Onett petted the kittens that jumped on his shoulders.
"Hey, Mai. Why the long face?" he asked her. He noticed fur from the kittens fly into his food. "I wasn't going to finish that anyway," Onett chuckled.
Onett pulled a piece of gum out of his mouth and began chewing.

"No answer, so I'll take that as a yes." Ken said as he sat down across from the girl. "So, why are you sitting by your self?" he asked as he dug into his burger.

Kimberly ate and listened quietly as she heard about the powers of a few of them. She mentally kept track, in case she ever had to fight one of these people in a match. She kept track on how they all acted as well; it helped to figure out how nice they were.
She also noticed that Onett seemed to look in her direction for a moment (she could feel it without looking), and stammered an answer when Izzy asked. What's up with that?
Before she could get any ideas in her mind as to why, another boy decided to come sit with her. Well, that was quite considerate! Why not; she had this weird bad impression on boys that she needed to get rid of. But one of those reasons came from the cut on her head....
"Sure!" she answered, keeping her tone pretty normal. At least now she wouldnt' look suspicious.

"Oh no, quite the opposite. Its actaully illegal to eat meat on Earth becasue of Order 97: The Over Population Act. Since humanity has over populated Earth, their consumptino rate will kill the planet, so Order 97 made it illegal to eat meat so animal populations don't dwindle. Humanity has broken that order on many occasions. Laong with the no consumption of meat, a limitation of children, and a technology ban on hazardous products. Humanity is in great depth becasue of this violation, as soon as they discover Hyper Space travel, they might have trillions in dept from defying the Order 97 act. Long ago, my people cam to help Earth so they were no longer restricted by Order 97, but they instead enslaved my people. When we finally got fredom, we left in cargo ship loads. My peoples new phisophy is 'Let Earth implode on itself and humanity with it'."
Ningen had already aquired a plate of cut potatos as he came in, adding the tomato sauce or ketchup onto it in large quantities. Fianlly, he could take a brake from his robotic suit and eat. The chassis of the robot steamed and opened, inside was a lizard like alien. He grumbld as his eyes opened, he was quite small at two feet tall. Outside of his robot body, his voice seemed to be a bit lighter, but still mantaining its deep presence.
"This food better not give me indigestion."
Ningen jumped out of his suit onto the table, grabbing the eating utensil called a fork and uickly eating his sliced potatos or 'fries'. It tasted like dracos spider, something Ningen liked very much.
"Inkabunga! I didn't expect huamn food to taste so...Delicious."

Kim shrugged, then thought deeply for a moment to this answer as she began to eat. "Dunno. I can't just barge in on a conversation; that'd be rude. Besides, I usually use my ears more than my mouth; you actually observe alot of things those caught in conversation don't pick up on." she added.
"That......and I guess I'm not used to new people."

"The whole...thing earlier...i totally spaced out...in the arena..." she said, her head still down.
Her kittens meowed even more, one after the other as they jumped on her shoulders, that certainly made her head go up, and she was sure her face was all red.

The man noticed how everyone was enjoying himself and a slight smiled apeared on his lips. He loked over to see steam and then a small creature leave some metalic device and then yell out, "Inkabunga!" (( > < )) The man couldn't help but smile, he never heard such joy come out of someone before. His smile quickly faded and he stood up gulped down the rest of his water and tossed it into a garbage unit. He then vanished and appeared at the cafeteria door, easier to avoid people that way. He looked back one last time to enjoy the sight of people and then walked out the doors, wandering the halls.

Morphia tried to absorb as much of this information as she could and shoved some more salad into her mouth. She looked over at her Jinzo friend, about to say something even though her mouth was full of salad, but she was caught off gaurd by his sudden transformation. The thought never crossed her mind that there was a lizard man inside of her friend. Especially not one that was so... little and.. for lack of a better word, adorable! He had to jump up onto the table to even eat!! Trying not to make a scene, Lagomorpha kept to her salad, sparkling brown eyes glued to Ningen. This was just way to cool. She stopped eating long enough to chug down a whole carton of milk. "It's rather nice, this food is."

"Aren't you the girl who can talk to the animals?" he asked Mai. "What are they saying?" he asked her.
He then began recalling times when he and his brothers watched the Wild Thornberry's when they were younger. They all hated the show, but they needed to kill 30 minutes before Rugrats came on.
Onett smiled as he reminisced on the good old times. But normal life just didn't suit him anymore.

"Me..?" she asked as she pointed to herself, then shook her head. "I don't even know what my kittens are saying..." she added as Hikaru and Kaoru meowed in unison once more.

"Well...What's your power, then?" Onett asked.
Before she had time to respond, Terri and Harlen walked over to the table.
"Can I help you guys?" Onett asked Harlen and Terri. Terri sighed and handed everyone at the table an invitation to a party.
"It's tomorrow in the Event Hall. Don't even think about trying to get in without these invitations..." said Harlen. Onett was a bit confused. Why exactly were we invited to a party hosted by Legends. He didn't want to think too much into it. He just wanted to think about how awesome the party would be.

Mai looked at the invitation letters, a bit confused as well. Her kittens stopped meowing and jumped off her shoulders to sit at the table, looking at the invitations with curious faces.
"Um..." she was supposed to ask a question, but thought of not to as she got a bit nervous that she might just get a bad come back.
She sat down beside Onette and tapped his shoulder, she didn't say a word but just gave him a quizzical look that said 'what's it for?'
