Ahaha! I AM EVERLOVING EVERYWHERE XD.

Haven't gotten NEAR the work I wanted to done on my story lately, alas. Got busy at work and we had some killer storms. We get killer storms around here and that means someone, usually me, has to go outside and check the drains every hour, hail or no hail.

I only seriously got back to work just now. Well, maybe not so seriously. I kind of got distracted by some SHINY THINGS, namely the joy that is a Wave Tiara. I love this thing so hard. I had to have it.

I, uh, bought enough boxes that I ended up with enough gold to buy it. Yeah, I'm pretty embarrassed. BUT MY AVI LOOKS AWESOME. I'll try the kimono again when my Inari gets up into the blue evos.

Avi chat in the GCD is insane and stupid. Would you guys maybe like an avi chat here?

What's a avi chat? *is clueless*

Oh boy! Avi Chat has been approved biggrin . I'm going to go start the thread in a minute here.

In the mean time- I sewed all day today. My fingers effing smart! I finished a dress for Mum's antique Barbie and almost finished some stuff for the gang. I made Sylphi and Una matching halter dresses. It's weapons grade cute.

Wait. Have I showed you guys Una?

Anyway, the current chapter is indeed fun and crazy, but it is SO LONG. Heavens, if it wasn't so fun, it would be wearing on me! ...actually, I think it is anyway. BAH.

Fourteen. Now, some people will tell you that and mean they have a couch-load of the really huge models. I prefer smaller ones generally (under 45cm), so it's not THAT spendy or space-usurping.

Besides, I know people with 20-30 huge ones XD.

I haven't been that productive, but I did get metaquoted! Err, that's an LJ thing whereupon people who are amused by someone has said repost it in a special comm.

http://community.livejournal.com/metaquotes/6821272.html

Err, please note that the quote is both political and related to 4chan. Whoo!

Sorry, it's just this is like the closest thing to a universal honor on LJ ^^.

ANYWAY BACK TO WORK.

Pretty doll =o

I used to sew little plush dolls for my brother .. heh he was big into the Mario & Sonic and kept having me make them from the comics.. It was fun

I rather like the little dolls too, about 8 inches high

Congratz on being quoted? =o

Why thank you ^^. I'm no good at plush at all. I don't reason well in three dimensions. I'm very envious of people who can!

(For the record, I sew by memorization. In situation A do this...)

I am finally finished with CH35! No wonder it seemed like it was running long. It's 50% longer than the average "long" chapter D:. Ah well. Plot points have been made. There were beatings and excessive nudity. Everyone won! Except the guy who got clobbered...

It's going to be nice to move things along.

Welcome ^^

Oh, yay for finishing a chapter =o
Currently I'm in chapter-less books so I miss chapters lol

Hn -nods- plush is kinda hard, depending on how 3-D you want to make it. But I have lots of fun with it lol. I haven't done it since high school though

Wow, congrats!

So, what kind of genre do you write Saint? Your stories always seem very different and very interesting.

Don't you love those ridiculously long chapters that take up all your time? I'm always drained after those.

Whoo! I'm back! I don't even know what got in the way there. Oh, right. I tried to read Lamb by Christopher Moore, got up to the part where he all but scrawls on the page "I THINK WOMEN ARE SEXY DOORMATS" and literally dropped it.

Yes, I do realize it's hilarious that I stopped reading a crass parody of the life of Jesus over that.

Anyway...

I got another chapter done tonight! I'm so happy! Things are moving along. And I have so many wonderful notes for the next one. But, I also had a lot of notes for DoomChapter, and look where that got me.

I'm thinking one of my potential next projects may have an eccentric system of breaks (IE not chapters). But what or how... I'm not even sure what I'm writing next. Too many choices.

I write science fiction and fantasy. But! I do that because I hate most sci-fi and fantasy. I was raised in a family of nerds and pretty much trained from when I was a wee lass to not suck at those genres. Both of my parents write (father specifically does sci-fi) and my sister would pwn at it, but she doesn't. Maybe someday. Anyway, I'm the most serious member and considering I play with dolls in my spare time, that's scary.

The Doorstop is a comedy. Most of my outlines are serious, if not grim and run the gamut from high fantasy to magical realism to really demented far-future nonsense. I've also been known to turn out erotica (including guro), experimental fiction, critical essays and back in the day, love poems.

I haven't written a poem in years. sweatdrop
