Wonder Woman had arrived just to see Kara disappear. In that moment she sensed the tension in the atmosphere. Her blue orbs looked around the devastation that was Titan Tower. " Goddess..."was the only thing she was able to say. She looked to Superman and then trailed his gaze onto a stranger. She narrowed her gaze wanting to know the same thing. Who was he?

Superman couldn't answer, how could he tell Batman? Had Tim been in that Tower? "NOW!" He snapped at the stranger "You really don't want to try my patience!"

The Commissar thought it would be a good idea to use this moment of distraction to gather blood samples from the bodies in the tower in hopes maybe to develop a cloning program or use them to enhance the power of his own soldiers; DNA had so many uses. The head of the Commissar drone detached from the body and the chassis of the body had two slits in its chest used for optics and sensors. Now they were technically two robots; while the head went and spoke to them, the body could gather samples using needle tentacles from its back since the Commissar wanted to gather as much blood as possible.
The head flew using hovering technology and had little claws where the body and head use to be connected. The head was not interested in hiding itself and rather instead started flying around and also gathering materials as well as trying to salvage that computer that seemed to be demolished. The head made no attempts to talk to anyone and the body stayed hidden. The Commissar wanted them to talk to him and if they ignored him, all the better. The head was trying to put the computer back together, but that would be a miracle the Commissar was going to try to perform.

Diana tapped the comm link. " The tower has been destroyed. Batman, there are bodies I have yet to identify.." As Clark shouted at the stranger she was sure Batman could hear it over the comm link. "I'll keep you posted, Wonder Woman out." she said witnessing the anger rise in Clark's voice. "Superman" She said trying to get him to calm down. She knew Clark couldn't function without a cool head. She then whirled around as a tentacled machine began to take what appeared to be samples from the bodies "Not so fast!" She said gripping her lasso and roping up the machine she pulled it towards her, preparing to break it in half.

"Wait! Don't...I may be able to bring them back..."
The machine tried to cut the lasso, but stopped when he realized it was the Lasso of Truth; nothing too short of laser précised cannons could break that or maybe noting at all. Luckily, this was a machine and not a person, but maybe Wonder Woman didn't know that.
"Please...Don't hurt me...I'll tell you anything you want!"
The Commissar' played his voice in a worried matter to fool Wonder Woman, trying to make sure she thought his brain was inside this robot, but really this was a drone. To further play the role, the robot tired cutting the lasso with little affect, becoming fidgety as he drew closer.

"Smart machine" She said gripping the robot in her bare hands. "What were you doing" She said and if it lied to her, she was prepared to punch a hole right in the center of it. "Tell me now." She seriously doubt the machine was anything but noble, if it was machine or cyborg. She could of always just cracked it open to find out.

"Thank you! I was collecting samples of the bodies in hopes of bringing them back as loyal soldiers or being able to bring them back if the universe collapsed and I had to rebuild it...I'm immune to universal activity unless it's directed towards ma as an individual...I wanted to record this incident for self entertainment...It's so entertaining to see a hero fall...For me anyway...That stranger over there with Superman...We also wanted to take data on him...He may be the cause of this mess..."
The Commissar wanted to make X the enemy of the heroes while the Masterminds of Evil took control of this new universe; X was invincible compared to straight on brute force; it would take cunning and brilliance to restore everything back to normal and seize the greatest power in this universe. Doom planned to attempt to capture X and claim his power, but the Commissar thought it would be impossible, but Doom's plan involved the Commissar being restored as Tec, so his lost and the Commissar's gain.

"Entertaining?" she said lowly turning the robot around she showed him the mass of destruction. "This entertains you?" She said referring to everything that had been happening as of late. "There is nothing entertaining about this."She turned the robot upside down. She started to embed her fingernails into the exoskeleton of the bot, cracking it slightly. " You have been disconnected.."She began to crack the shell in her hands.

"Wait no! Not this! The stranger did this I think! The stranger! Spare me!"
The Commissar has placed a fake brain inside of this robot in hopes that its destruction would be the thought of the Commissar's death and in so, his blood would be on Wonder Woman's hands. In reality, it was a synthetic copy of the Commissar's brain which held no actual intelligence, but still held all the blue blood and gore of a real brain similar to the Commissar. It was more of Arcade's idea and the Commissar liked it, but Doom was always disapproving of every prank they did. The Commissar was in fact not very childish in personality, but he liked to keep jokes going around the Eastern Bloc to heighten moral of his soldiers and since all of his agents were in hiding, he had to make jokes elsewhere.

"Why should I spare your miserable existence...it was a mistake to let you go..." She said. The stranger, whoever he was had to of been the cause of this, but she felt the Commissar wasn't far from pointing the finger at. She debated on whether to crush him or let take him in.

"Letting me go was a good idea...Your labs lack the special life support I need to live or I would have just rotted away from radiation poison in your charming little cells...And my existence is not miserable...I've seen misery before and I don't measure up to it at all."
The Commissar drone spoke with such passion in his words and if that didn't work, he had this robot ready to go on self destruct; no one crushed his creations without paying for it. The Commissar wasn't going to loose these samples without a fight.

X glanced over as the woman confronted the robot and listened to them a moment. He couldn't help but let a small smirk slip onto his face. Well, things were definately going to be interesting then, weren't they? He turned back to the man and tried to look serious again.
"Well, I arrived here just in time to watch the building explode. A man was inside covered in blood. Reaper I believe he's called. The girl arrived and pretty much lost it. Ripped him to shreds. Not that it did much good since he can duplicate, and that wasn't the original either." he began. "I reminded her that he wouldn't die unless she got ahold of the original. She asked how, we had a small conversation, and I offered to help her." he said, crossing his arms to make his short wait here more comfortable.

Batman's voice came over the com link again. "Possible situation on the satellite. The robotic units that were waiting for Deadpool have formed one enormous robotic unit. We apparently have five minutes to release Deadpool and Arcade to it. It would be nice if you could finish up and be back here by then, just in case."
