell you? You can't even tell your other Pokemon, ok?"

Dark Frost told Chrono.
Slowly waking up, Kerelon told Chrono "Yeah, you can trust all of us, even all my other Pokemon. We don't reveal our client's secrets to anyone, another one of our rules."
