(( If it wouldn't be a bother, could you teach Saiko Zenjin hado number 31? Just PM him and tell him to meet you here in the training ground. I'm sure he'll be posting very quickly for the most part =D ))

((Well, this is the Kidou Range . . . I'd assume it is an appropraite place, lol))
Saiko walked into the designated area, already anticipating some more training. He hadn't trained much to be honest. A little before he became seated, but the last few things he got wrapped into weren't technically training. Unless suprise arrancar-attack in Earth or an Arcane/Espada incident that ended up quite a few shinigami disappearing, his most toughest workouts were in the field basically,
"Been needing a bit of a warmup for a while." he said recognizing the similarly abundant dummies located on most training grounds. He smirks and playfully runs up to it, bouncing off the ground and slinging his leg around from his left side, smacking into the dummie's would-be head. As the wood creaks and it bends over, he lands lightly, and struck the already bent wooden frame with his knee, shifting his weight and dropping his elbow down on the ther side of the head, snapping the dummie's midsection in half. "Whew" Saiko dais, wiping his forehead, as a wolfish grin came across his face...

(We'll probably just stick it out here then. If it gets serious, we'll make a thread, but otherwise, I see no reason to gunk up the space...)
Namon spotted a man smashing up a dummy with his bare-hands, and smiled. He walked over to the Shinigami and said, "You know, those are supposed to be for kido practice, not combat." Namon chuckled, then smacked himself in the head. "Where's my manners?! My name's Namon, Third seat of Fifth Squad. Are you here for some training?"

"Yezzir... the name's Saiko, and Seventh seated of Squad Nine in case you were wondering." Saiko informed him.
"Nice meeting you, and yeah, I've had a few kidos in mind for a while, I've just not had the chance to look into them with anyone." He guided the dummie to the floor, leaving it there and acting like it was just as good there as it was standing up. xD Looking back to the Third Seat, he said "So, how long did it take you to achieve such a position? It's really an honor."

"Quite a while, Saiko." Namon replied with a grin. "The pleasure's all mine." "Let me help you with some of those kido that you want. It appears my assigned student has disappeared, so I'm available now." Namon offered and pointed to one of the dummies. "You only have to do one thing... quit beating up the dummies." Namon broke out laughing, then quickly straightened himself up. Hopefully, that had broken the mood.

Saiko looked back to the pulverized doll, grinning back at his instructor. Truly those were there for kido use, but Saiko couldn't resist the urge when he first saw it. But, he nodded and decided that it probably was going to be better that most of the dummies stayed standing. After all, if it took him so long that they had to bring more out because of him running out, that would just be pathetic. "Well now Namon, that we're pretty much on the same page, would you like to begin with any available hadous, or bakudos? Either way is fine with me." Saiko said.

"Certainly! Shall we begin with some Bakudo? Stop me if you heard this one before." Namon said, as he led the way to a couple of standing targets. "Bakudo Number 4!" Namon yelled, gripping his arm then sending out rapidly at the target, "Crawling rope!" A flash from Namon's hands implied the success. Around the dummy and energy rope laced out and lashed around its hands, forcing them back. "Try that to begin with. It's extremely helpful when attempting to distract an opponent during battle, or even delay them when you are in need." Namon turned to Saiko and gestured at the second target. "Merely concentrate your reiatsu as you've been trained in the beginner's school, and form it as a rope upon your intended target."

"Yes sir, I have definately heard of it, and it has actually proven effective in training before as well. Bakudou #4 :Crawling rope." Saiko said. The familiar snakelike ropes launched forth from Saiko's fingertips and similarly wrapped themselves around the dummie Saiko had previously pummeled into the ground. He smirked confidently as he stomped on the edge of the wooden stick, saying the words "Bakudou #9 : Barrier." The dummie launched up at him like a rake that had been stepped on, and Saiko's bakudo appeared, as a glowing circle appeared on his wrist, shielding him from the dummie as it bounced off it and fell back to the ground. "Seki, that's like a shorter version of #39 without as much power as the shield, but it serves its purpose. I am afraid, I do not know any hadous above 10 though..." Saiko admitted.

"Ah, I see. So it is Hado that you're here for." Namon grinned, "You should have told me at the start then..." Namon scratched his chin for a second as he thought about what would be a good choice for a Hado. Something over 10?... "Okay, let's try a basic one, a personal favorite of mine." Namon turned towards his initial dummy again and stuck out his arm. "Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south!" Namon intoned, "Hado number 21: Shot of Red Fire!" The ball of red energy flew with speed and power from Namon. It collided with the dummy, and snapped the stick and hay in half, sending shards everywhere. Satisfied, Namon turned towards Saiko and said, "Your turn."

Saiko readied himself, slightly increasing his reiatsu as he picked a dummie at random... He focused his reiatsu on his hands, this wasn't that difficult, because with a completely open reiatsu flow like Saiko's it became a quite natural motion. "Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man!" he paused here, increasing his reiatsu a little more, to ensure he nailed the kido. "Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south, Hadou #31 : Shot of Red Fire!" As Saiko finished the incantation, the flames emitted from a tiny red reiatsu ball in his hand, and shot forth towards the dummy. The kido did not fire as a projectile, but instead it burst forth in a rd-beam, Saiko's reiatsu feeding the blast, keeping it continuous until he stopped, breathing heavily. The dummy was gone, incinerated by the attack being held for so long. "Wow, not bad for my first attempt, eh?" Saiko asked, saying every few words between deep gasps of breath.. Saiko had a habit of overdoing his kidos on his first attempt, because of his overabundancy of reiatsu. Though, usually that let to backfires; and sometimes worse problems.

Namon was sincerely impressed, although he knew the danger of performing kido like that. "Not bad. Not bad at all. However, continuous streams are not a good idea." Namon commented, "Remember that in combat, you will not be fighting a standing target, but a moving one. Even more, that specific kido has a tendency to overload when mis-used like that. You were lucky this time, but next time, try compacting all that energy into a single shot..." Of course, Namon wouldn't stop the man if he wanted to do it his way. After all, everyone had their own unique way of doing things; and if it was wrong, then he'd learn the reason why soon enough. "Let's try another one. Have you ever heard of 'Orchid Sky'?" Namon asked. It was not one of his stronger ones, but he knew how to do it, which was all that counts. Placing his sword in front of him, Namon spun the blade in a counter-clockwise direction. Quickly, he built up his reiatsu near the blade and leaked it out through his hand. The result was having the spell spun in a circular way due to the sword, while still flying forward with some force. Add a little power to that and... The dummy spun and bashed about rapidly in the volatile wind, nearly snapping it off the stick. It was not the most deadly kido, but it was definitely powerful enough... "Now you try." Namon said as his kido came to an end.
