I'm not totally clear about this council thing, but it certainly sounds like a good way to get the ball rolling. I would give anything a try at least once.

The council from what I understand is a selected group of people that which are loyal to the Alliance's cause and would work in cooperation with eachother into pushing the cause into a reality. Well something like that.

Still think the council is a good Idea. its more.. democtaric? that way. cuz the ideas of the other memebers can be put up thru the council members, who are not necisarrily mods.
